Naan Hut - Grilled Peri Peri in Havering

This place is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was served by Joe and she should not be in hospitality. She was grumpy, rude, slow, and highly inefficient.She felt like she did not want to be there.She took my order, put my sandwich in the toaster and did not follow up . Which usually how it happens in costa. She just vanished somewhere with an annoyed look on her face. I am heavily pregnant and waited 25 mins for my sandwich and found out they gave it to someone else. When I complained she shouted back at me and got annoyed and aggressive. I’ve been to this place before and this is the first time I have come across such a person in hospitality. And I’ve been working in hospitality for 12 years.

Ordered takeaway. They rang to say the driver was lost but after 2 hours and many phone calls I gave up. The pizza never turned up. Manager was awful. Ordered from another local pizzeria which arrived in 20 mins. Did eventually get a refund but doesn’t make up for the service. Will never use this branch again.

Yet agian got home to find 1/3 of the order missing, would appear it was my fault for using the drive though, find another one stay away

I had a great experience at Subway! The staff member, Manpreet, was absolutely amazing. I didn’t have much idea about the sauces, breads, and how everything works, but she was so helpful and patient, guiding me through the options and making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service made my visit so enjoyable. Thank you, Manpreet, for your kindness and professionalism!

Now being coming here for over the past 5 years and it ticks all the boxes. Good food and quick service.
