Morty And Bobs in Hammersmith and Fulham

No habíamos cenado antes de ver una película en este centro comercial y eran cerca de las 10 PM, creo. Queríamos algo rápido. El patio de comidas estaba cerca de cerrar. Nunca había oído hablar del lugar que elegimos, pero me gustó el menú y me arriesgué. Buena elección. Tengo un filete cortado en rodajas pequeñas. La carne estaba sorprendentemente buena y perfectamente preparada para lo que era solo un mostrador de un centro comercial en el patio de comidas. Las patatas o patatas fritas, no recuerdo cuál era, también estaba muy bueno. Creo que mi esposa compró una hamburguesa de cordero. ¿Quién sabe? El punto importante es que también le gustó mucho su comida. Era más caro que los Five Guys a los que habíamos ido en el centro comercial cuando vimos una película en el mismo cine, pero valió la pena. Sin embargo, era muy superior en calidad. Amazing place for a bite. Enjoyed the lamb burger, steak sandwich, Morty’s chicken bun, ham & grilled cheese sandwich and flat iron steak.

I stopped for a quick bite whilst shopping at Westfield and ordered the steak and salad. The meat was done perfectly. I asked for medium rare and my steak was just the right pink and tasted amazing. There was a lot of salad but it was a bit too tangy for my liking. This being said, it was a healthier dressings so I didn’t mind.

The small size of food compare to it's price was not very good at all. It was not worth it at all. Wish we knew about it before.

I had the Steak & Salad and the Mac&Cheese as a side. It was very good but the "side" size is still too big :)

We went today, food looked lovely but wasn’t good. Steak was very tough in the sandwich, chicken in bun a bit better and the chips were dire! Wouldn’t eat here again

Ordered a steak sandwich. Seems like they are cutting corners absolutely everywhere to maximise margins here. Bread was awful quality. A crumbly, bone dry ciabatta that was very much like when you eat bread a few days past it’s sell by date. Steak was incredibly chewy and hadn’t been rested at all so turned the inside of the bread to mush. Tasteless pickled onions. Chimichurri okay. Fries were poor too, well overcooked and tasteless.

Bought the steak sandwich from the Westfield branch and it was so chewy. I wasn't going to say anything but then thought I'd let them know its not right. When I did the cashier taking the orders didn't seem to care and I showed them the chewy pieces I couldn't eat. Picture attached (sorry!). When I didn't get much of a response and being told I won't be refunded because I finished it all when I said it wasn't right I took a picture of the food as I said it wasn't about the money but simply that sort of food shouldn't be served. At that point the female cashier start raising her voice at me calling me "horrid", "immature" and "childesh" and insisted I don't leave a negative review. I can't believe I was shouted at and name called, no one should be spoken to like that. Awful awful awful service. As I walked away after nothing being resolved, I could hear the same lady scream, probably because she was annoyed frustrated or regretted what had happened. All that attitude for a steak sarnie! Avoid till they have better staff and know how to cook.

We visited here whilst shopping at Westfield and tried this place for a change Unfortunately not a great experience, the grilled cheese sandwich had great flavour and was okay, but the Mac and cheese was cold and we had to return it for a refund. if meals are to be warmed up (assume microwaved) then they should check that it is hot before sending out. Will avoid in future
