Muffins in Hyndburn

Just bought a bacon sandwich from there to take out - never again - tea cake very dry bacon undercooked - one of the worst bacon butties I’ve had - I had to throw it away

We got 2 breakfasts they came very quick we had 1 cheap sausage 1 slice of fatty bacon 1 really greasy egg and a few beans it was absolutely terrible will definitely not be returning to this place

Great food. Great service. Good value for money Had the braised steak and onion with chips and veg. Proper homemade and delicious

In Blackburn for the day, found Muffins after a Google search. Had an omelette, came with veg. Was lovely, pretty quickly served. No complaints whatsoever!

We found Muffins by accident and I’m glad we did, I had chicken curry and fried rice, it was amazing, I could hear the wok going in the kitchen as they cooked my rice fresh, it came, a massive plate full, well worth the money, I wasn’t leaving the cafe until I finished my meal, in fact I almost managed it! Just leaving 2 forkfuls! My partner, he had a full breakfast, which he also enjoyed, leaving his plate completely empty, would definitely recommend muffins to a friend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 star review from me, returning if I get the chance.

My wife and I went for lunch with our friends on a recommendation from another of our friends We were made to feel welcome from.the moment we walked through the doors.. The meals were excellent and the service was top notch. Very friendly staff and they even gave my wife a cake for her up coming birthday. This was our first meal in Muffins but it won't be the last!

Customer service needs addressing. Went in today with a work colleague to order my t-cake. The lady who served completely ignored me and served the person behind. Overall rude. Not at all impressed. First time ive been here and it will be my last. Didnt feel welcome at all not a smile for the cat. Ordered a Prawn Mayo tcake with salad advertised at £2.80 but charged £3.50 . 70p price increase. Scribble on board states prices increased but it seems guess the increased price. Will in future take my custom back to Suddells as their service and friendliness is second to none.

I go here to treat myself to a gorgeous home cooked meal, it's a shame it doesn't open late. The staff are very friendly and courteous, food is served quickly, lovely comfortable atmosphere.

Visited here used to go many years ago with my mum was very busy then decor was outdated lovely lady took order was on table within 5 min so not cooked fresh was ok for a bacon sandwich but hubbys mighty breakfast wasn’t very mighty sausage looked cheap tables very old needs a good clean and updated decor lots of chintz around Shane as they could prob make more as a Chinese restaurant

Absolutely dreadful. Had a cheese and ham toastie. The ham was like cat food. It was terrible. 4 of us ate. 0 empty plates. I didnt think it was possible to go wrong with a salad. I was wrong

Have been going to Muffins for years, good food, service etc. BUT, Out of the last 2 times we have been, one of the "owners I think" has been stacking the coffee cups behind the counter, then sneezed into her hand, then carried on stacking the cups, disgusting !! I will never go back again!

Cheap and cheerful cafe. Produce is cooked and served okay. Quite average but friendly enough staff.

Well priced, good service, wide range of food available on the menu. Quite small but usually not very busy.

Dropped in here whilst shopping as its always my daughters first choice, we all throughly enjoyed our meals. Two toasties and a lamb dinner which is my daughters favourite from here and they didn't disappoint. Would definately recommend.

I have eaten here a few times, and would go nowhere else when in Blackburn shopping. The food is always fresh and delicious. The lady who owns the café is really friendly. Only downside is that they don't taken card payments but apart from that I would definitely recommend!!!

Teníamos braising bistec y puré de patatas y queso y cebolla tarta... Usted no necesita otra comida ese día era muy abundante y el budín de aspecto adorable... También atendía la gente a la que le gusta sentarse al solprecioso lugar para comer...
