Manager was great, chatting to everyone and team all polite and happy. Food great as always! Visit - 27th Jan @1800hrs

My absolute favorite. I love their grilled wings with their medium peri peri sauce and spicy rice.

1st time dining at nandos for me and it was fantastic, service was 1st class 👏 definitely be back 🙌

Severe lack of people skills from the staff, unfortunately we can all have bad days at work, but a smile & being courteous costs nothing.

We are regular customer at Nando's and always had a good experience but tonight me, my wife and my son went for dinner and had a bad experience with food and service. I ordered a new deal with full chicken and some extras with drinks and then I thought of ordering half chicken more. I went back to the table and saw that there were four portions 2 legs and 2 breast pieces but the breast portions was like half of the portion and missing the wing bits. When I informed one of the Employees, he said that he'll get another breast piece for us, we were nearly finishing the food and a lady named Ellie came and said that's the way chicken is, when I showed the chicken portion, she said she can't do anything as there is nothing wrong. I insisted her that it's not the way it always is as we are regular customers and I know the food portions and serving. She still insisted that everything is perfect, even when I told her that I'm not happy with that, she just said sorry and can't do anything with it, like turning a deaf era to my complaint. I repeated multiple times that I'm happy with this but she ignored my complaint and made me feel that I'm wrong. I believe that this lady Ellie was new in her position or was just covering from someone but could have handled the situation better. This is the worst experience we have ever had at Nandos. I wish I would not have dined at Nanod's especially at this occasion. I believe if it was someone else instead of her, they could have handled it better than her, as in the past if we ever had any Issues, it was always resolved immediately in a very good manner. I would again say that this was the worsted experience and my wife and son felt embarrassed on this occasion. I don't feel like visiting Nando's again after all this treatment, I'm very disappointed and was put off. I would not encourage anyone to visit this branch specially if there are inexperienced people or on purpose people who purposely turns a deaf ear to customers 💔🫥😶‍🌫️😤😡🤯 👎

Absolutely shocked by the service I received by the MANAGER. (Black hair, rough looking as if she was on drugs). She was so rude and ignorant when taking my order. She had a face on throughout. Didn’t even smile once and she’s supposed to be the manager!

Not as good the second time round. First time experience was 5* but the second time was disappointing

By far the most consistent Nando's. Really good service as always and the waiter Yousuf was really accommodating. 👏🏽

Nandos is always consistent, food is just as good as any we’ve been to. Very hard to give it a 5/5 with it just being way too chaotic, also feels a bit over priced given you do 90% of the serving yourself.

Order a collection and Hussain looked after me with getting the sauce that was not available for take out but went the extra mile to putting in tub for me to take home. Thank you for hospitality and generous. Lovely

Grand opening of Nandos deepdale preston after refurbishment. First impressions, was welcomed in by a friendly team member. The refurbishment is outstanding. Beautiful furniture and wall art , everything is immaculate. Jimmy served us and as usual he is so friendly and professional. We had a lovely meal that was cooked to perfection and presented very well. Always have a brilliant time here cant fault anything at all. 10/10

Great place with freshly prepared food,good atmosphere and superb service.Hus and Jimmy went out of their way to make our visit first class.We will be back.

Food was good service was good but the toilets looked like they had never been cleaned

We ordered a takeout with the server Ann Marie and she was fantastic! My girlfriend is wheat intolerant and doesn't do well with spice, so Ann Marie gave some really helpful suggestions and helped make sure the order was done correctly. The food was fantastic and I really recommend it to anyone.

We were starving from a long trip so was gone 8pm. Lady who greeted us was lovely she said it would be about 5 min for a table and she was back in 5 mins. Food was amazing as always. As we track fitness and food intake it was easy to find calories etc to help us. We are fast eaters especially when we are hungry. We had ordered, food arrive and eaten all in 45 mins. Everyone who worked there was v polite.

It was good and the children was spicy enough to eat free drinks and good environment for the customer and Thier good in approaching customers in a nice and responsible way.

Just great, the staff, the food, and so relaxing. Would go again.

Updating my last review from negative to positive. Brilliant service and good was perfectly cooked. A polar opposite to my experience 2 months. Great improvement.

Edit: downgraded review from 4 stars to 3 stars as the response to my review is a copy and paste. Where’s the originality? The human touch? #dobetternandos Got the 4 chicken thighs broccoli and mash. Was fine nothing to write home about but a great try if you haven’t been before.

Last went here around 10 years ago and it was dry overcooked food, 10 years later and still the same! Never again in my life.

Nice nandos, staff are wonderful, and the decor is amazing

Family of 6 visited after 8pm on Friday evening. large queue so expected a long wait. We were seated in 10 mins much faster than expected as it was very busy. I mentioned to the host that it was one of the girls Birthdays hoping that they might sing happy birthday or give a cupcake or something but to my surprise the host said the birthday girl could order a full meal on him. And this is what happened including a desert! this was lovely for the birthday girl and helped us with the cost of a meal for 6. This was a lovely gesture and completely unexpected. the host and staff were very friendly and polite and the food was delicious as always! 😀 thank you for going above and beyond and for adding to special memories of the day. We would highly recommend Nando’s at Deepdale Preston 💗

I love nandos normally but this particular experience was very poor. I don't know what was going on but there seemed to be alot of staff doing nothing. We arrived and thaught it didn't look busy at all but there were multiple tables empty that hadn't been cleared away. We were made to wait while a table was cleared for us. Once seated there were still dirty tables all around us which took a very long time to be cleared and even once the table next to us was cleared there was still food on the table and the floor. My husband and I ordered the sharing platter of butterfly chicken and thighs. It seemed to take ages to arrive and the butterfly chicken was dry when it did arrive. It has put me off going back there as it isn't the cheapest place to go either.

Had visited this site in Preston Deepdale a year ago and it was great! Since then every time we go In there even when there are plenty of empty tables we got turned away. Since our last visit we got turned away 3 times saying there is a waiting time of more than hour?? Even when restaurant was running at half of its capacity. If you can’t run a restaurant at full capacity why have so many seats. Owners definitely need to do something about it.

Nice food, small portions and over priced. Bottomless drinks are good the sauces are okay and they never have the frozen yogurt on. Fine place to meet up with friends to move on. Changed my rating down to 1 star. Cause I feel Totally Ripped Off! I ordered the Mediterranean salad with 2 Chicken Fillets. To my amazement I was given 1 Chicken Fillet cut in half and a little bottle of salad dressing. The waiter came over and even before I stuck a fork in my meal and asked if everything was alright with the meal? I pointed out that I had one fillet cut into half to make two. And rudely he said that is the meal I ordered and I asked for extra salad dressing and one bottle per order. I will not be going in there again when there is better places

Firstly Waited 20min to get table , although half of the tables were vacant. Then Waited 40 min to receive food and that was after I complained about the long wait. I ordered the wrap with medium flavour but way too spicy to eat. I am a regular customer of Nando's and I always have medium peri peri sauce but definitely what I received was not medium. When I complained about the food being extremely spicy, the manager came from different room and said this is what you ordered, nothing wrong with it . Because it was busy and chaos in the restaurant he was not bothered investigating the problem. Very disappointed with the managers approach.

Fast service beautifully cooked chicken peri chips were lovely !

Love a bit of nando's! This visit however wasn't quite 5* as they had ran out of gravy! (If you haven't tried it, you NEED to!) And we got the garlic bread burger, the bread had been slightly over done with a slight burnt taste, otherwise as yummy as usual, will be back!

Fairly busy, seated promptly, ordered via the app and the food came quickly and was the usual decent Nandos standard. Not a Nando's issue, however, we ended up along with the staff babysitting the table next to us kids. A not very nice family, more bothered about feeding there faces than teaching the kids some manners, respect and how to behave in public. More of a society problem than a Nando's, no one has the balls these days to confront these people who think it is acceptable to treat a venue as a creche whilst they fill there faces

45 min wait for food. Drinks came after starters and I had to ask for my glasses. Wasn’t even in the mood for the food by the time it came. Honestly worst Nando’s going. Didn’t have corn on the cob. Coleslaw or chicken thighs. Useless place. Five guys just over the road 10x better

Went for a meal for my birthday and although the food did take a while it came tasting fantastic as it always is, I was served by Jessen (I do apologise if I spell the name wrong) and a blonde woman who’s name I forgot to ask for, the service is impeccable and the shop is always clean, thank you for having us.

Went there last week with my friend and was seated by Yousef, the manager. We received a brilliant and warm welcome. Had a little issue with my order and it was replaced straight away by Yousef in less than ten minutes. Would definitely be coming back again soon.

Standard Nandos food, not had a bad experience here. Staff was seating people in the awkward spots. I was sat at a bottleneck part of the restaurant even though there were other seats available nearby but then a couple with prams was brought in past me and I had to move out of the way. Food arrived quickly and there was no rush to leave so not a bad experience at all

Julie needs to sort her attitude out. Had a face on the moment I walked through the doors. My order was not available. Didn’t tell me what I could order. Stood there bone idol Ordered a takeout after dining in and asked her to bring to the table. Sat and waited 40 mins until I got fed up waiting. Wake up girl!

Probably one of the worst outlets of Nandos I’ve been to. The service is absolutely terrible. The last time, I had food served to me burned and when informed a member of staff, they got me the same plate that was doused in sauce. This time, I ordered some takeout and I got told it would be ready in 10 minutes, 30 minutes later, they inform me that they’ve run out of wings. My sides got cold too. The service is just appalling and I wouldn’t come to this branch again.

Horrendous. Food takes forever to come and when the liver arrives it was scattered on a plate dry and burnt. I managed to gram the attention of an uninterested waitress who took the liver back to the kitchen and brought the same burnt liver back to the table drowned in one of their sauces. Absolute shambles. The manager was sincere and offered a refund on the dish. A week later I’ve come back ordered 2 sides they said it would take 10 minutes but yet 30 minutes later I am still waiting. Probably the worst run Nandos in the north west.

Best customer service I have ever received in a Nando's. Attentive and polite whilst allowing us to enjoy our meal.

Food is great! Can't complain about that at all! However, low review because they no longer offer a discount for Blue Light holders, and you "must show your work ID, it's in [their] T&C's". Pointless considering the Blue Light Card was created so that you don't have to take your work ID out with you everywhere you go... Since it's against Police policy.

Nandos without the chicken, only burgers

I cannot believe people hype this place up. The chicken was grey inside which means it was bad! The taste was horrible! Not even fit for any consumption by any living thing. Be careful what you have. First time and last time. Be warned. Got food poisoning right after even though had 2 bites.

Very nice decoration, it was busy but we only waited for 20 minutes. Food was delicious and fresh with really good portions, chicken could be grilled little longer.

Lovely service, manager was super friendly and even gave us some extra broccoli as one of the ingredients from our salads had run out. Food was delicious with gluten free options available. The over all place was very clean and had a great atmosphere. I’ve not always had a good experience with Nando’s but this one’s definitely worth going to.

Quick and friendly service and the food was really good. Nice and clean facilities and well set out inside. The only downside was that the portion size seemed slightly smaller than other nandos i have been to.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Nando's restaurant in Deepdale, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. However, what truly set this dining experience apart was the outstanding service provided by Alicia, one of the serving girls. From the moment we were seated, Alicia greeted us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm, setting a positive tone for the evening. She was incredibly attentive, ensuring that our orders were taken promptly and accurately, and she went above and beyond to accommodate any special requests we had.

Visited today the restaurant was really busy but spotlessly clean. A lovely Lady called Alicia showed us to our table and made us feel really welcomed and explained how we can order. The meal arrived very quickly and was very enjoyable

Food was really good and, surprisingly, quicker to the table than many McDonald's

Service was poor, needed to request them to remove the previous occupants drinks glasses, when they brought the food they didn't bring any glasses or the sauces that were paid for and we had to wait for cutlery to be cleaned for 5 mins after receiving our food. The rice was dry and microwaved.

A great place for some spicy grilled chicken to pick right off the bone.

Food was good, hot, only criticism is the slight skimping on the size of the portion of chips. We all had different amounts, one had a bowl full, I had probably half the amount of the bowl when spread out on the plate. These were all sides so should have been the same size, Staff were polite and helpful New Saka sauce is deeelish Reason for 4 stars, toilet needs a little TLC, the seat was wonky last time we went...February! Surely there's no way it has not been reported? Anyway besides that great place. Me and my family all work for emergency services so we get up to £4.00 off. I think this is the price it should be. Without this discount probably wouldn't go near as often as we do!

Best Nando’s I’ve been to! Service so nice and super quick. Food was really hot and delicious. The manager was so kind too and offered us extra for our 12 year olds birthday. Will definitely visit again!

Great place, didn't have very many of the hotter sauces

Wednesday night- Food was spot on, unreal customer service the manager especially was top draw! Checking in on us and being helpful he Made the experience different to other Nando’s chains top man!

£45 for Chicken… Toilets are minging… doesn’t accept blue light unless the girl behind the till feels like she’s in a good mood. Did it for the customer in front, but was told we couldn’t.

Food was meh, had better from there, I know football was on and busy but it was very average.

Unacceptable service. Initially had to wait for a table, not a problem but when you look around the restaurant and there are 3/4 empty clean tables that aren’t being used and when you finally get seated it’s on one of the tables that have been empty the whole time! How can you order 2 meals at the same time 1 of them come and 5 minutes later the sides for the second meal arrive with no main to go with the sides and a further 5 minutes before the main came and the only response be “I don’t know how this can happen” and the additional side was burnt and greasy. A manager that doesn’t care! Completely unacceptable! 3-5 days for a refund, guess that will come before the meal…

Standards have dropped. Waited a very long time for the meal to arrive, we could see it sat at counter for a while before it being brought to us. Cutlery ran out and my 8 year old son had to eat Ice cream with a fork that had been served by a waiter because no spoons were available. Ice machine not working. Napkins not present. Toilets not the cleanest. Chicken legs were pink. Disappointed.

Usually very very good but last visit was poor. Takeaway orders were overtaking demand so our food took ages to arrive and toddler was getting tired. When it did arrive it was small portion of fries and overgrilled chicken. Meal was at least saved by one very helpful team member who got toddlers food done as a priority. Hopefully back to five stars next visit.

Avoid and go elsewhere! I went this lunchtime with my mum and baby who is 8 months old. We had to wait about an hour for our food to arrive. It seemed that the customers who came after me were served a lot quicker. Hope it had nothing to do with th3 fact that my order was a vegqn dairy free. I kept asking the waier how long it would take and all he kept saying was '10 minutes' but it was always much longer than that. To make matters worse, the Manager who took my order got part of my order wrong (although its has to be said he was quick to rectify this as soon as possible). I had been to this branch a few years back and I swear it was better staffed and the service was quicker and well managed. It seems that this is no longer the case. As I said, we waited almost an hour and meanwhile my child was getting tired and hungry. In the end, when the food had eventually arrived, there was little time to eat and enjoy so we had to pack most of it away. When I asked the Manager for a takeaway box, he gave me one little one even though there was a lot more food. Just thought it was a little too stingy to be honest! - but I felt too embarrassed to say. I won't be going back. Far better restaurants with better services in the city centre.

Worst Nandos I've ever been to. Staff unorganized. There were no forks out so lots of tables including ours had to wait 10 mins for a fork, after asking staff multiple times. Manager glued to his phone the whole time. The floor and tables were a mess. Toilets were filthier than bar on a Saturday night. Part of our order was missed and we had to ask for multiple times before it was brought over. Overall frustrating and tiring experience. Food was okay. People chose Nandos because they are used to a certain level of service and quality when they visit. This restaurant did not live up to expectations.

Seated at a table ordered through the app as requested 60 min wait for the food to arrive separately at the table. Food undercooked. Rude staff, equally rude manager worst independent Nando’s restaurant I’ve ever been to. Lancaster and Manchester are in a different league to this one. Avoid!

Amazing service and nice meals.

Visited today and had a 15 minute wait for table, that’s fine as we was informed about it at the door. However, waiting 45 minutes for two Mains is not fine. If we had been told there was a wait on food, we would have gone to kfc instead as we were in a rush to be somewhere. There were a lot of tables all asking how long their food would be. Seemed to be no manager or leader on shift taking control and staff looked miserable.

Nice food but they declined my blue light card which I have as I work locally in NHS. Preferring a payslip🤔 or NHS ID badge🤔🤔 like I have those on me all the time

A great place to stop. After a long journey as a family, we needed a place to recharge. Staff were friendly and attentive. Manager was absolutely on the ball. Our food requirements were met perfectly. We would whole heartedly recommend this Nandos.

I cannot rave about this place enough. We (2 adults & 2 children) stopped in on the spur of the moment as what should have been a 3.5 hour journey had taken us 7 hours & we were tired, hungry & grumpy. The manager, Yousuf, welcomed us & found us a nice table. He was meticulous about my daughter's milk allergy too. Having ordered, we were told the food would take 35 minutes but I think it took about 15-20. The food was hot, perfectly cooked & delicious. The staff were friendly, helpful & efficient.The atmosphere in the restaurant was buzzing but not overwhelming. We liked the lighting particularly. As we left, feeling much better, Yousuf wished us a safe onward journey. We will definitely stop in here again if we are in the area.

Had been to Nando’s this evening what a lovely experience. The staff was very welcoming and the manager Yusuf has given me and my friend the best service I could ever receive at a restaurant. Must try
