Must & Lees in Camden

Enviaron spam a mi bandeja de entrada con solicitudes de comentarios antes de asistir a un evento, así que les dejé una mala crítica basada en eso y tomaron represalias cancelando mi boleto y reembolsándolo, llamándolo “buena voluntad”. Piden comentarios sobre trustpilot, pero parece que lo que realmente quieren son solo comentarios positivos y para cualquier comentario que no sea brillante esperan que los llames, a pesar de que no tienen un número de teléfono en google maps, o parece tener repercusiones. Tampoco siguieron sus propias preferencias, ya que no me llamaron para intentar solucionar el problema después de mi mala crítica. Como individuo tengo incluso menos recursos que una pequeña empresa. No había experimentado una respuesta tan desmesurada como esta antes, menos aún de una pequeña empresa que generalmente intenta solucionar un problema, en lugar de echar a un invitado si se queja. No es un lugar al que consideraría ir más y ahora me alegro de ya no tener los boletos. Asegurarme de compartir mi reseña en todos los lugares habituales para que cualquiera que esté pensando en ir tenga aviso sin importar su canal de reseña preferido, ya que he estado tan consternado de principio a fin, incluidas sus respuestas.

We held a work drinks party in the area downstairs and it was excellent, given this was one of the first larger drinks functions in the area for the owner it all ran perfectly and the service was spot on! I would highly recommend Must & Lee's for gatherings or just a glass of wine its a real gem of a place. I also hear their food & wine nights are a big must!

I’ve been meaning to pop in and try this new wine bar since it opened late 2023. Decided today was the day - wasn’t sure it was open so looked up the website, and oops no phone number yet… Decided to walk over from my local office and yay it was open - albeit very dark outside, it was only obvious from the boards outside that it was. We were the only guests during our visit, but the host was quite accommodating. We shared a bottle and a charcuterie board, the wine was good and lovely glasses & plates. In time it could be even better (likely a better atmosphere in the evening). My tips would be:- - Make ice available - if we had wanted bubbles we’d have needed an ice bucket. - Lets get some atmosphere in there - there was no conversation privacy. - Get a phone line We didn’t see the downstairs area but we will try again in time.

Visit Must & Lees to enjoy great wine & meet up with friends (without shouting to make yourself heard.) At this lovely new venue you can take wines by the glass, sharing platters & snacks, & bottles from stock (with a £10 corkage). Or maybe pick up a bottle on your way home. Great addition to this eclectic area.
