Mr Wang in Middlesbrough

Not salt and pepper chips. Basically soggy veg chips. Awful and waste of money.

Changed review due to changed ownership and standards. Last twice I've been I've bought the basics. Chips with curry and both times it's been dry with little amounts of sauce. Even after asking for plenty of sauce we were given dry chips... if they can't do the basics I wouldn't trust them with the rest

A usually go to John North Ormesby but bit of a walk so went over road thought il give it a try. a was surprised how nice it was everything was spot on I'd say better than Johns apart from chips and there spicy curry but there chips and curry was still nice il defo be going back been past few weeks spot on every time. A get special chow mein dry. beef and green peppers black bean sauce and salt n pepper chicken,chips,curry all lovely.

Meal was spot on portions are good and the food arrived hot and was really tasty. Use these guys now and again but will by our new favorite Chinese. 5/5

Lovely food , amazing service and so much you could ask for as a customer. I love the food there and I've been eating there since I was 4! I really recommend the salt and pepper chicken

Excellent little Chinese place; I've been visiting this place for years; the staff are always happy go lucky; while at times they is a language barrier; they still have banter with you; always get your order right. Food wise; this place is spot on; while I ain't tried everything on the menu; I struggle to find people who'd slate this place

I got a salt and pepper box wasn’t even salt and pepper only got 7 chip at the most you got more onions then you did food really disappointed

Ordered chicken curry and portion of fried rice told her 5 times over phone what came was 4 slices of chicken on fried rice the chicken was hard and tasted vile

Ordered and waited for 1hr 30 mins to be told they tried ringing the wrong number and tried delivering which is a lie. Last time I order. Foods gone really downhill recently also.

Chow mien was swimming, 100% not edible

Normally love it here. Tonight put me off for good. Stomach pains and on the toilet a hour or so after it the lot of us who had the salt and pepper chicken and egg fu young, even the dog with the runs after having the plain egg fu young!! The chicken is also getting smaller to the point its just a pea size of batter!! The chicken in the fu young was black and poor bits of chicken really. Rotten food tonight. Never again.

First class food delivered in 40 minutes

Devastated been coming here since it opened, and tonight's food was over cooked, rubbery and felt like most of the fried food stuff was old and just re fried. I rang the shop to complain, not wanting a refund or anything and the lady who took my order said I can't control what you think in my shop! Won't be coming back.

Ordering on line is absolute nightmare website is slow and confusing just gunna order from some where else.

Just paid £25 for take away that you can get from lucky dragon for £20 and get better food.Salt and pepper chicken you get better pop corn chicken from KFC.Spare ribs have no meat on them.They give you free when you order £20 some chicken wings normally at least 6/8 pieces tonight four pieces should have kept them no meat on them anyway.Then I phoned to tell them I was not happy spoke to arrogant argumentative women did not want to listen.Thats ok they have just lost at least £60 a week must be doing really well because they are not bothered.Lucky dragon spare ribs much better lovely chunky ribs with loads of meat on them.Mr Wangs spare ribs suffering from anorexia.

Placed an order and in less than ten minutes it was at the door.. Not possible to cook an order containing seafood and rice in that time pack it up and get it here... Be wary. Needless to say we sent food away...

Oh Wow Mr Wang ! ....one of the best chinese meals I have had in a long time . Large menu ,fresh quality food ,hot ,plentiful and delicious. I will certainly be back ....now changed my usual chinese take away to you ....FANTASTIC !!

First time ordering from here . Overall the food was lovely but the chips let it down . They were rock hard . Had to bin them . Don't know whether this was a one off. Are they normally like this ???????

Can't fault them. Salt & pepper crispy shredded chicken is my fave. Mrs loves the mixed meat mushroom and onion. Delivers too normally within a very reasonable timescale. :-)

Only good thing about this place is delivering, apart from that I've had food poisoning, need to check your meats before you send them out! 😡
