Nando's - Westfield London in Hammersmith and Fulham

Place is spacious, food warm and delicious. My favourite sauce is garlic peri-peri sauce mix with extra hot sauce. We order 10 wings + chips. Portion was generous, enough for 2 person. Nando's is never get wrong 💙

My friend and I dined at Nando’s and ordered the Full Platter with drinks. Despite the restaurant being busy, the service was quick and efficient. The food was delicious, and we had a wonderful experience. A big thanks to Sayed for his professionalism and helpfulness! The rest of the staff were also working incredibly hard. Thank you all for your efforts—keep up the great work!

We recently visited Nando's in Westfield London with a large group of 10 people and I must say that the staff were incredibly accommodating. Despite the size of our group, they managed to seat us all together at one table which we really appreciated. The food was delicious, just as you would expect from Nando's and everyone was happy with their meals. There was a slight issue with the food delivery to our table as we had to chase up the staff multiple times. However, it was an extremely busy period so we understood the delay. Despite this the team that served us remained friendly and helpful throughout. The waiting time was not as long as we expected given how packed it was. Overall, the staff were great, the food was great and the experience enjoyable. I will be returning when I am next in Westfield London!

First time at this restaurant and probably the last, don’t get me wrong I’m a Nando’s fan. But it all started going wrong when I sat down after I ordered the food. The gentleman who served me was the restaurant’s manager, clearly he needs his hearing sorted. This is what I ordered. 2x Halloumi Sticks 1x Cheesy Garlic Pitta 1x Cheesy Chicken Burger (No pickle) 2x Chips as a side with the burger 2x Bottomless drinks What I got 1x Halloumi Sticks 1x Cheesy Garlic Pitta 1x Cheesy Chicken Burger 1x Chips as a side with the burger 2x Bottomless drinks Thankfully I only paid for what I got. Then the food came out, the halloumi sticks were stone cold and really really oily. I took them back and asked the lady to feel how cold there were and she agreed they were. I saw her take them to the cook and all they did was put it back on the grill, I called a manager over explained what happened and I asked for fresh ones, they came but half were still cold and oily. The burger came out with pickle on when asked not to have it on. So would I come back to Nandos in Westfield? No I wouldn’t!! Just clearly shows that even the restaurant manager doesn’t listen to its customers.

Decent place, nothing much to comment as all the service you get is them giving the food as everything is online. Nothing bad about it.

Setting poor expectations. @ 8:30pm I made an order for collection @ 9:30. I turned up at 9:31 thinking that it would be good to go. I was told to wait in the seated area. 25mins later nothing. I prompted a member of staff after the 25mins and I was told that they "would check". He did not return. I would not have minded so much if I was told come back in 30mins, so I could get some shopping done or something. In the time I was sat there, I could have literally gone to the Uxbridge road branch (impeccable service) collected my food and returned and perhaps consumedmy meal. 30mins - nothing. 40mins - nothing. 45 mins - nothing. I got up to cancel my order and get a refund. Surely this will be quick - No. Why bother setting the collection time on the site/app if it is meaningless? Or if it really means, "come 45 minutes after the time". I have had good food and service from here before. Collection is to be avoided if you take yourself seriously. This has to be a joke of a service. Do better!

Nando’s is one of my most-visited places, and it never disappoints. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. The peri-peri chicken is perfectly cooked every time, and the sides are just as delicious

I went to Nando White City London Monday 9th December 2024 at 3.30 pm. Very rude staff, waited forever to be seated they were not even busy as i was not feeling well and I expressed this to the staff. But it fell on deaf ears member staff closed the till and walk off left me.

No good the problem With with the hygiene of the store they got us on a table where there is some real dusty tables on the wall

I had a very disappointing experience at Nando's. The food was far from what I expected. I ordered the classic chicken with peri-peri sauce, but the chicken was dry and overcooked. It lacked flavor, and the sauce didn’t even make up for it. The sides were equally underwhelming — the chips were soggy and tasteless, and the rice was bland, almost like it was reheated. For a restaurant that prides itself on its famous peri-peri chicken, this was a huge letdown. The quality of the food just wasn’t there, and I couldn’t finish my meal.

I went for lunch with my husband today at 1:30 and for a restaurant that prides itself on quick service failed for us. We waited 40 mins for our food to arrive, to which the chips were fine but my chicken was cold! As I was on my lunch break I didn't have a choice to send the food back. The staff didn't even realise the same thing happened to the person sitting next to us (she had arrived and ordered before us), she up and left then her food arrived 5 mins later.

I come to this Nando’s regularly as work and train nearby and the staff are always helpful and polite. The food is always fresh and tastes good. The manager, Magda, who often works on Friday evenings when I eat here is very friendly and always takes the time to welcome me :)

First experience in a restaurant of this type, and I really appreciated the concept! Being able to order and pay directly from your phone and be served at the table is both practical and innovative. The process is smooth and makes the experience even more enjoyable. A great way to modernize the service while maintaining quality!

Staff are lazy and manager is useless. 15 minutes queue for one person on the till although lots of staff. Took nearly 45 mins for the food to arrive and when it did the bread was stale on the burger and the chicken was a kid size. They added another fillet (kid size). Requested another meal as the staff saw I could not cut through the pitta. Nearly an hour and requested a refund and the manager was rude, no accountability and a waste of my time. If you want something quick and tasty do not come here, it has gone down hill. Try the food court. The refund was not from Suzanne as stated but the rude manager. As you can see from the time difference in the recipts an absolute waste of time.

It was my first time coming to Nandos to have my lunch. The chicken pitta sandwich was very nutritious.

Don't get me wrong the food was good, but missing items with mains and deserts, the irritating thing is when you want to get back home and you're desert doesn't arrive because the forgot they took the order, then tell us one of our items is outa order. Mistakes happen yes, but come on!

This place was excellent me and my friends all went yesterday and the service from Verise was better then other establishments I had gone to, recommending me certain items which I was pleased with after ordering and eating it. I'll definitely come again when I'm in the area.

Dear Nando’s Team, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at your restaurant on 7th September 2024. Nando’s has always been one of my favorite places to dine, especially when I go out with my mom, who loves the taste and ambiance just as much as I do. During my visit, I ordered my usual meal but, unfortunately, the chicken was served burnt. I requested a replacement, and the waiter was respectful and promptly agreed to have it replaced. The rest of my meal was good, but after an hour passed, the manager approached me about the replacement. Since I had already finished most of my meal and had lost my appetite by then, I kindly requested a refund instead. Although there was a bit of a delay, the manager returned with a friendly smile, apologized sincerely for the inconvenience, and processed the refund without any hassle. I truly appreciated the professionalism and positive attitude displayed throughout the situation. This experience was a great example of excellent customer service, and I just wanted to express my gratitude for how the staff handled the situation. Despite the initial hiccup, the team turned it around and ensured I left the restaurant with a positive impression. Looking forward to dining at Nando’s again soon!

Unable to comment of the food, but having queued to sit down and then to order we were told they had no vegetarian options which was pretty poor form on their part as this should've been advised to begin with.

Rafael is an absolute credit to this place. He is really attentive with the customers and it's so lovely to have such cheerful and efficient service.

The place was really lovely, we were served by naty, she was very kind and was friendly to us when we were sat and when we asked for a request, she was attentive and even went the extra mile for us and checked frequently on us many times during our time there. She was excellent and very well trained, aswell as the other staff, very friendly and very quick. Also a mention to Alan, a very fast worker and very skilled in his craft who could hold many glasses and plates and was overall very quick with his service and friendly.

Ordered a sandwich and 35 minutes later the food still didn't arrive, informed the manager she said she will check where that is, nothing waited more and eventually was fed up went to the till asked them to cancel and refund the payment made. People around me that came after all go their food and left, and juts 1 sandwich took forever . Poor service

Front of house (door) staff is really rude. Quite a bad attitude to let someone who despises people go work as a front of house. She should honestly stay in the back if she doenst want to be nice to people who pay their wages. Customers should be first priority over bad attitude. Won’t come here again. Also not halal.

worst nando’s i’ve ever been to, the staff were unhelpful and rude all except one and we waited 50 minutes for our food to come despite telling multiple members of staff! definitely will NEVER be coming here again! there were also plates of leftover food by other customers that were laying around for over an hour which was absolutely disgusting. when the food did finally arrive it was cold. some staff members were rude and said “you can wait a bit longer for your food” when we had been waiting 50 minutes. one nice staff member offered us free desserts to make up for it. but honestly avoid this nando’s at all cost!

Table wasn’t wiped properly and had slop on it. Starter and main arrived at same time after about 30 mins of waiting. Ordered a second drink but didn’t arrive until over 30 mins later after had finished meal. Seem to be very short staffed.

I visited Nando’s Westfield Shepherd Bush on Monday. I had a lunch with my daughter and my sister, the service was slow and the cups weren’t cleaned properly and they smelled. There wasn’t enough sauces for customers and because the chicken wasn’t cooked properly, I was food poisoned. I ended up taking painkillers because I was in so much pain. I’ll never visit this restaurant again, it’s really disappointing.

Food was of exceptional quality. Grilled white meat with a variety of choices with some vegeterian and heathier options. The service was good as well, with the staff being kind and the food arriving quick and fresh. I liked the atmosphere, too. There was a good view of the mall. Nice tables, chairs and decorations. Tables had a good level of privacy too.

Our team from MyTrip had a fantastic dinner at Nando's in Westfield. Recommended by a security officer, we headed to the top floor and were greeted warmly by a host named "Syai" or "Shai." Her friendly smile and exceptional service made our visit memorable. We appreciate her dedication to making customers feel welcome. Highly recommend Nando's for great food and excellent hospitality!

Feedback on Disappointing Experience at Nando’s Dear Nando’s Management, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service my family and I received during our recent visit to your restaurant this evening. We arrived and placed our order at the counter, which included chicken wings , peri peri fries, and garlic bread. We paid for our order but did not receive a receipt. After waiting for half an hour without receiving our food, I approached the counter to inquire about our order. Unfortunately, no one seemed to have any record of it. The manager assured us that our order would be ready in 5 minutes, but we had to wait an additional 15 minutes. When we finally received our food, we were given regular fries instead of the peri peri fries we ordered, and the garlic bread was completely missing. The manager’s lack of concern was quite disappointing. It took another 20 minutes for the garlic bread to be brought to our table. We have visited Nando’s many times before, but this experience was notably unpleasant. It felt as though we were treated differently because we are Indian, which is disheartening. I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve your service and ensure that all customers, regardless of their background, receive the quality experience Nando’s is known for.

Went there yesterday, what a bad service and shocking attitude from the staff. So disappointed, most items on the menu not available, I was surprised they had chicken.

I've been really hankering for some Nando's lately, so we decided to treat ourselves to a Nando's lunch today. When we got there, the line was super long. Luckily, the staff were super nice and managed to seat us pretty quickly. We only had to wait 15 minutes. We ordered half a chicken with macho peas and Peri Peri chips, as well as chicken thighs with spicy rice and Peri-Peri chips. Unfortunately, there weren't many chips on each plate (Peri-Peri salt). Plus, they were running low on sauce bottles, so I had to keep going back to the sauce pump. It was kind of annoying having to constantly get up for sauce. Other than that, the customer service was top-notch and everything else was great.

Took time before your order arrived. Food is ok, its dry. Used to be good. With all the restaurants and take aways that serves grilled chicken, I expect the quality of the chicken to level up too. Unfortunately its not the case. On a hot summer day, I expect at least a room temperature, but its not because its boiling in here. Please turn on your air conditioning. Please make Nandos chicken better.

Completely disgusted by the customer care in this restaurant… I went into restaurant with my 9 yo son they served my order wrong 3 times on the third time they told me I had to have what they had served even though it wasn’t what I ordered or paid all whilst one member of staff mocked and abused me….. disgusted by this treatment and I will never return to any Nando’s after the way I have just been treated !!! You should be ashamed of your staff

Delicious. The price is reasonable too. The store is clean and comfortable, and there are a lot of tables, so people are constantly coming in and out. The atmosphere is hip and loud, but not unpleasant. It's a good restaurant.

I have been visiting Nando's at least once a week for the past 6 or 7 years. I particularly enjoy the Shepherd's Bush Westfield branch because the staff there are always friendly and helpful. I want to specifically mention two people named Rayan and Zudy who I have seen frequently during my visits. These two guys are very active and sociable people who always check the surroundings and help people without hesitation. Today, I asked them several times to bring sauce and they never seemed unhappy; they just smiled and served me as best as they could. They are truly generous and my family feels the same way. I highly recommend the manager to encourage and support them, as it is difficult to find such dedicated employees nowadays. Please consider promoting these two guys, Rayan and Zudy.

The food was fine but the speed of service was peakkkk. We got seated at the same time as the table next to us (we were both a table of two and got brought to our table together). They received their food, ate it and left before we had even received our order. We later ordered bottomless ice cream and it took them 10 minutes to bring us the cardboard container (only having reminded a waiter that we had ordered it). There was also an older couple that was seated next to us which were waiting very long for their food and when they had told a waiter he just carried on cleaning tables at first not even saying anything to them and then whilst not looking at them said “yh it won’t be long”. We were equally shocked at how rude the server was and it led me and my partner to talk to them about it and they also mentioned about how slow the service was. At the beginning I also asked a waitress if they offered Westfield discount (which I had to say several times) and she looked at me as if I was speaking another language and she proceeded to tell me how she had no idea what that is. We also had to get sauces in a bowl using these pumps near the front which I have never seen at a Nando’s before. I asked if I could get some bowls as there was only one left and it had so much water in it. The guy I asked ended up bringing out more bowls that had obviously just been washed which still had tons of water in them. I ended up tipping the water out and having to dry them with napkins otherwise the dip would’ve been half sauce half dishwater. Also I finally managed to get a bottle of sauce but it didn’t even have a lid which seemed mad unhygienic to me. 1/10 not going back again. (Generally staff weren’t too bad and I understand the stress of working in Westfield as a I work there)

I concerned about the hygiene as most of the male staff has long hair and beard that are not cover. I am not surprised that some reviews say about hair on their food.

There is no doubt that Nandos Westfield is my favourite. Yesterday I was there with my daughter, and I have to congratulate them for the excellent service and quality of the food. We ordered some chicken thies, peri chips, and rice, for starters, olives and halloumi cheese, all delicious with the exquisite flavor of being freshly cooked. My daughter ordered ice peach tea to drink and I ordered Sagres on tap, which was cold and delicious. I also have to thank and highlight the loving welcome we received from the entire team. Visited with family on 25 5.2024 ,the services was good and one staff Susan was very helpful . All the staff were working hard .Definitely wii go again.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! We had the misfortune of visiting this restaurant a few weeks ago with our 16 week-old baby. Having travelled for over 4 hours, we stopped here to get some lunch before continuing with the rest of our day. On 3 separate occasions we asked where our food was. Firstly, we were told it was coming in "5 minutes" and that never showed up. 20 minutes later we were told it was all taken down wrong - and would coming immediately. We waited a further half an hour, and then was told that it was missed AGAIN. The manager offered us a refund, and since emailing them regarding this, we have waited a MONTH with no reply. Have referred to head office and now awaiting further response. Manager here is very considerate and nice in person - but clearly cannot care less once you leave the store. We won't be back. Worst customer service I've ever seen.

Went on Monday as was in area for concert. The worst Nandos I've ever had and I can't say I've had a bad one up until now. Garlic bread was rubbery and luke warm as sat under heat lamp for so long, also chips were the same and wrap were cold. I didn't complain as the guy serving us was on a serious go slow and didn't have time to hang about. He was taking 1 item to a table at a time such as coleslaw etc whilst leaving the important hot food sitting there. Will I ever return to the westfield shepherds bush Nandos? 100% not.

My 14 year old son has just come back home with a bad bout of food poisoning from this place. Had I been present I would have given them a piece of my mind. As it was the accompanying parent of the group didn’t want to cause a fuss. Health inspectors need to get in there ASAP

Food was good however had to wait for one meal and others on our table had finished their meals before it finally arrived after having to chase it up twice.

Was very busy in the restaurant and as a result of this wait time was high. However Sunny who i believe is the manager was very attentive to us and consistently re assured us that they are trying there best and food will arrive soon. This made us feel at ease knowing the staff tried there absolute best. Hats off to all of them honestly despite the influx of customers they still kept up there amazing customer service.

We went on Eid, saw alot of hijabis so just assumed it was Halal qued up for ages, then finally got a seat went up and then i asked if it was halal felt silly asking as id say 80% of the tables were muslim customers and no it wasnt halal.. i told some customers and everyone was so shocked i fell i need to make this comment nothing wrong with resturant it was lovely but feel bad people assuming it is halal fasted all month to have my eid with haram food no thank you xx
