Naked Chips in Newham

Best chips i had in long time. Crispy and fresh. Taste like real potato not other chips . Lots of sauces option. I had garlic and herbs 🌿 😋. Just scrumptious.

I enquired about hiring a food truck for an event I am planning. When contacting them via a third party they seemed uninterested and could not answer half of my questions. Unsure why they were unwilling despite asking several times. Their communication was extremely blunt and lacked interest despite looking to book catering for a price of £500+. The initial communication was extremely helpful. I’m unsure as to why this changed almost suddenly. I was hoping to go ahead and book with them today but unfortunately lost all faith in their reliability or professionality. I have now booked a different provider. Shame to lose business over failure to show interest or professionalism with customers.

Cannot fault their chips, hence, they are so popular, our go to place.

I came to this restaurant and was so happy with my experience, the food was delicious and the customer service was amazing. Demi and Ramsha are so kind and helpful, they were really friendly and had positive energy throughout the time I was there. They helped me pick what I wanted because I was confused and described different options in great detail which resulted me to have a great meal I will return to eat again. I will definitely recommend this place to someone and think Demi and Ramsha went above and beyond because I felt so welcome and heard, which is rare for me to come across in other restaurants.

Paid for a can of coke with my chips they didn’t give me the drink when I went back they refuse to give me the drink and asking for receipt when they don’t even give a receipt in the first place. Then I paid for another one which is unfair. Rubbish customer service 👎

Service was very poor. Bordering on rudness by the saleswoman. A little curtesy needed in her behaviour. Customer service, unfriendly and rude. We visit this place almost every week and today's service was appalling. Quite disappointed.

Have ordered via uber eats as well as directly from the truck. Chips are delicious as well as the sauces/topping. My favourite toppings are curry sauce and nacho cheese by itself. Plenty of free parking spaces available.

I was pleasantly surprised at how good these chips were. Always wondered why anyone would eat chips alone but these were well made and the naked sauce was stellar. The small portion was bigger than expected and more than enough for 1 person.
