Mr Grill in Middlesbrough

I had the worst mixed grills ever; the lamb was cold with little or no spices, the chicken was undercooked.

Its 3.10 am now I have order food from them for 10 pound and they gave it like as if someone is throwing it in dustbin... Very nasty and when I call them their response is rubbish soo will never order anything from them again

Good food and friendly service, would recommend.

Ordered food from there and just findout it was been shut by health and safety due to extremely dirty inside been told this is third time it’s been shut feel sick never in my life again

I ordered a whole chicken at approximately 01:00!! All I want to say is this is not food for humans unfortunately

firstly the staff were very friendly and welcoming inside of the store and respectful secondly the food was very good priced in my opinion thirdly the food when it was here was tasty flavourful and hot and fresh not left in a hot holding area which is great fourthly the portion sizes were very good and chips were fresh hot and seasoned very well to perfection will try again

I ordered here late on a Sunday night Ordered 3x chicken and chips for myself (expecting KFC type chicken and chips) And a chicken shawarma wrap for my bf. It came and the wrap was ok, not quite a shawarma but my BF (who hates chicken on the bone) insisted I kept the wrap and he ate the non battered chicken. I eventually tried said chicken and oh my god. These guys must slow cook that stuff the BBQ it before serving. No wonder he didn't want to swap back! I will be back for lots of tender amazing chicken 🐔.

Ordered a takeaway from here earlier tonight. PLEASE be aware about ordering food off this menu as their menu on food ordering apps does not list all the ingredients in the food and they put sauce in mine that I am slightly allergic to. The portion sizes are also abysmal and the customer service is rude.

Absolutely disgusting gone right down hill would not recommend at all wouldn’t feed it to my dog went straight in the bin when we phoned back the person on the food was soo rude he shouldn’t even be on the phone horrible man

The Quality of the food has detoriated. Earlier you used to recieve a good portion of food with a reasonable price. Now thats not the case. I ordered wings, and asked for a bit of salad. Where in most of the takeaways they provide complimentary salad, here they asked for £1.50 for just a small portion. Also, initially they didnt respond politely, and said I didnt order in the beggining and now its too late to give me salad. There are better places to eat than this in middlesbrough. I strongly suggest to try Antalya Shawarma, they are nice people with good behaviour. Moreover, if you wish, you could try Nafees Bakery for Indian or Pakistani snacks/ food. but trust me, the way they are conducting business, isnt worth spending your amount.

Food was nice and warm. Polite and friendly staff. Wasn't bad.

Okay food. Terrible service. I didn’t get my large Pepsi bottle and delivery driver said to ring up the place but I couldn’t get through so rang up next day and it was someone who kept repeatedly asking me what was missing and said there’s nothing he can do to help.

Ordered for collection; Arrived; Although some food was missing; that apologied and started on what was missing. Food itself was absolutely spot on; peri peri chicken burger cooked/grilled to perfection; tasted absolutely lovely; spicier than you'd expect from a little Highstreet peri peri place (A good thing in my eyes) Chicks wings; again cooked to perfection Cheese burger; so so; it's a cheese burger after all; it tasted like every other take away cheeseburger

We ordered 3 full grill chicken ( nearly 32 pounds) and it was over cooked ( almost black colour). When we called ,the owner was talked with disrespect and faulty judgement. We are the daily customers and the staff and owner dont even know to behave nicely. Very poor behaviour with clients.we are not asking for refund , but at least behave nicely.

Best chicken in the town, foods outstanding, can sometimes be a while to get delivered but that’s because its always so busy. Hope they get more drivers soon. Definitely recommend

The food was an hour late, cold and we didn't get everything we ordered.

We ordered food for delivery didn’t turn up after 1 hour tried calling but didn’t pick up waited another 20 min and then went to the shop they then had the audacity to say we don’t answer the phone because customers ask where there orders are. They forgot our chips after picking up. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

Thinnest chicken burgers I've ever seen. The burger was not even close to filling the diameter of the bread bun so a lot of bread only mouth fulls. Chips were soggy, will never order from here again.

Ordered at 11pm, was updated at 12.15 to say the food was on the way and would be here by 12.45. Driver turned up at 1.30 with cold food so told him to take it back. Impossible to get through to anyone to query delivery delays and no updates at all. Would not recommend to anyone. 2 1/2 for delivery is shocking

I ordered for my children at 7.30pm and didn't get my order till 10pm when they sad we would receive it by 8.30pm. when I phoned they said it would be another 10 mins, yet it didn't come till 10pm. I think the customer service is rubbish and I would never recommend for anyone to order from here.

Over 45 mins late, didn't call to let me know and had to ring 7 times to get an answer. Terrible customer service. Food was sub par. Peri Peri chicken is dry as the Sahara. Parmo was nice though and the chilli sauce is on point.

Most ov order missin... too expensive and while chicken was lovely... although extra hot was not hot ... kebab was disgusting

Ordered a full hot chicken for delivery and it came dry, plain and tasteless.When I made the order i asked them to make it tender with source but they decided my request didn't matter. I called to let them know i was disappointed about my order the guy was rude and didn't care at all. He said I should buy somewhere else if their chicken was a problem. i will never buy there again.
