Naaz Indian Cuisine in West Lancashire

A friend recommended we go. We booked and went with friends for the Sunday all you can eat buffet. We were not disappointed! the food was outstanding, great atmosphere, bums on seats which it a great sign. Staff attentive and a great choice of food.

I ordered a take away on Saturday night, of course the waiting time was 1 hour which I expected ,l ordered chicken tikka it tasted over sweet like tomato sauce and very plain not much taste at all . Chicken wasn't fresh tastes like diced frozen chicken. Worst chicken tikka masala ever. It was so disgusting you're better of going to the supermarket and getting a tikka masala ready meal .I expect better quality since I paid top price very disappointed

Great food, staff and atmosphere

NaaZ is exceptional...!! The food is absolutely delicious every time, one of the best Indian restaurants I have been to, amazing taste and amazing flavours, my absolute favourite. The atmosphere is amazing and the service, well the service is world class, all the staff are so accommodating and welcoming they always go above and beyond and make the service extra special and with a personal touch. If I could give NaaZ more than five stars each time they would get maximum marks. I highly recommend going you would not be disappointed for sure. See you all soon Mr Singh

I recently dined at Naaz Indian cuisine for the third time, and it just keeps getting better! Each visit has been a delightful experience, from the warm, inviting atmosphere to the friendly service. The authentic flavors of their butter chicken are simply unmatched, and the garlic naan is the perfect complement. I also tried their new Naaz signature biryani special, and it was bursting with spices and flavor. Whether you're a long-time lover of Indian cuisine or a newcomer, Naaz Indian cuisine is a must-visit. I can't wait for my next meal there! Highly recommend!

We have been coming here for good few years it’s been our go to place the food is the best they recently had full refurb and the place looks stunning they also have big party room can’t wait to book my son’s birthday. Highly recommended this place

Went with my family yesterday for the first time and food was amazing. I ordered the lamb shank and my wife ordered the chap masala. The lamb shank was beautiful and my wife said her chap masala was the best Indian curry full of flavour beautiful deco beautiful atmosphere definitely recommend and definitely coming back well done team NAAZ

Decided to try the Sunday buffet and it was absolutely delicious, we couldn’t stop eating every single dish was better than the other it was so flavoursome can’t find a fault. The atmosphere was amazing the service was brilliant and now this is one of my favourite restaurant to dine in, I have already recommended this place to all my friends and family and I hope everyone reading this review will go and try it because if you don’t you’ll be missing out

Had a lovely takeaway meal from here. The food was brilliant. We had a party of 6 eating and there was a good variety of dishes. No issues. Can’t comment more because I didn’t pay or collect.

We tried the buffet on Sunday and it was so good . Plenty of starters and a good selection of mains too . The service by the waiters second to none . Very chatty waiter telling us about the restaurant and staff which made the experience all together even better with a personal touch. Looking forward to our next visit In the not to distant future . We have just visited today with my family to celebrate my birthday. We tried the new Sunday Buffet and the food was fantastic and very flavoursome. There was a lot of choice and each dish was just as nice as the next. My 3 children ages 6,7,11 enjoyed the food with one or them being a very picky eater who enjoyed it and they have all asked to return. The staff are very attentive, polite and thoughtful and nothing is too much trouble. The venue is beautifully furnished and decorated with a nice atmosphere. I would highly recommend this to all as the food is fantastic as is the service. We will definitely be retuning again.

We visited the Naaz this evening and as usual the food was just exceptionally delicious. We thoroughly enjoy their food so much so that we are now regular customer of this establishment. All the staff, especially Ali is so pleasant, polite and extremely friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this restaurant and they will always have our custom now :)

The delivery was 40 minutes late and only turned up after ringing the restaurant twice. The food was mediocre until I found the lid off a tobasco bottle in my meal. Thank goodness I didn't swallow it. The remainder has gone in the bin. Won't be using them again!

I thoroughly enjoyed my buffet experience at Naaz today. I’m generally not a huge fan of buffets, however, Naaz absolutely got their buffet spot on! Very friendly greeting on arrival, lovely decor, perfect lighting (I’m fussy about lighting) I felt very relaxed. The layout of the buffet was very good, easy to manoeuvre. I tried everything! And everything tasted delicious! There was a great selection. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. I look forward to returning soon!

Excellent Food and Friendly service ! I visit most weeks and have done for a good few years! Never had a meal that wasn’t anything less than excellent from chef specials to vindaloos, baltis, the list is endless! The staff are always able to help and advise for all tastes! Love the starters from lamb chops to onion bhajis ! I’ve personally eaten most things on the menu ! This is a family run restaurant and they really do value their customers! Will be back again soon!!

Got a lovely takeaway from this restaurant last night. Everything was spot on. Poppadoms crisp, chutneys nice, starters all good. Shaslick nice, Dansak great, Naan breads nice. Prompt delivery by a friendly guy. The lamb tikka was divine cooked perfectly. Thanks 😊 x

This was our first time at this restaurant. We were really impressed. Staff were all great, very attentive and really lovely with my children. They didn’t have Fanta, which my 6 year old had decided she wanted, but the waiter made a special orange and lemonade drink and made a fuss of it for her and she was made up! The food is fantastic. Huge portions - the children’s curry was a fab size. Restaurant is spotlessly clean and my girls loved having a photo by the flower wall! We will definitely be returning and highly recommend to anyone.

Absolutely epic meal at Naaz. 8 of us dining, starters where incredible & the Lamb Dopiaza was so good I mopped the dish so you could put it back on the shelf. Fantastic experience for dining in our village.

First class Restaurant. The food is excellent and the staff attentive. It has a great atmosphere. Booking is advised as on the occasions I have been there it has been full. 4 of us were there last night and with poppadoms, starters, mains and drink (lots!) the bill was an average £30 each which is great for a Saturday night out. Can recommend the mixed meat Byriani done in an Asian style.

First visit won't be the last! Amazing food, ambiance and staff, love Indian food but Naaz is no doubt one of the best experiences I've had will be back.

The only bad experience I had was the 2 guys who take your order. I have visited this place 3 or 4 times since moving up from Birmingham and found the food and service fine. The food was always very nice. I tried to order a takeaway over the counter and had already worked out with the 20% off how much it was going to be. The waiter was trying to put 20% on. I tried to explain I get 20% off for a takeaway and he said that I was rude for saying so. I did enjoy a takeaway from here but this experience has put me off going back. Thanks for getting back to me, I'm sorry but I won't be removing my review. This is what happened don't know if they were trying it on or not and couldn't understand why. I live at Banks and have to travel to your place and didn't mind because it was worth going. But after my experience won't be going back. It was your restaurant and you have a younger waiter and one abit older. At the time someone from the kitchen came out and said I was right. Your are from Station road, Hesketh Bank PR4 6SR. The younger waiter had made the mistake and it was a few pounds drifferance. It was the other waiter jumping in and having a go what caused the scene. My wife came in to use the toilet and I left with her. Why would I make out any drifferant, I liked your food.

I've dined in this restaurant for years now and I've never had a bad meal I've tried lots of different meals and have never been disappointed

Wow what can I say the order was 15 minutes late I politely rang to see where it was, I was informed it’s on its way. 10 minutes late rang again to see where the order was I was told it has been taken to the wrong house and is now on its way. I asked if it has been taken into someone’s house, they explained they have no idea but it’s on its way. I told them I don’t want it if it if it’s been in someone else’s house and would prefer a refund at this point the very dismissive guy hung up on me, again all I can say is wow. I will never order from here, again and this is such a shame from someone who wants to support local businesses. Extremely rude avoid!!!!

Attended a New Years event here last week. Great food and service, great DJ and party, fireworks at midnight, had a great night. Well done all staff at Naaz.

We had a party of 12 and we sll loved it could not fault it st all ,staff ,service and food were excellent will defo be going g again ,I had madras wow it was gr8,,,highly recommend this place.

Missing items. Ordered both lemon and mushroom rice and received neither. Curry was supposed to be fairly hot and I’ve had a lot of hot curries in my time, but the heat was hotter than a vindaloo. More spice than flavour. The masala poppadoms were burnt!

Not a traditional Indian restaurant, clean almost sterile food, portion size is poor for the price, much better available at a better price.

Owner extremely rude and racially abusive toward me stating "i do not understand english" placed an order online via their website, received email confirmation of payment taken, then a call from restaurant cancelling my order because the delivery is too far, both PR4 postcodes! Owner refused to send confirmation of a refund!!!

Excellent food and friendly service. Can't fault it.

Anyone wanting a tasty Indian meal served by the most helpful and friendly staff, then Naaz is the place to go. My husband and I are fortunate enough to call it our second home as we love our Indian food and go on a regular basis. We have tried other restaurants but we are always drawn back to Naaz. The food is always top notch but it's the staff that make your evening memorable- always smiling and helpful and take the time to chat with you. Not sure what to order, they will discuss the menu with you and find the meal suited to your taste. Naaz is a family run business and you are made to feel like you are part of that family . Definitely the best Indian around in my opinion and would definitely recommend.

Exceptional service in a sleepy village. Food is excellent, and the venue is warm and comfortable. Well structured menu. Excellent parking. Well priced.

Went mid week for food with friends. Very welcoming, clean and spacious. Due to being a weekday it was extremely quiet. Service was great as was the food cannot fault either. Would definitely return, very fairly priced and tasty.

Turned up just before six o'clock on Saturday evening without booking a table and although they were fully booked they managed to squeeze us in. The food, service and atmosphere well all fantastic. The staff were all lovely, will definitely go back, just got to remember and book next time!!

What a surprise when we walked in the interior is impressive. Greeted and swiftly escorted to our table. Given menu and left to peruse. Short time later our friendly waiter asked for our drink order. When our drinks order arrived we were asked if we were ready to order food after a knowledgeable help from our waiter in making a decision we ordered. Food began to arrive and this was outstanding. Staff service, interior of the restaurant and quality of the food all deserve a special mention, in what order I will leave for you to decide. If you live or passing through the area and Indian food is your craving then give it a go pretty certain you will not be disappointed.

Amazing food as always. I ordered for delivery tonight, food was with me in approx 25 mins, piping hot & with extra popadoms & chutneys. Naaz is excellent value for money, fresh, good quality tasty food & generous portion sizes. I highly recommend this restaurant for either dine in or home delivery.

My husband and I are regular customers at Naaz. We used to frequent other Indian restaurants but since we tried Naaz we don't go anywhere else now. Luckily for us it's local too. Plenty of dishes to choose from on the menu and the food is absolutely fantastic. The restaurant is a family run business and every member of staff is a credit to the place. Everyone is polite, charming and very helpful. Best Indian restaurant around in my opinion. Would definitely recommend. Very reasonably priced too considering the price of everything at the moment.

Went tonight for husbands birthday. Food is so delicious. Every dish had so much flavour. Really enjoyed it. The staff were lovely and really wanted us to have a nice time. Beautifully decorated. Will definitely be back soon.

First time I've been into the restaurant, I've always ordered the takeaway, I can honestly say I was not disappointed, yes it was very busy and abit of a wait for our table, but all the staff are very professional and courteous, apologizing for us waiting,, the food and atmosphere make a little wait worthwhile, for a perfect friendly service, with very tasty amazing food , we will return and highly recommend

Wonderful food, great service, and a warm and friendly place to spend a relaxed evening with family and friends. Everything has improved at NAAZ over the last couple of years, and I highly recommend everyone to pay them a visit.

The menu is big but easy to follow and the restaurant itself is very well designed and decorated. The takeaway food is restaurant quality and popular. The service was very good and drinks served quickly. It's a place you can eat at time and again and enjoy your the evening every time.

We had a wonderful meal last night at Naaz, it was absolutely delicious, it couldn't have been better! The service was brilliant with a perfectly charming and well presented young man, whose customer service was first class. We feel that it is excellent value for money and a good night out. We hadn't actually been in for a sit down meal there since it has been refurbished and we have to say it looks lovely, so much brighter, beautifully done. We are so lucky to have this quality restaurant on our doorstep.

This was our first visit, and no word of a lie this is the best we've been to and we've been to alot of places. We were a family of 5 and we was greeted straight away with a warm and welcome cosy atmosphere so laid back and chilled out. We had the best seat in the house with a artificial pink blossom tree over our heads and a beautiful elephant ornament on our table the others and beautiful flowers. The staff was second to non so so helpful always smiling and couldn't do enough to make you feel comfortable. The food was exceptional so tasty We cleared our plates and had desert also. They have a great drinks menu also, so much choice for the kids and went out the way for our daughter as she loves fresh raw mushrooms on her plate. The place is beautiful can't wait to go back. Thank you again for singing happy birthday to my husband, and giving him a big sparkler and a beautiful slice of chocolate cake.
