food came 2 hours after placing order, pizzas were cold, chips were soggy, I asked driver why it took so long, he ignored me and just got back in his car, was given a small bottle of coke as a gesture, but not good enough. NOT HAPPY.

Had to ring 3 times and was always told it's on its way

ordered a pizza and got something completely different which was also cols. the sides didn't even come and the staff was disrespectful on the phone when I phoned to complain about my order

Again chips warm and like cardboard kebab warm.

I understand busy but allow me to decide i want to wait that long. Ordered at 17:17 got food at 19:54. Was told different things on phone. Amd drinks missing

Food was ordered at 4.20pm arrived at 6pm cold the drinks bag had been dropped and cans inside the bag had exploded the kebab meet is hard and overall not very nice

Ordered was extremely late. Over 5 phone calls, each time I was told it’s on its way. Food arrived absolutely freezing so it went straight in the bin. Terrible service from this place.

Chips were stone cold and were like rubber and the kebab wasn't even luke warm poor meal.

I was informed that the delivery was made and I had to wait another 45mins and phone the takeaway 3 times to check. Really unusual, normally when we order, the food arrives within the stated time!

Wasn't hot but tasted lovely and just enough.

usually have no issues here, but today the delivery ended up being an hour after the initial delivery window so an hour and a half from when I ordered. rang up and was told it was on the way, it's less than a 5 minute drive from my house, after another 20 minutes, it still wasn't here. finally arrived, food was barely warm, popcorn chicken tasted weird and my burger was wrong.

Order was showing as delivered so I asked for an update another half hour added to the already hour an half I’d already waited still didn’t arrive original time was 19:05 arrived at 20:45. Tried to ring the shop either engaged or ignored I actually set off to go pick it up in the end and it arrived. Food was average nan bread was covered in grease. Not the first time this has happened but thought it’s been a couple of years since our last order sadly still no change.

The Mix Has always been great but the Peshawari naan was really disappointing, dry like cardboard and not worth the price Would not recommend that. 1st time I've felt I would not order again

Nicest chicken I have ever had from here,it was very tasty,moist and succulent.

Food was delivered on time, grandkids enjoyed it, but were disappointed that the drinks weren't sent, the driver did offer to go back for them, but i didn't like him to drive back and forth, I rang murghanos, they did apologise and said i could pick up the two unsent drinks, if i called in the shop at any time. Was delivered incorrect order, said they wpuld deliver correct order but when that arrived items were still missing soo had to wait for the remaining item which when arrived it was cold

Delivery was due 19.10-19.30 it finally arrived at 20.25 after a few calls to the restaurant, they kept telling me it’s with the driver. I live 5 minutes away in a car, When it finally arrived it was freezing, so I can believe it was with the driver, just sat in a paper bag in the boot for nearly an hour. It’s a shame because on the rare occasion it does arrive on time, the food is pretty good

Took over an hour for delivery and when I rang they said it was because of an offer they had ...but surely if they knew they had they offer on then they should have had more staff on...the food was good so it was a shame as normally good from here

Wrong sauce on thr kebab orfered chilli mayo got hot sauce,this time chips were to die for.

Kebabs were freezing cold, replacements were sent without an issue but they were also cold so it was just wasteful. We order pizza from here regularly and haven’t had a problem but the kebabs are awful.

Ordered my food and supposed to be delivered at 18:30. It was 30 minutes late and they only brought the sides and the 2 wraps, we were missing a kids meal. By this point we rang them and told them we was missing a kids meal. (Pizza, chips & a drink) They struggled to locate our order and weren't listening to us. They finally agreed to re-send the kids meal after 10 minutes on the phone. It took them 30 minutes to get the kids meal delivered and we're STILL missing chips! Food was luke warm and a poor standard. Going to seek a refund for time wasted and poor quality food/service.

Ordered tonight 8:56pm didn’t arrive till 10:50pm estimated time arrival was 9:45pm - 10:05pm Ordered mixed kebab and a burger meal and two milkshakes chicken tikka and donner mixed kebab was small for £7 odd, burger meal looked okay but chips was stone cold and hard like they’d been reheated. the milkshake had gone funny cause they’d obviously been made first and left it, all the cream had gone to the bottom and gone mushy. For £20.66 for this I will not be ordering from here again! In the time it took to come I could have gone to a field got a lamb chopped it up into a kebab myself absolutely disgraceful SAVE YOUR MONEY GO ELSE WHERE

After spending around £50 on a takeaway last evening I came to a shock when the food arrived 40 minutes late and was stone cold. I ordered a garlic bread pizza that tasted like it had been cooked hours before delivery and was hard to the touch. I have eaten from here before and I have never had such a poor experience. The only thing worth eating was a cheesecake that my partner ordered but even the portion size of that wasn’t enough for what we payed. As a chef myself I suggest the kitchen staff take this as something to learn from as some people may not be as kind as to leave a review.

I always order and food is usally amazing. But tonight it was disgusting absolutely dry and the chicken burgers tasted like frozen burger's. The chips were over cooked very disappointed

Chips are soggy and cold, donnor meat is cold and burnt the dog wouldn’t even touch it, the chicken wrap was saturated in bbq sauce to the point it was disgusting no salad or sauce options for the kebabs, Oreo milkshake wasn’t too bad, ordered off Uber eats and took well over an hour to be delivered don’t bother wasting your money it’s a dirty meal

Delivery time was between 20:10 - 20:30. Expected it anytime after 20:10, nothing by 20:40 but noticed the app said 'enjoy your food' suggesting they updated their system to say it was delivered when it wasn't. Sent an update saying the order was late, no response after 5 mins, called the restaurant and the guy on the phone couldn't sound less bothered, said it 'should' be here soon, I asked if the delivery driver had left and he agreed. We live 2 minutes away and it was 15 minutes. No apology.

we order alot and was disappointed when you'd left out a whole meal, rang to explain was told someone would bring the meal down now, sat waiting till midnight and nobody came absoultey ridiculous!

I ordered pizza for myself and my partner, neither of us were satisfied with the quality of the food, mine was extremely doughy , it didn't appear to be cooked properly and breaking the segments off wasn't happening, they tore and my topping was falling off . I also ordered a Milk Shake, this normally comes with Whipped Cream on top , not on this occasion!! so I called them and, to their credit, they sent a replacement. In summary, I won't be ordering from here in future.

absolutely shocking the last few orders !! thing I might give this place a miss for a while again !! past few times burgers haven't been burnt to the point they are like bricks. tonight I thought I'd try something different and go for a kebab and chicken strips, not only was the order 20 mins late, it was also freezing cold 🫣. not happy at all.

Absolutely disgusting service I phoned to explain I have allergies they sent me the wrong order then sent a replacement which was still wrong and now I am still waiting on ANOTHER replacement I want a full refund or i will have no choice but to post to social media as food allergies should be taken very seriously absolutely disgraceful!!!

when the food arrived, my kebabs was missing the toppings and sauces, my chicken burgers was stone cold and hard by the time they had arrived and my pizza topping had been squished up against the top of the boxes. i ended up having the throw all the food away. only decent thing about it was the cold pepsi that i got. absolute joke wouldn’t recommend to anybody.

Once again outstanding fried chicken, 🤩 We always get huge pieces and always hot, The mixed shazlick was lovely just a tad salty for me but enough for 2 and boiling hot. Thnk you, Kaz 🙏🏻

Don’t order from here unless you want to be told the delivery will take 15-20 minutes and it will actually take 3 hours. Happened once before we thought it was a one off, tried again and it’s not. Joke. Food has come all cold and soggy. Milkshake is like water. Save the money and time 👍🏼

came within the time it said so that's good. portion sizes good. apart from the fact they gave me the wrong kids meal i'd have given 5 stars. also don't think I got a crunchy milkshake since it's not crunchy in the slightest but with 40% off I can't complain.

It has been a while since ordering from murghanos because of a late delivery. This delivery was not as late but I gave them another chance. They will not get another chance.

Driver was absolutely mint!! Not used to them actually being down to earth but honestly was the best delivery driver I've EVER had. Topped my milkshake up with extra cream, sorted me a little tub of cream for my cheesecake aswell for no extra cost, honestly thank you mate if you read this !

Murghanos is always mint. Kebabs are lovely. Meat tastes nice. Never get scraggly bits. Always nice, long fresh trails of meat. Chicken burgers, strips, wraps etc are lovely. Collection is always fast. No complaints from me at all.

G chik kebab NO salad NO sauce,didn’t eat it! :( NO GM on chick n chips as request,NO med sauce or salad on donner Nan only GM.I 4nd to be told I had to pay for it sep & if I want sauces and salad on food I ave to request it what? The wraps was cold and they came wrong a normal chicken wrap shouldn’t be cold I think this is one of the worse ones I have had the food is still in the bag and it was not nice really not happy with this order feel like I payed for nothing

i order from murghanos very frequently, i’m disappointed to say the standard of food and customer service has declined significantly. i placed an order ( a pizza and a kebab). The app said the latest delivery time would be 8:45. around 9pm ish the kebab arrived and i was informed they would have to send another driver to deliver the pizza i rang the restaurant they advised me it would be around 15 minutes , an hour passed and still no pizza turned up, around 10:05 the pizza showed up cold .

Not the first time ordering from here but this time is by far my worst take away experience. both me and my partner have had severe vomiting and diarrhea for 2 day after eating from here

My 12 year old daughter when in and ordered 2 kids chicken nugget meals which should have cost o£9.80 and gave the man £20 and gave her £3 change ripping off children is disgusting i want my money back !

Normally got nothing but nice to say but tonight the chicken coating was hard as if it had been warmed up, chicken wasn’t nice! No sauces and no beans or coleslaw with meal! Called shop no answer left message on answer phone , so yet to see if I get what I’m owed! Very disappointed coz order was over £20 and worst iv had! ( we order regularly) always spot on and I always recommend!!!

I place an order at 1954 hrs and it took so long then I contacted the shop they told it's ready and waiting for a driver. I called them again after 30 min they told the food is on the way. I called them again after 45 mins and asked whether their driver is walking to my home. They told the order is misplaced and he is going to prepare it again so I need to wait for another one hour and it's already 2230. I requested to cancel the order but they ask me to do it online. Fortunately their app has no option to cancel and refund it always ask to call the shop. Then I called them again to hear they can't cancel it. I demanded the food delivery but they didn't. I called then around 2345 and the staff told me they don't have any food in there for delivery. I was expecting food after paying the money since 1954 and now it's 2354 and yet to get something to eat. Don't ever try this one friends they are scammers and they will let you starve without telling you that they are not going to deliver the food. NEVER EVER TRY THIS TAKE AWAY

I have waited almost 2 hrs for my food tonight. They stop answering calls when I rang to chase it up, once I finally got through they said it should be here within 5 mins and I still waited an extra 30 mins! I ended up going to the takeaway and the customer service was awful
