We had a lovely meal for my sisters 22nd birthday. The staff were really friendly and sang her a happy birthday and the atmosphere was great. We had a lovely evening and would definitely come again.

Will definitely be back. Friendly and polite staff. Food was very tasty. There were 4 of us and all had something different from the menu and could not fault any of the dishes. Also got a complimentary side dish nice touch Mr India. See you again soon.

This was the first time I have used Mr India for a takeaway delivery. Everything was as ordered and on time. The food was great, very tasty and piping hot. Will definitely use again. Many thanks.

We ordered Papodom, salad,mixed grill and tea. We have been waiting more than 90 minutes while it was not busy today. The food was tasteless and I couldn't feel any kind of taste. The service was very bad. The waiter has taken 30 minutes to make a masala tea. After 30 minutes, he brought sugar only and requested further 10 minutes to make it. We cancelled the tea and paid £40 for the tastless mixed grill and papodom. The good wipes is toilet was clean. Further, service was very bad and, he brought 2 water glass and after some time brought another too glass. Furthermore, salad contained Latteus, only two small pieces of tomato. This was my worst experienced in my life.

Great little Indian restaurant but the prices are now a joke .. over £20 for a chicken korma and rice .. all they’re prices have increased too much and we will not go back ..nearly £80 for two for a mid week curry and a drink each .. this is far too much which is a shame because the whole place is nice

Good restaurant, we have dined here before as friends recommended it. Friendly atmosphere. Good friendly service, yummy food.

Use to really love the food here and was happy to pay the prices, however after three bad takeaways on three separate occasions deffo not using any more. We’v had a of a spicless vinda, bland madras’s and burnt onion baji we are not ordering from here any more.

Superb service and stunning food.We were a table of 10 and was very well looked after. We will be definitely returning soon.

Absolutely mortified that we paid an extra £21 to sit down for the meal which normally would be fine, if everything else is good .But then waited half an hour to see another waitress. To then be charged nearly £10 to 2 medium cokes and pay nearly £5 extra for the chutney tray which is normally free with poppadoms and pay extra for a naan bread which normally comes free with some curries. The service at the end was ridiculous they was more interested in takeaway orders than the people in the restaurant. Would not eat here again.

A friend and i was in the mood for an indian . This place is well established with a good reputation and it didn't disappoint. The overall decor is nice, the place is clean and kept to a high standard . The waitress was very friendly and attentive as was all the staff we encountered. The food was fresh and delicious couldn't fault any of the dishes we had. Would definitely visit again .

Poor value for £20 tho. delivery early. Chicken Dhansak Tiny Veg. curry - slight tang, not fresh and more sauce would have made it worth it Veg. rice quite good.

Just staying at a caravan park down the road and spotted this place it was lovely..staff were lovely. Dhansak was really spicy but I loved it good value for money 💰

4 of us traveled 6 miles to this restaurant arrived 6.45 waited over 1 1/2 hours for the food had 2 special mixed grills that was burnt to a crisp had the cheek to change us £140 when complained they tried to give us £10 off load of rubbish keep away

Food was dry, buttered chicken tasted like a cheap knock off version of a korma, overall very bad food

The food may taste great but the delivery time is aweful. 58 minute wait no food again! Phone to ask where the food is to be told it’s been missed. Not the first time this has happened. The staff are great to talk to, the owner openly aggressive when confronted about the problems!

Had a takeaway from here. Just disappointed really. Couldn’t complete a collection order online so had to call them, they didn’t calculate the 10% discount accurately for collection orders, the bag leaked oil all over it so wasn’t packed properly, the Dansak tasted like burnt garlic (inedible), the Dopiaza wasn’t great either, the chicken tikka had no flavour... Nothing stood out at all and didn’t taste like these dishes do in other restaurants. Just left feeling disappointed and wished we hadn’t bothered. Been struggling for ages to find a decent/consistent Indian takeaway since our favoured one moved premises a year or two ago.

Took over 1.5 hours to get to us as a takeaway. Food was cold and when I called I was told it was leaving in 10mins then left and on way which took another 30mins for a drive that takes not even 5! Food is normally great but very disappointed this time!

I am so disappointed with this restaurant. I had been here previously (prior to Covid) once before in a group of about 10 of us and thought the restaurant had done a brilliant job. I thought I would introduce my partner to it last night to have a nice curry out. I was VERY wrong. Saga Phase 1.....Table was booked for 8.30pm. We were left waiting to order for quite a while. Our starters came out just before 9.30pm! We then proceeded to wait for the main meals. These eventually came out just before 10pm! In between this, our drinks were empty (where we had been negelcted for so long). Eventually we managed to order another orange juice and lemonade and another Stella. By the time we had been given our main meals (of which my partner's chips were cold and had been given a dirty plate) we were unable to eat the food due to it being so late. The owner did come over and apologised for the huge delay and said it was not acceptable. He stated he would "look after us". So swiftly after not being able to eat the food after having waited 1 hour 30 mins for it, we asked for the bill. We were told by the female manger that she had heard ws had been neglected (her words) and that she would give us a nice discount. Saga Phase 2.....we received 2 seperate bills, one for alcoholic drinks and the other for food. The food bill totalled around £70 and this was with the "nice discount" of £7.81 (10%). The drinks bill was around £14 and detailed 3 Stellas and 1 vodka!!! My partner immediately stated that he really hoped they hadn't put Vodka in my drink due to the fact that I was driving!! The female manager admitted that it may have been a previous table's bill and stated that it was a straight vodka listed not an orange and vodka. We are not convinced as orange and lemonade were on the food bill and tbe waiter had previously got my drink wrong and brought out wrong drinks so this makes me wonder what else he got wrong!. The female manager did correct the drinks bills to reflect 2 alcoholic drinks of 2 Stellas but when we challenged her about the food bill, her manner changed. We stated that we were not happy with £7.81 off the bill. She stated that she cant go giving out discounts to all thier customers. I teplied that she wouldnt have to if the service was up to standard etc. My partner asked for the owner (the earlier guy who had said he "would look after us"). He was nowhere to be seen and the female manager said that she had been sent out to deal with us and that he would not be coming over. I also stated that we were not the only table who were unhappy with thier service as I had asked another table slightly earlier if they thought the service was slow. They immediately stated "Yes, very!" When I said this to the manager, she said that they were regulars, basically didnt believe me and that she would check everything with Mr ******* (and proceeded to say his name, no respect for data protection) and that she was disregarding my comment. We were then made to pay the bills, saying that she wasnt going to do anymore for us and shrugged her shoulders. We felt extremely uncomfortable, quickly paid an extortionate bill for the two meals, two starters, a rice, a bread, poppadoms and 4 drinks (of which half of it we couldnt eat due to it being so late at night), and left. We will NEVER be going back and advise anyone thing of giving this restaurant a go, I really wouldn't bother. The food was ok but not worth thier prices, the service was extremely slow and the customer service was non-existent.

Had a booking for 8.30 but didn’t get our meal until 10.00, when the food finally arrived my masala chips where cold, I let the waitress know this she took the chips off to be replaced, just after this the owner quickly came over to apologise and stated that he would look after us as he agreed that we shouldn’t have waited this long and it wasn’t acceptable that the chips were cold, I would say the food was ok but unfortunately due to being so late both myself and my partner didn’t eat much as it was so late, when we got the bill it came as two bills one for drinks and one for food they took off £7 for the poor wait time and cold chips but the drinks bill we had been charged for extra drinks that we didn’t have when we challenged them over this we was a little concerned that they might have given my partner vodka in her orange juice as she was driving we had been charged for vodka on the bill!! Anyway we asked to speak with the owner again but got told this wasn’t going to happen and that she was the manager and the 10% was all they would take off, we said we wasn’t happy she just shrugged her shoulders and said that there was nothing else she would do. We will never go back very dissatisfied with the experience I do not recommend.

Ordered a takeaway mothers day, received a confirmation email. After an hour I thought I'd call, on my 6th time of calling someone finally answered and pretended he didn't understand English. Declined the order and was extremely rude. Never again will I order from here. Disrespectful rude service.

Ordered a delivery at 6:40pm. Called at 8.20pm for a delivery update to be told it was just going out of the door. Called again at 9:20pm to be told it had just left. It turned up at 9:30pm and was stone cold. Won’t be ordering from here again.

We had a Chicken tikka Dhansak, with Bombay potatoes. It was very nice indeed. I cannot recommend MrIndia highly enough.

Food lovely!and girls that work there BUT we had 4 glasses of coke that alone came to £18, never paid that much before, plus it was from a large bottle that probably cost them £3. The Dorchester hotel charges £5 a glass & mr India £4,50. Sorry won’t return that’s just taking the pee!

Wasn't expecting much from the restaurants on the Isle of Sheppey, but this was a good little place by any standards. The service was welcoming and friendly, dining room pleasant and the food tasty. Cannot go wrong with this place really.
