Went for an early dinner yesterday. The food came quickly and was delicious, as always. Special mention for Dan, who was super helpful and friendly.

When me and my group (7 in total) arrived the restaurant seemed quite busy but our server dan was really helpful and quick to get us seated. There was a struggle due to how many there were but he gave us a few options and we all sat together in the end. The food was great given my large order of a whole chicken and 3 sides everything was cooked to a high standard and tasted amazing. Dan also checked on us to make sure everything was good and made sure our seating arrangement didn’t have any issues. Overall it was a great experience and i hope a big shoutout goes to our server for how amazing and helpful he was.

Food was nice, came quickly, good value. One staff member had an argument with one of our table seemingly over nothing, only to be corrected by her manager and apologise and bring over the disputed dish.

This is one of the better Nando’s I’ve been to and we’ve been quite a few times now - the loaded fries are always loaded and you get a good portion, the chicken can be a bit dry but it is hit or miss. The staff are friendly and the service is average, it can take a while for the food to get there especially when it’s busy. Overall, I would recommend the loaded fries here.

Visited this dirty restaurant last night very anti disabled staff as soon has we got in the look on their faces we knew that they didn't want us there because we happened to be in two power chairs and we had arrived for my granddaughter birthday and the staff couldn't be arsed to help so I won't be recommending this dirty so called restaurant the place looked like it needed a clean the the entrance door was sticky and needed a bloody good clean I have thought about getting environmental health in see what rating they give it because if it was myself the place would be closed down permanently

Food is good, Ambience is good, Service is good. But i personally feel not that much for a hype. We had half chicken with 2 sides, loaded fries and wings.

I recently tried Nando's new Fanta Orange-flavored chicken, and as always, the food was spot on. I ordered 4 thighs, 2 garlic breads, peri chips, and 3 wings with the new flavor. The wings were a pleasant surprise—subtle spice with a sweet, citrusy hint of orange that worked perfectly. However, the thighs were a bit of a letdown. The flavors weren’t as noticeable, likely due to the thicker meat and longer basting time, which seemed to dilute the orange zest. In short, I’d definitely recommend the wings with this new flavor, but I'd skip it for the thighs.

I've been a coming here for a while and I'm always impressed. The food is consistently delicious, and the service is top-notch. Their macaroni and cheese is a standout, and it's hands-down the best place for chicken in Nottingham. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal.

After waiting 35 minutes, we received cold, burned food with the feathers on it, never again!

Excellent and jovial customer service

Missed the food from Nando's and could finally have it again during this short visit in Nottingham, UK. They were not too busy (1pm'ish on a weekday) but forgot to bring me my bottom up glass I had ordered for my soft drink, so it wasn't until my food was served and I asked for it that they realized. I ordered the peri peri lemon herb chicken thigh, the chicken was a little bit less juicy compared to before, but still very tasty as usual 😊

Not been to this Nandos before. Went on a weekday lunchtime it was extremely busy. Long queue to get in with seemingly no staff to advise on any waiting times. Once in we were seated upstairs, good view down. Staff on the bar taking orders were friendly and efficient. Food was bought to us quickly and was the usual delicious nandos food. Nice place.

went here to celebrate my gcses results HOLLY had served me and i recived nothing but disrespect she had no time of day for me and by the looks of it for any one in the restraunt i WAITED for 1 hour until HOLLY had said well there nothing on the system calling me a liar saying i never ordered food whilst i showed her the receipt I went up to the counter and got everything cleared up and i recived my food the food in which holly had aggressively slammed on the table and stormed up terrible terrible service from holly i would seriously reconsider letting her even be in charge of customer interactions

Had an absolutely wonderful meal out for my brothers results day!! We were served by a wonderful waiter named Jack. He was very helpful, very patient and delivered excellent customer service. He also came to check in on us to see if we needed anything else! Food was also delicious!

We visited two weeks ago and didn't have the best experience... I know what to expect at a Nandos, but the staff, were more interested in their phones... our table was minging when we sat down... to the point where I helped myself and wiped our table... they had cleaning sprays and clothes at the welcoming station... I'd say the staff seemed upset they had to seat another table like we were an inconvenience... then the food... I had a butterfly with hot sauce, and the chicken was dry 😩 apart from the skin it was well overcooked. I added extra sauce as it needed it!! Not only dry, it was tiny!! The kids said the same one had a burger that needed sauce... the other had wings... and to be honest, I wish I had, as they looked the best meal served. I feel small changes could make a big difference... but after this experience... I wouldn't return!! Try harder!!

Terrible experience today unfortunately. When you go to pick the cutlery, I could see many of them were dirty and still had food remnants on them. The glass I got was also probably 70% clean. The food itself was miserable. We ordered a chicken platter with sides. 1/4 chicken was quite burnt on the skin and 1/4 was very hard / undercooked. The mash was stone cold from the center and uneatable. We returned that only to get a similar one again and didn’t bother again. The only plus was the sweet lady serving us. Which is why didn’t feel like complaining again & again.

Food was great and staff were accomodating, however, the service was lacking as had to ask for a missing starter and one of the two platters ordered after 20 minutes of the first one arriving to our table. This led to half of the table eating while the other half watched until they finished. No real apology was given from the kitchen when I asked about it, instead, I was told they were on the grill. The only thing on the grill were a bunch of wings which we didn't order so not admitting to an honest mistake of forgetting and lying was the biggest flaw. The food was still great but do be more organised.

1 team manager unhelpful. Can't have a large glass for water (said it was company policy) in case I steal fizzy drinks! Every other manager and assistant great and will give a large glass for water. Slow service for take away. Recent visits have been very good, quick and efficient.

Came to Nando’s after a busy day of shopping for some food. Carlos was amazing, he has a lovely bubbly personality and was going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect! Thank you Carlos!!!

Had a takeout and overall the food tasted good however the portion of loaded fries was tiny. Want to add they don’t do wild herb sauce in sachets which is annoying and now stopped giving out plastic pots so you can pour some out and take it with your order. Also like to add on two separate occasions I have been to the branch the last couple of months and they have ran out of chicken and loaded fries. Nando’s that runs out of chicken, what is going on!

Normally, you can't go wrong with a Nandos, but on this occasion, the wings we had were overcooked and burnt. The wing itself was dry, and it was overcooked. I gave it 5 stars because these things can happen time to time, but next time, if it does, I will inform them! The service was fantastic, thanks to the young chap that looked after us.

Best Nando’s we’ve been to. James in particular was lovely and couldn’t do enough for my heavily pregnant wife.

Went to nandos and around 5 or so minutes or less of placing the order our food arrived, my chicken was raw and then I was left waiting more than 30 minutes for my food, we’re pretty sure they forgot about my order as it was not busy. This has been the second time i’ve been served raw chicken at nandos. The team were apologetic however i would not recommend going.

We used to travel to Leicester due to our nearest Halal branch but now we don't have to. Staff is very friendly, vibe is good and there is always plenty of seating. Nearest parking isTrinity Square Car Park. On food side, halloumi Fries and Hummus are very good for starters. For mains sharing platter is a good option which comes with full chicken and four regular sides. Bottomless drinks are just OK as the dispensed drinks don't taste as strong as you get in other places. Drinks quality vary from branch to branch.

Visited Nandos the other week when arriving. A waiter went to go and look for a table for us but never came back. A waitress came to ask us if he came back. I told her he hadn't, so she went to see what he was doing and ended up sorting a table for us herself very helpful of her. The lady who took our food order at the till was lovely and friendly. I had a medium chicken wrap, which was actually really tastless, so I was disappointed in that.

Came here for a date night, enjoyed the service and the food . I noticed it took a while for the food to come to us but I think they took the time due to my allergy. Would come here for the Butterfly chicken again

Put on my maps where to meet me and they was at the wrong entrance communication was rubbish and they just stayed there my food was cold on arrival and the ‘cheesey pasta’ was just plain and boring and not at all cheesey

After ordering 4 boneless thighs, the skin had pools of sauce on and had a very unpleasant consistency, the chicken itself was quite dry. It looked as if it had been sitting for a long while before it was served to us. General atmosphere was good and the staff were accommodating.

Great experience there was 16 of us, we were seated all together as requested and the food arrived on time. The staff especially (Matt)was very pleasant and went out his way to make sure we had everything and that we was happy with all the food we received. The kids were kept entertained with all the crayons and colouring in which was excellent. Probably one of the best Nando’s experience all my family has experienced thanks again guys.

Food's great, but personally I don't like ordering on the app. I think it's less welcoming and so spoilt the atmosphere.

My half chicken was cooked to my taste - very well done. And it was served in good time. Liked the blends of music to create a calming environment. Enjoyed my lunch on a sunny afternoon. Worth stopping by for a quick affordable bite.

A perfectly good nandos - just what you exoect

Had a family of 10, 3 kids. Initially sat separately due to space. Asked once the table near us clears if we could move the family together. Staff were all difficult and just would not let us sit in the same space. No customer service skills whatsoever.

Standard Nandos fare in the middle of Nottingham, would go back again.

Got my order wrong. Gave me spaghetti instead of garlic bread which I was really looking forward to because it’s nice from here. Food quality is still good but it is not what I ordered so definitely disappointed.

Very busy Sunday afternoon, quickly seated, table for two, bit of a mix up with which chicken should have been with which sides, but soon sorted, food not as hot as I would have liked, but otherwise excellent.

We only tried this Nando's because of our Halal diet it was a disappointment the food wasn't great and expensive £40 for 2 and still wasn't full

Food was spot on, but the service was very strange. For a place that has the table number ON the table and you use the same table number to order the food online, we were interrupted on 3 separate occasions with different waiters bringing food to our table and placing it in front of us when it wasn’t our order. One of them said something about being confused between table 23 and 3 but it was a bit of a baffling experience…

The food is always good at Nando's and you know exactly what you going to get. The service however has always been outstanding at the Cornerhouse branch every time we have been there.

Very disappointed, normally nando’s is the best for fresh meals, for whatever reason this time, food was cold, bread was not cooked properly to, and lack of availability on sauces by the desk to not sure what’s happening :(

Chicken was very dry, drinks fountain was out of order, food was luke warm. Was the mrs first time at nandos, and she was very dissapointed and was sick afterwards.

Food was amazing as with any Nandos restaurant, but the bottomless drinks weren’t working. And the service wasn’t great. We were sat at a dirty table and the employees didn’t look bothered to clean it either. Having said that, food made up for it.

We were a group of 10 and thus given a table upstairs to my comfort as the downstairs seating area seemed quite busy throughout our visit. Placing an order is simple enough with friendly service and you can pay with cash or card. Luckily there is an unlimited drinks dispenser on the upstairs level but no ice machine or sauce station with these only being on the ground level; likely due to spacial constraints. I ordered the 4 boneless chicken breasts in the smoky churrasco flavour which is a mildly tasty spicy bbq taste but can be slightly overwhelming, and my sides were peri-salted chips and broccoli stems. Overall, a good filling meal for okay value per head. Great selection of sauce and drink options to accompany the meal.

Food was of of normal decent quality although my mash was cold on arrival (and the guy serving knew what I was going to say so probably not the first time!) We were seated by the door and although there was a glass partition the breeze was cold and didn't make for comfortable dining really!!!

Was a busy weekend especially with people out Christmas shopping. Had a 20 minute wait to be seated which isn't ideal when with five children but once seated service was fairly quick. Our waiter was helpful and cheery keeping the children entertained and helped them with the refillable frozen yoghurt machine. Food was delicious and our first visit to nandos was a success so we plan to visit again in the new year. The children's meal choice is good and good portions for the price. I ordered the share platter of fries with extra hot sauce and chicken it was delicious and I'm greedy so I ate the whole thing. My friend ordered the halloumi with butternut squash and grains and that was also delicious. All in all great food good price but expect a wait for seats and service.

It's been a bit of a let down the last couple times we have been. I ordered a Fino Pitta and there was just way way too much chutney on it so was really overpowering. The next visit I waited ages for my order, the money had left my account but as it transpired the order had not gone through, so by the time my food came my friend had already finished her meal and my portion size was pathetic. Left hungry.

We arrived just before the rush on a day where it was bucketing down with rain, we were fortunate enough to be seated really quickly. The restaurant was clean and well decorated and had an upstairs seating area to the rear of the restaurant, though at the time this didn't seem that it was being utilised. We had a longer than usual wait for the food to arrive after ordering, but when it was brought to the table it was piping hot which is what you need on a cold and wet day. The food was as tasty as you would expect to find at any Nando's and we tried the new Mac 'n' cheese which was flavoursome and creamy. The only real complaint I could have is the roll for my wife's chicken burger was nigh on impossible to cut and chew unless it had been softened with Nando's sauce.

My husband and I went here for a date and overall we had a really good time. We ordered via the app but the staff were still attentive and regularly checked in with us. The food was delicious! I definately recommend this as a place to go for a tasty lunch 😋

First time ever in a Nando's. Service was very good and thoroughly enjoyed the butterfly burger. The chicken was nicely chargrilled whilst still being moist. All in all very impressed.

Great service from Chole, unfortunately they had sold out of boned chicken and peas, but Chole offered alternatives and was very pleasant

The service was shocking. We went with 6 of us and each of us had something missing at one point in our meal. Having to wave down a waitress more then once for basic things that should have been served already.

My friend and I visited for a pre theatre lunch. I'm not vegetarian but I love chickpeas so I had the beanie in a pitta with a mixed salad and I think it was called rainbow slaw. Absolutely loved it!!! My friend had a chicken burger and chips and was pleased with hers too. Would have given 5 🌟 but was disappointed there was no tea or coffee.
