Mr Pizza in Sheffield

Pizzas are mint, very nice but absolutely smothered and puddles of grease and oil. Chips were obviously last nights. Other than that it’s very good but long wait for food for it to be cold

I wouldn’t even bother ordering, the price is okay but I ordered 2 ten inch pizzas and they was 8 inches! (Picture is compared to a 6.7 inch phone) the pizza was okay at best and the chips were all chewy and mostly soggy.

Ordered by Uber eats first order with this place all I would tell everyone is completely avoid I’ll be shocked if I don’t have food poisoning tomorrow. Everything undercooked, Pitta tasted of vinegar Lack of salad variety Doner meat far from cooked looked very pale in colour Even my child wouldn’t eat his kids meal not 1 piece Garlic bread too oily ruined Small portions for price doner should have been £9.99 on its own but was buy one get 1 free Overall waste of money short of £30 Glad I didn’t pay full wack for the kebabs I will return to my usual pizza place going forward. Just avoid avoid don’t be fooled by the good comments no wonder delivery was less than 30mins from ordering on a Saturday night

Ordered two burger and a pizza with two bottles of pop to dronfield o long way from the shop got here really fast got a free garlic bread food was spot on best pizza and stuffed crust I've had in ages would recommend

SHOCKING SERVICE. Do not order from here. Waited 2 hours for food. When I rang them they told me the delivery guy was 14 minutes away rang them again and told me my food was still in the shop. They are rude and don’t pick up the phone straight away! Should be shut down their service is that BAD!!

I ordered pizzas for 3 people, waited more than 30min and then received a notification saying that the order is cancelled due to been busy. By reading other reviews seems like they are used to doing this. It’s rude and careless of a customer service.

Never been in. Saw a dying rat nearly as big as a cat outside there a few weeks ago.

A gloop fest regards the cheese. Not a crispy base. Really poor return to junk food from my point of view. Bitterly disappointed 😔

Have bought from here for a good 10 years . Ordered pepperoni pizza and garlic bread either cheese . Order came on time . Nice polite delivery man . Sat and opened it and we both tucked in . Wow we looked at each other and thought what is that awful taste . Garlic bread was the same . All we can think of is that its cheap cheese or cheese that has gone off . Very weird taste . Mr pizza go back to original cheese !!!!!

I’ve been using mr pizza since roughly 2007, the food is still as good as it was back then, will always use this takeaway as I know they deliver good food and within the hour of ordering

Ordered food tonight came on time paid cash for food and when I got given the change I was given a sim card and when I reported this to the takeaway and they said the driver was coming back for the sim card buy the driver never showed up for the sim card so now I have no choice but to report it to the police as I don't want any come backs to me for being in possession of this sim card and the staff member I spoke to on the phone was very rude and also told me that when the police come it was between me and the delivery driver so when I asked him who employed the driver he hung up the phone as if to avoid answering my question so I will not be ordering from here again and also will filing a report with the police and the driver my not have insurance to deliver food

I ordered a pizza with this company through Uber eats, after waiting half an hour for my pizza. I rang the shop just to be told I didn’t have enough staff and they are cancelling my order. This was never too late for me to order from anywhere else, the staff was not helpful and actually quite rude about the matter. Absolutely disgusting customer service

Had a meal deal with pizza 14inch garlic bread 12inch 2 chips coleslaw bottle of pop and a gateau slice snd for the price It was definitely worth it fed me hubby and 2 kids red hot when it come and it came earlier then ordered will definitely be ordering again

Absolutely awful! Got order completely wrong, when asked for them to resend they hung up. So rude, the food we did receive was cold and disgusting. Don’t bother ordering.

It was okay for an emergency food stop. Tasted a bit like a frozen pizza, which it wasn't, but the tomato sauce made it taste like it was!

Just eaten Mr Pizza special pasta delicious! Hubby had calzone special said it was very nom! Plus stuff for the kids all good. Just read other reviews never had an issue, with delivery or collection. Always been treated with respect.

Got menue dont look at prices unless your collecting want deliver is mr pizza website prices discusting doesnt state that on menue so wrong and charge for delivery doesnt state that on menue either

Absolutely shocking, they take your money and don't deliver all your order. When phoned to complain they are so rude. Still didn't get the full order.

ordered from here at 7:50pm and to be fair i did enter the wrong adress, at 8:35 i called and made them aware of the mistake i had made and they were fine with it and co operated just fine i gave them the updated adress and they said it would be 10/20 minutes but could be cold because of the travel at 10:00pm i called and asked for a refund because the food had this not arrived and the man on the phone started getting mouthy and refusing the refund as the food would arrive shortly, i again asked for a refund and was refused it and told to go through just eat, when the food finally arrive 2 hours and 20 minutes after ordering i refused it and explained the situation to the driver who was very compliant and took the order back without any bother at all and also offered to give me the food and he would personally sort the refund out as it was cold! great delivery driver horrible in store staff!!! would not recommend here for delivery especially

Tasty food, great prices, but awful service, especially from the app. The number of times I've asked for no sauce, no salad, no mayo etc. and still got it is a joke. I wouldn't recommend anyone with allergies ordering here. Please sort it out, as otherwise it's a decent place!

Worst pizza I've ever had, chips were well undercooked, ordered fungi and pepperoni and got free garlic bread, no taste what so ever, and topping were limited, what a waste of money

Ordered from Just Eat..my pizza was around £5...actually paid £9..never again.

If you are not able to fulfil order then close your uber eats and don't accept the order, puts my money into pending then rejects the order. It takes 2 seconds to take my money but because you cancelled I have to wait 5-7 days to get my money back! Bad service, bad manners and I will never ever come back. I am furious that you think it's okay to do this. Word of mouth is EVERYTHING and you should shut the app up if you cannot deliver the orders coming in, you have this facility, I know this for a fact...ive helped friends out who take orders from uber eats. This is so bad. I give you---- 0000 because you could of closed the app if you could not complete every item in your menu. Such bad service 😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬

Honestly so bad the pictures on the website isn't even how they really look and was just not like a take away it tasted frozen and just not good so I don't recommend I would go to the place up the road if I'm honest 😂

Ordered the special Kebab and the large Doner special. First time ordering from hear. Loved the Garlic bread supreme that comes with Doner special. Doner was lovely and not greasy. All the family enjoyed, will be ordering again.👍👍

2nd times ordered food from here and got the order wrong both times. Phoned to complain and asked to speak to manager but kept getting harassing phone calls from the staff and being threatening.

I’ve ordered from Mr. Pizza a few times now, and honestly nowhere else in Sheffield compares! It’s so tasty, portion sizes are great, and honestly anything you get on the menu is guaranteed to be fantastic. Side note, I’m from the USA and finding decent pizza here has been difficult.. and good USA-esque food is hard to come by anyway and this place hits the spot snd tastes like home

The food here is amazing. Got my first order tonight with 2 friends— hot meatball pizza, curly fries, jalapeño poppers, and the calzone. Everything was soooo delicious and absolutely perfect. Honestly no other pizza place in Sheffield compares!!!

I've been ordering from Mr Pizza for 2 years now! And each time I've ordered the food and delivery has been spot on!! I order the same thing - funghi pizza and cheesy fries! Each time they are the same and really yummy! Delivery is always on time and the drivers are friendly, I will continue to give this pizzeria my custom as they are great!

Nice pizza and good burgers, not on the gourmet / home made end of the scale supplied through caterers as opposed to fresh local produce but they do well with the tools given - would like to see what they come up with using proper Italian pizza ingredients and meat from Wade Bros. butchers.....

Been using this take-away ever since I was a young child. The staff there are amazing, they know exactly how to treat customers through constantly going above and beyond. Mr. Pizza is the best for pizzas and burgers around and customers are always greeted with a warming smile.

After moving across the road over a year ago we never order from anywhere else. I'm usually very fussy but their pizzas are one of a kind. 😍 And their donner meat is amazing. Very friendly and always perfect everytime! Thank you!! Xx

With Mr Pizza, it can either be really good or really bad . Ive been going for years through their ups and downs . Recently they have been pretty good, but the pizzas are getting more and more tasteless - maybe they're slipping a bit

Really enjoyed the food here until recently Ordered last weekend and food was dry especially the chips like cardboard Ordered again tonight and took an hour n half to come when it arrived Food was cold and kebab was dry Chips I couldnt swallow Pita bread was falling apart and pizza was tasteless Discusting paying nearly 17pound for that Only thing that was ok was my sons burger 😡

Really surprised at how nice the food is here. Only tried the chicken kebabs but they are seriously good! Big chunks of marinated chicken with loads of lovely salad inside a type of bread iv never had b4 - cross between a naan bread & a massive pitta bread, amazing!

I was pleasantly suprised by this place. I really enjoyed my pizza and chips. Don't take that to mean it's a gourmet diner or anything. Its a takeaway that make standard deep pan pizza like any other
