Nando's in Peterborough

¡Vamos Nando's! Uno espera un cierto estándar de Nando’s, pero simplemente no dio la vibra. La comida estaba bien - pollo bueno estándar de Nando. El servicio fue terrible! Un restaurante casi vacío y estábamos sentados donde todos hacen cola para pedir comida. Lo que significaba que estábamos justo al lado del mostrador, donde varios miembros del personal discutían y vacilaban sobre qué mesa pedía qué comida. El personal vagando con placas sin saber para quién son, ¡fue un caos! A algunos niños se les dio color, a nuestro hijo no se le ofreció. La máquina de helados no funcionaba porque nadie la había llenado. Sólo shambolic sin una buena razón.

Sin saber que no podíamos reservar una mesa para una gran fiesta, llamamos con anticipación y nos dijeron que no estaba muy ocupado cuando llegamos estábamos sentados de inmediato. Nuestra comida era increíble y salió muy rápido. Gran lugar para ir a una cena rápida

Always enjoy Nando's. quite expensive nowadays but that is how it is. The restaurant is a little dirty but the food is decent.

Great food , staff were really friendly and didn’t have to wait too long either which is a bonus . Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a quick meal .

We turned up at 21:40, asked if still serving young lad begrudgingly said yes. Kitchen staff all glaring at us as 7 of us, before we said anything reeled off everything they couldn’t do, still being glared at. Food came out, cold. To be fair on the server he was good. Sat there eating then at 21:55 on comes the air conditioning maximum cold - nice trick to get us to leave. Would rather raid the bins outside than going there again. Disgrace to Nando’s!!

Went in for lunch with my family and was shown a list with 8 different items they wasn’t serving, one being loaded fries so ordered loaded fries without the chicken as that was why they apparently wasn’t serving it, they table wasn’t the cleanest and the service was poor, I even heard the waiter say ‘why have they got loaded fries when we are not serving them’ Seems mad to me why when they serve just chicken meals they can make these dishes still Not a good experience

Lovely lunch time visit with the Mrs. Very clean. Quick service and the food was nice. Quite pricey but we did enjoy it. Would go again.

Waited in queue about ten minutes to then be told it was 45 minutes, we had a bit of banter and managed a 30 minute come back and table was ready. Also told shirt if staff. When we returned we were then told no chicken thighs on menu which affected a lot of choice. Hubby ordered half chicken fries and Mac cheese - all good came quickly. I ordered a wrap corn on cob and rainbow slaw again all good. Corn on cob and Mac cheese were very good. Had two cokes bill £35. Tbf food was good, management and staff need to be aware of people waiting and give all info on first encounter. Lastly this place does need a good clean!!

Looked forward to our visit as first time there for both of us. We had a show to go to but scheduled for an hour & half to eat, it wasn’t long enough 🥴 Problem wasn’t the wait for the table or so much the time it took to cook the food it was having to return the new one on the menu The Fully Loaded Chips. They arrived first but were cold so we had to send them back & then for some reason one of our two sides, the sweetcorn, took an age to cook. Having to rush the food down which spoilt the whole idea of eating in a restaurant rather than street food we made the wrong choice. I’ve now collected a chilli as a reward but I don’t imagine I’ll ever be cashing it in ☹️

Manager is rude & homophobic. I was asked by the polite waiter to order at the till since my friend has a nut allergy. I went to the till and was served by the manager, he was extremely rude from the moment I informed him of the allergy. (We don’t use nuts on our menu) it’s listed clearly on their menu. As we left he said goodbye followed by making a remark about my friend and his nut allergy which I couldn’t hear completely. This is disgusting behaviour from Nando’s.

Nice food ..eventually. Chips came out lukewarm at best ….took back to counter and asked them to change them . Waiter put his hands on them to presumably check (or didn’t he believe me lol) ….then said ok we can send fresh ones . 10 mins later a waitress passed and asked if everything was ok ….errr no we’d sent the chips back but not got any more …1 min later she brings over hot chips . Chicken was nice and mash and sweetcorn fine . All staff were polite . £35 for two including 2 beers .

Worse Nando’s ever. Staff sending client away to wait out in the rain, when there are clearly tables available. Can not book before going and once at the door we sent out in the pouring rain. All this when there are plenty of tables for 2 people, exactly what we needed. Shameful reception and service

We came for dinner @7:30 was ask to wait in queue for 30min as the person who attended was already not happy to serve anyone customer. He mentioned we close @9 are you sure u wanna wait i said yes. When we went back after 30 minutes he denied saying people are coming back bla bla. He just wanted to refuse us. What a awful management. Will never return this place again

Waited 45minutes and we could see our food on the pass and not even under the light. Food was cold and very disappointing. We left and went to another restaurant and this meant we wasted our money as noone checked our table and we attempted to inform someone before giving up and going elsewhere

What a dump! I understand Nandos is somewhere fashionable to go at the moment but save your money amd go elsewhere. On visiting on Monday afternoon, we were shown a table, ordered our food by the app, collected our own cutlery, sauces, drinks etc....... waititng staff literally just wipe tables and serve food so perfect for those who don't have any customer service skills. Food was brought out and for some reason given to us not placed on the table, this meant a scorching hot plate was handed to my sister and burnt her finger tips! A dismissed apology was given so we grabbed ice from the ice machine and asked for the accident book.......told by "duty manager" that he would log it which we didn't really believe as he talked like a second hand car sales dealer......all very odd and unprofessional no compassion for the damage caused to finger tips. I think when we saw a member of the kitchen team fall on the dirty floor in the resturant we realised looking closer this resturant is vile, dirty amd completely incompetent.

As the title states! You want to be abused by staff and have them lie? I want them to lie about you and call you aggressive and have your children visibly upset? Welp this is the best place for that! Ask for Lisa she’ll be sure to continue to attack you then play the poor white girl victim game!
