Nando's in Hillingdon

Todays takeaway that I ordered from Nando’s was lovely,the food was delicious.Everything I had was gluten free,I had the 1/4 lemon and herb chicken,2 packs of chips,coleslaw,halloumi and sweet chilli jam.All the food was so delicious,nicely presented and a high temperature(except for the sweet chilli jam which was chilled).You can never go wrong with a cheeky Nando’s.The sweet chilli jam was really nice with the halloumi.Therefore,It would be nice to have a menu option of sweet chilli jam chicken and sweet chilli jam loaded chips.Had so many lovely memories at this Nando’s.Look forward to returning soon.

A regular visitor to nandos but this last visit has put me off completly. Me and my partner often go nandos before cinema. Went there on the 18/09/2024 around half seven. Ordered some food with hummous anf bread for starter. No food on the table next 20 mins. Went to the till to enquire our food order was not even on the screen and then the manager diana who is a trainee said that our food order is gone to table 30 for some reason. Our table number was 7. Any way our food was served without the starter as the starter order was missing. Then they bring hummous after main which we declined and was told to fill our details to get refund for that. My extra hot chicken skewrs were lemon and herb which we had to get it changed. While putting my card details my details on the receiot was not of my card . On enquiring they said its the machines fault. But at the same time got notification my card is charged with that amount. Very confusing. At the end the manager who hasd 0 customer service or training gave us £4 something back for hummous . Will never go there again. Even the staff said the manager is noy trained to solve the issue.diana needs some serious training.

We went to Nando’s in South Ruislip after the cinema,have not been here in a long time.The food was lovely,tried the chicken butterfly today as it’s gluten free and I usually go for the wings or the 1/4 chicken so it was a good time for something new.I really liked the lemon and herb chicken butterfly,very tasty,piping hot and beautifully presented.Also unlike the wings and 1/4 chicken you do not need to worry about bones and it has a lovely soft texture.The chips were also good too,some of them were really long,feel bad for not bringing a meter ruler lol 😂.Also i accompanied my chips with medium sauce too which was nice but wow it was spicy.The staff were friendly and food came out on record timing.Lovely decor and atmosphere.Gotta love a cheeky Nando’s fix especially at the consistently good South Ruislip branch.I would also like to see a Nando’s in Ruislip town centre,Hayes,West Drayton and Northwood in the borough.Would highly recommend Nando’s in South Ruislip.

one day later mw and the friend i went with r both vomiting. terrible i don’t know what they did but it’s desgusting to let their customers be ill.

We went to Nando’s for lunch today,it was the faithful Nando’s it always is.The decor was lovely,the atmosphere was nice and it was all very clean.Also the food was delicious too,the lemon and herb 1/4 chicken with chips was delicious and certainly you’re classic Nando’s fix.Also service was quick too,all staff we encountered with were very polite including our waiter Kevin.Would recommend this Nando’s branch and hope to return soon

This specific Nando’s always offer an exceptional service along with great food. Samsiek and his team always go the extra mile to provide great service even during the busiest of hours.

Always get the butterfly burger, but the particular ambience at this location is really nice nestled next to the Cineworld and Asda. It's quite quiet but service was very quick and relatively friendly. Got the fried wings bundle too which were super delicious and choosing your own sauces is always fun! Also got a salad to be healthy and it was actually a reasonable size as opposed to the normal side salads you get! As always, get the peri peri chips they are one of the main reasons to go to Nandos in the first place!

Really enjoyed my time here at lunch today.The service was excellent,we had 3 lovely waitresses and their names were Marina and the other one her name began with an l but couldn’t remember her name fully and the other one never even saw their name but they were very friendly,kind and professional.The food also came impressively quickly as well.I also enjoyed my chicken as well honestly one of the best chickens I’ve ever had here and believe me I’ve been to this branch loads not as much in the last couple of years though.The chips were also gourmet too.Still craving this food soooooooooo bad.The toilets were also lovely and clean and in very good condition.The unlimited drinks machine also came in handy as well.The main reason why I wanted to do this is not only because of the the exceptional experience but to tell you of a few new bits that Nando’s have introduced.They have introduced and are advertising new fully loaded chips which is brand new and looks and looks absolutely amazing!!!!!!!!! Such a fantastic idea for such an amazing chain and sure it will make a lot of money and bring customers in.I also noticed that they have an art thing on their menu and I scanned their qr code to see what it was about and it looked really cool and interesting.Such a lovely time at Nando’s today,hope to come back very soon

So disappointed - It started when I phoned to book a table. However the recorded message informs you that you have to book on line. Ok, so on line I go, where I can order a home delivery (Well actually I can't I'm 3.4 miles away), I can order a collection, I can even apply for a Job - However the one thing I can't do, is book a table. Absolutely nowhere on the site can I book one!Not to be put off we decided we'd turn up and see if we could get a table. We got to the restaurant at 8.41pm and were shown to a table - I mentioned to the waiter that I was unable to book a table on line - no apology, just a flippant 'Oh we're too busy to take bookings you can't do it'. There weren't actually many people in the restaurant, so they certainly weren't 'that busy'. Once seated the waiter explained how we had to remain seated unless using toilets etc. & that we had to order using the app. We chose our options & got to the point of placing the order when it told us we couldn't go any further without speaking to a member of staff. I got the attention of another staff member and explained where we'd got to... He informed me that I'd have to go to the counter to order. So up I got and went to the counter and at 8.59pm my order was placed. At about 9;15pm the food arrived at the table and we started eating (The food was fine by the way - my 1* rating is for the overall experience). 5 minutes later the waiter came over (The same fellow who sat us down, explained rules & took my order at the till) and told us that we'd have to leave the restaurant by 9:30pm. Hang on we said, One: we've only just got our food, Two; you never once told us any of this when ordering and Three; the government rules are to leave premises by 10pm. "Well that's what the management have told us to do. We need you out by 9;30pm so the staff can clear up and leave by 10pm" He didn't care that we'd never been told this until we'd started eating - Just not interested. And off he went.I then looked over and spoke to a couple on another table near us. They'd literally just got their food. The man was looking decidedly distressed over it. He said that they'd been waiting half an hour for their food which had been messed up by the staff & consequently only just arrived. I told them they should take their time and eat their food. But he'd lost his appetite, ordered take-away containers. Packed up their food and left!I have to say I am disgusted with how both the other couple and how we were treated. By this time there wasn't anyone else in the restaurant, so the staff could easily have cleaned all the other tables and done our 2 last. I thought the entertainment and hospitality industries were having a tough time at the moment and trying to get as mush business as possible... Obviously Not Nando's!A very unsatisfactory experience I won't be in a hurry to repeat - You should be ashamed!!!

We had a fantastic family meal with kids here. Social distancing measures in place. Service was perfect, food arrived in great time, hot and delicious. They no longer take orders at the counter you need to scan a QR code on a mobile phone, which takes you to a webpage where you place your order, took a little time getting used to it plus my data kept dropping so took longer than it should have but that's my fault I should have asked for the wifi code.The payment is taken in the same webpage. Once the order was placed the food arrived promptly. The staff were helpful. We asked for sauce the waitress brought little sachets under new rules no more bottles. For drinks refill you ask the staff, no more refilling yourself from the machines, but the staff were quick to help in each and every way. The restaurant was clean and you could see they have done everything to stay within the guidelines for the current coronavirus situation. Tables are distanced. Some tables have plexiglass seperating tables. Hand sanitiser station near the toilet. Very happy with the overall experience.

I went to order a takeaway wit my partner and the girl who was takin my order was very rude with an attitude and i will report her to the manager she had a broken arm.she needs proper custumer service as she has none.i ended up not ordering anything and left and will.tell.anyone else i know not to bother going there.its disgusting.they need to hire real staff with good customer service .

This nandos competes with a fairly busy arena, and always come out on top. The staff work hard to turn around tables fast. Food is lovely. Could be faster getting starters to the tables.

Everything you’d expect from a Nando’s but made brilliant by the service of Ellen. This young lady lights up a room, loves her job and turns grabbing a pre movie bite into a joyful dining experience. Pay rise please!

Wonderful place! Always such friendly staff. Welcoming atmosphere food is always spot on. I always love coming here. Sad that Leah is on holiday. She's always so friendly and helpful. Now I'm stuffed again, and that's all down to again an excellent dinner thank you nandos ruislip x

Me and my partner came here, was seated straight away! Service was lovely! Food was nice and tasty, although it wasn’t very hot! This seems to be the case with a few Nando’s I’ve been to as I’ve never actually had a hot meal from here!

Can never fault a good Nando's. The service is always good and he food delicious and good quality. Plenty of sauces available and seating.

Came here on a bank holiday at dinner time and thought it would be busy but were pleasantly surprised that we got a table almost straight away.Usual Nando's but it does depend on the individual restaurant on the quality and today this one was very good as everything came out fresh and hot and the portion sizes were good and everything that we ordered came through correctly.I have not been disappointed by this Nando's yet so will keep on using it as it is the best service and quality wise out of the all restaurants in the old dairy

So, they seem to mess up my order 75% of the time and aren’t good with getting it sorted out. They really need better quality assurance to prevent mistakes and learn how to deal with customers consistently. Different people say one thing, then someone else says something else and it’s totally unacceptable. I avoid this place because they’ve messed up so many times and just when I think I will try again, they still can’t get it right. Nando’s needs to work on customer service and consistency and also put quality checks in place.

Visited what we believed to be a very good restaurant only to be dissapointed. Food came quickly was hot but was also very dry. The chicken was inedible and not very nice. No offer of a refund and gave us multiple excuses very dissapointed and will not be returning to this place again.

I've never had anything but a happy experience when visiting this particular nandos. There's not much you can say! The food is always delicious, the service has always been swift and the food arrives quick! Ideal with the cinema next door.

The menu, as usual, at Nando's offers a good range of quick, healthy options. Chicken is the staple fare and a nice selection of bottled sauces complement the food. Quick service. The only criticism would be that too many tables are crammed into the restaurant making accessing the bench seating quite difficult. But all in all a good place to grab a bite before seeing a film.

I’d never been to a Nando’s before. The atmosphere is definitely that of a fast food restaurant - lots of children everywhere, quite a few chips lying around on the floor, and you have to go up to the counter to order your food. However, the staff were really friendly and helpful, and the food surprisingly tasty. I had some lovely olives, boneless chicken wings, mashed potato, minted peas and caramel cheesecake. I’d come back, although maybe not on a half term Friday night.

Everytime I go to Nandos it has an amazing atmosphere. The service is quick and the staff are very friendly, all of the food is phenomenal and explodes with flavour. I bought the chicken roulette and I ate all of the spiciest pieces of chicken. Overall this nando's is an amazing addition to ruislip and is in a great location which is close to south ruislip station and its near the 114 buses.

We had a delivery from here this evening. Food was delivered before the expected time and was was piping hot. Very easy to order online. I find it very expensive for what it is but the rest of my family love it 😀

Very friendly staff and very nice hot food. Very clean and busy. Highly recommended for all ages and group size.

So happy that there is a new Nando’s - one year old - in a quiet retail park & Cineworld complex in South Ruislip.

I’m not sure why they didn’t go with a larger venue as I knew this was going to be very popular when it finally opened. It’s a bit hit or miss inside with the food and service.

When we went to this Nando’s the staff were not that welcoming and the manager seemed cold and off putting . When I received my 1/4 chicken that I ordered the meal was cold and the size of the chicken was very small and meagre for the price and I have been to other branches and ordered it and it has been a much more reasonable size.

Ordered a steak roll as love the garlic source just before it turned up I was told it run out ! The new manager asked if every thing was ok so reiterated the problem and was told it would now be added to the till ( great so I helped folks of Ruislip). Not a good experience

Never had a bad meal here. I’d recommend this to anyone who can’t decide where to got for a meal. Much better than the competition opposite.

Went to the newly opened Nando's over the summer after coming back from holiday, and was pleasantly surprised at the food. It was extremely busy for somewhere newly opened, as we had to wait about half an hour for a seat having come without a reservation. In particular I loved the chicken butterfly burger with chips. Will be coming again!

I was very apprehensive coming here; almost nervous - the now discontinued vegi burger has long been my favourite and I was very upset to see it go. This was a make or break visit for Nandos! However the sweet potato pitta was surprisingly good! Whilst not quite as good as the old soya burger, it certainly had its charms and was quite moreish - especially with the addition of sundried tomatoes to the pitta. Nandos havent lost a customer as initially feared...

Not having visited a Nando’s in a very long time, as we were in the area we decided to have a quick lunch. The restaurant looks a lot bigger from the outside so I was surprised at it being as small as it is. We had a sharing platter which was delicious and the staff were very good. I would go again if I was nearby.

Eaten here a few times and always enjoyed the food. Can be extremely busy on weekends! Food always up to the usual Nandos standards.

Have visited this restaurant several times now. Consistent quality. Always full in the evenings. Wish it was a little bigger so we didn't have to queue so long.

I went in to have a quick lunch. Had the double chicken burger and a beer. £15 all in and when I received my order instantly felt under whelmed. Not even a sprig of parsley to compliment the meal. The burger itself was built within a rather average sized Portuguese roll. My two chicken breasts easily hiding within the roll itself. Chips not even freshly made. The thing about Nando's is the sauce and you cannot argue with the taste but paying those prices I expect to be full after a double chicken burger.... Ambiance was mediocre but could not justify the price on leaving the establishment. Thicken was tasty but had a peculiar texture to it. Almost sticky but that could be how they prepare it. its not right that a man leaves an establishment after a double burger needing more...... Is the brand just cashing in on its name....Its a pity! Poor rating due to feeling ripped off....

This Nando's is a new restaurant and it has the strangest layout! My old local in Wokingham works well, but this is really odd. Not a good use of the space at all.

The restaurant has nice interior and well maintained. However, we were disappointed with the quality of the main dish - burger. We ordered veggie burgers. The burger bread was not baked properly and tasted of raw flour. The patty was also not cooked properly. Overall it tasted horrible. Even McDonald offers much better than what Nando's offered us for double the price!

We dined here on a Monday night and the place was barely half full - also the 30 plus degree outside summer evening may have put people off dining inside.

Nando's is Nando's - everyone has a favourite on the menu; only quibble is the staff seem very inexperienced so can be delays with ordering.

With this being a new, local, branch, I thought we'd try a takeaway. Every Nando's takeaway I've had before has been disappointing in one way or another, this was not dissimilar.

I have visited Nando's in South Ruislip twice since it opened. The first occasion was dinner with friends which we really enjoyed. I came back for lunch with my mum a couple of weeks ago. She has never been to Nando's before and was so impressed she's asked to come again which really is an accolade! Great food and friendly staff. What's not to like :)

Great decor, excellent service, easy parking and lovely meal. Our first time there and we were not disappointed, especially as we have a finite time to eat and be somewhere.

Yesterday we went to this recently opened branch of Nando’s and I must admit the décor always gets me, I love it. More importantly, I love their Chicken. I agree with the other reviewer that being recently open there are plenty of smiles to go around but I never had a bad experienced with Nando’s regardless of the branch. I usually have the half chicken grilled but I was tempted by the butterfly chicken which came in a roll that was more like a ciabatta, no complaints about that. The Chicken just topped everything else although the chips were just as good, tasty, crispy and fluffy. I have to confess that I do like Chicken but we have stopped buying it from the mayor supermarkets and we have tried everything, free range, organic and so on and we are always left disappointed. When I feel the urge I know where to go! This is possibly the only place where I go when I want to have the pleasure of tasting Chicken that has flavour. It might be not the same as when I was a child but it’s close enough. I know that I keep saying that I normally prefer a small independent family run places but you have to give Cesar what his is due. I don’t care if it’s a chain at the end it’s important that your taste buds get some pleasure in order to justify their presence. To go for the above doesn’t always mean that you get a good meal. In my opinion, you don’t get many chains delivering such good standard, Nando’s does! Long live Nando’s!
