Nando's in Redbridge

We ordered a Take away from the South Woodford Nando’s ( x2 Half chicken meals) which we waited over an Hour for it to be delivered, only when it was delivered, one of the 1/2 Half was missing and replaced by Loaded chips which I did NOT order I called to speak to the Manager MARIOS which he refused to come to the phone and advised Thelma who tried her best to help to just tell me to complain. MARIOS attitude was disgraceful didn’t even try to help at all or try to arrange for the missing item to be sent out and this is why I am complaining, as this was a £50 order. The lady who answered Thelma was nice and tried to help but had to follow his instructions and therefore I was left to have Spicy Rice and Coleslaw. Nando’s need to ensure that All orders are checked before they are sent out as these mistakes should not be happening and as I live quite far from them and couldn’t even bring it back to complain. Absolutely disgraceful service and a dissatisfied customer.

Visited today with friends. It wasn't busy and we got a table straight away. I had chicken breast extra hot, fries and rice. Good as usual.

Visited on the spur of the moment. The restaurant was quiet, so we asked to sit on a big table. Eventually, they agreed. I had a free quarter of chicken, and we ordered sweet corn and chips as well as 3 x starters, which were on offer.

Amazing customer service from Aisle, very kind and patient and she took her time going through all allergy specifications to make sure It was safe to eat. Staff like this should be everywhere!

Had my usual 4 boneless chicken thighs with hottest peri peri sauce, 2 sides spicy rice, garlic bread. Large soft drink. Good sized portions, reasonably priced. Excellent service. Clean establishment. Highly recommended

What can I say! Customer service. Zero. They unapologetically just don't care! We should have learnt the first time when we ordered takeaway and waited 45 minutes for our food (4 items). Meanwhile, others after us were served and left! Got home and the food, cold. This time, my sister and I ordered via deliveroo, who charged ridiculous fees of £4.50 (minimum), and 1 and 40 minutes later, we we're still waiting for our order. Ordered at 5.58pm, deliveroo was there at 6.20pm and still there at 7.40pm. Our order was pushed back a whopping 6 times! And what's worst is we ordered; a chicken burger, broccoli, a chicken pitta, 3 wings, and spiced butternut squash for 2 people who live less than 10 minutes away, costing over £38.00! Deliveroo reassured us that the food would be well insulated and to call back if we had any problems. Nonsense(!), but we'll allow them because the failure lands squarely with Nandos, South Woodford. Eating-in is the only way to get served. But to be honest, it's worth giving it a miss altogether. They need to pull themselves together or just give up. Save yourself some time and money and eat somewhere else. Incompetent is a compliment at this point!

I had a lovely dinners at local Nandos with my partner. I had my usual butterfly chicken with hottest sauce, brocolli, rice. My partner chicken burger, chips, garlic bread. Attentive staff, good value, decent portions.

My friends and I came in for an early meal and were welcomed by the friendliest waitress who took care of us very well, and always seemed to visit our table at the perfect time just as we needed something! We go to nandos alot and always get the same order - so good service such as the service provided by Linete today makes the trip better than the rest.

We went to Nando’s in South Woodford In lockdown the staff were very friendly And did all they could to help us we had a table 2 metres away from the next table The food was great as normal. They topped up our refill drinks all the time Great service great food .. thanks John

I took my mother to the Nandos in South Woodford after months of being locked in the house. We were warmly greeted by a lovely member of staff Maria who treated us with so much kindness and attention. I cant remember the last time I had such great customer service. What an asset to the team. It really made our day, especially my mother's. And of course the food was amazing! Thank you so much!

Nandos nice place worker there called Maria was nice gave me free well cooked chips and overall was a nice place to go and recommend talking to Maria friendly and kind

Excellent management and service overall, catered to all of my needs as I was very hungry, and the staff could not do enough.

Have been a few times now and have been disappointed that the food hasn’t been as hot as it should be but I can say that last night it was spot on. I think maybe the food is not delivered as quick as it should be and left on the counter - I did see three plates there for a while. Last night they had run out of many things but we still had a very Nice meal. I’m pleased to have Nando’s in my town

Despite reservations about going to Nandos, I really quite enjoyed the food here. The service was quite good too. Unfortunately the Extra Extra Hot sauce needed heating up a bit.

Been three times since opening. Every time staff have been efficient, food has been well cooked and we’ve had no trouble getting seats. Prob best Nando’s that I’ve been to.
