Mr. Pizza in Wigan

Order was 15mins late, so called up the takeaway, who informed me it was on its way and they were sorry they had ‘been busy tonight but the orders on its way’. When the order didn’t turn up by 30mins late, I called again and was informed the driver had just left. He clearly hadn’t left on my first call and was lied to. Then 40 minutes late, the driver calls to say my address isn’t on Google and my husband had to go walking around the estate to try and find him. Really poor delivery service.

Food was lovely but unfortunately got our order wrong and sent the wrong pop and wrong toppings on pizza and food wasn’t so warm so had to ping it but food tasted nice.

The only takeaway I rate each time because they are top notch

Onion rings burnt to a crisp and instead of the calzone I ordered I received pizza. Terrible.

The cheesy chips were okay onion rings almost burnt and the calzone seemed dry like it had been sitting out for ages and wasn’t hot was just warm

food is normally on time and warm. placed an order and took 2 and a half hours to arrive, was stone cold and could not eat. requested a refund and was rejected.

pizza smelled like detergent as if they'd cleaned the oven and whacked the pizza in 2mins later. Horrible, won't be ordering again

Food was cold and soggy when it arrived from being picked up by the driver it then took about 45 minutes to arrive we live 4 mins drive away from shop

Unfortunately all the burger and chips were burnt/dried out. No cheese on the burger which I paid extra for. Not the usual chicken fillets used, again it was very dry. Chips didn't have cheese on either. A real shame as I use Mr pizza alot as I love and look forward to the burgers, but I was very disappointed with this and had to leave alot as it was to dry to eat after being 25minutes late. Ordered at 18.59 and it arrived at 8.30 after being quote 7.45 to 8.05.

I am not happy that my burger was wrong it was a repeat order so nothing was changed but it came with onion and salad and no tomato sauce and I have only selected tomato sauce nothing else and I cant stand the taste of onion so just peeling it off dosent help as I can still taste it on my burger and my chips I order it the same every week

Asked for BBQ wings but spicy wings ... which No1 could eat... the rest was brilliant

The food arrived early . That's the good bit. The food it's self was disappointing. Ordered from here before and it was good, this time the pizza was over cooked . Solid crust which was brittle. Chicken coating burnt (took photos) and the chips over cooked as crunchy wouldn't spend £30 on that again

Mr Pizza is usually quick and efficient. Tonight they weren't. The food arrived later than expected and the food wasn't as hot as it usually is. It was edible and we did find it okay but the chips were on the cold side which would mean that they were in the bag longer than they should have been. The delivery driver didn't offer any apology for lateness which they have done before. A bit disappointed tonight.

My food was delivered early and I was expecting a delay because of the horrendous traffic we have at the moment si very happy my food was hot and yummy as always

Mainly nice but chips were cold 😕 obviously portion sizes have reduced due to cost etc but nearly £11 for a now small mixed kebab is quite ridiculous ☹️

The food is always really nice and I order regular and have not had any problems with my order or had my food be delivered late and I was kindly given a free garlic bread with cheese they are my number 1 go to for a take away I dont order from anywhere else

The food is always hot I always have a chease burger and chips and it's so nice chips are always crispy never soggy and it's never later usually it's earlier than delivery time

The pizza was an amazing spot on, but the chips were horrible again. This is the 2nd time now the chips are horrible. Please Mr pizza get the chips right.

I ordered a 16" pizza which came in a 16" pizza box, I opened the box to find a 12" pizza!!!! Phoned the restaurant and the guy said it was a 16" pizza, I told him it wasn't as I have had that sized pizza before and he called me a lier, so I told him to get the driver to come back and get the order and then order a pizza from else where which was the right size. Don't go here because they are conning people out of their money!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely disgraceful !!! 2 hours 15 for delivery when advised 25 minutes, then they do not answer the phone! Stop accepting orders if you have not got the staff !!!

Food was hot and tasty and delivered a little earlier than expected which was brilliant. Delivery driver was very polite. Only thing is there was too much salt on the chips but that’s my preference and maybe I should have stated no salt when ordering.

The kebabs unfortunately were poor and the chicken pizza should have had a bbq base however it had no base - unusual for this restaurant as has been good before, just not this time

Will not be ordering from here again you have lost a regular customer! Last time I ordered from here they missed a burger off the order but gave the benefit of the doubt and now this time they miss my garlic bread off the order! Phoned the restaurant number times but no answer. The food that did arrive was stone cold also.

Pizza was very soggy far too much cheese , could just about taste the toppings. The garlic bread was rock hard unedible.

Cold pizza, tub of sauce burst in my bag, chips over done, no mayo on my chips or red salt. Wasn't worth the money.

Over 30 minutes late, only answered the phone once then let it ring out, pizza well over cooked but still very cold on delivery, not happy and will not be using this again

The pizza was very salty and the chips were pretty cold and hard .

Made a phone order, when asked for the price the lovely gentleman on the other end added a few extra pound on, went to collect queried the price after looking at the menu then continued to tell me the same price, once i pointed out the price on the menu... he very aggressively replied "ok" Food was discusting and burnt, not just a little, the crust was black! If i could be bothered i would take it back.. but i cant! Will never return and i hope noone else does.

I asked for no salad on kebab but there was salad in it.

Everything was great, shame I payed for 10 mozzarella sticks and only got 6.

Best pizzas in town, reasonably priced and fast delivery.

2 out of 3 dishes were cold 👎 couple of minutes in microwave sorted that but that spoils the crust etc still it was nice enough 👌

Chicken and curly fries was ok. But driver turned up with the wrong pizza after being 20 mins late. Took the wrong pizza away with him and said I’ll be back in 10 mins with correct pizza. Driver never came back. Shop didn’t answer any calls.

Always ordered the pizzas from here but last 2 times had the kebabs and have been fantastic. My go to for a kebab now .

Didn’t acknowledge my order, tried calling to check it was being accepted and kept getting hung up on. Shame as we had ordered from them the night before with no problems and it was delicious. Had hoped this would be our new pizza place to order from as our old favourite krunchies started arriving stinking of pot, stunk my house out too, so we won’t order from them again. Such a shame as we liked last nights meal and the order was accepted straight away 😢

Food is nice, but we order just before 8pm. Food was over 90 mins late and arrived at 10pm. Restaurant said there was heavy traffic.. 2 miles away.. on a Thursday night. Happens too often, so won't be ordering again.

Food just not worth the money and my sons order of chicken nuggets and chips come with about 10 to 15 chips (absolute joke)

I cannot believe you charged me £8 for a mixed kebab which was basically 3 tiny pieces of lamb and 4 Tony pieces of chicken. What an itter disgrace. Lost a regular customer now

I have ordered often from this restaurant because the pizzas are really great. However, everytime I have ordered the chocolate gateaux it's arrived still frozen. Please don't send frozen cake that needs to be thawed out!
