Murphy's Fish and Chips in Chorley

We ( 3 Adults)called in here after a lovely walk around Brinscall Lodge Area. The staff are very helpful & the Fish & Chips are absolutely delicious. ( In fact the best we've had in years & very fairly priced) Will definitely return

well. A fish and chip shop that closes at meal times and doesn't open at all at weekends, whoever thought that was a sound business plan. just crazy

What a total delight. Huge portions and not greasy. This is a first class chippy. Drive out of your way to try it. We’ve just moved to the village and are thrilled we’ve got a brilliant chippy on our doorstep. We’ll be regular customers.

Best chips I've had in years. Fish crispy on the outside flaky in the middle, perfect. Family assure me the steak pie was good too! Excellent all round.

Algo muy típico es probar un fish and chips en Inglaterra, en este pequeño local puedes encontrar varios platos típicos y a precios muy baratos. La porción normal de fish and chips vale 5,5£ pero yo pedí la pequeña que es tan solo 3,5£ y fue suficiente.

We ate here on the last night of our recent visit to Brinscall. Stepping into the shop was like a throwback to times gone by. The staff were friendly and welcoming while the food was excellent and portion sizes generous. This is a proper chippy and is worth a visit if you're in the Brinscall area.

We smelt the chips after we had been swimming at the fabulous traditional swimming pool round the corner. The staff were very nice and kind with my daughter. Chips were great and generous portion size too. We will be visiting again soon.

Good quality fish, chips and peas. Always enjoy lunch from here. Possibly biased review from a villager..
