Very clean and nice place. Good atmosphere and so happy with the food. Warm and delicious.

Food came and it had no flavour and then the loaded fries were missing a whole bunch of stuff.

Your typical Nando's experience. Great food, music and atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive. Decent prices and portions.

Disgusting service from the manager! Me and my friends go to Nando’s far too often, but this Wednesday just gone, just after 9pm, we went in. Ordered the usual, the manager served us on the till and was quite abrupt & rushy, but that was not the problem. Our food arrived, my order was wrong, I asked for my usual ordered with an item to be added. It wasn’t. The member of staff who brought the food was really polite and said no problem, I’ll be right back. The manager then came straight over to the table and without saying a word put the card reader in my face! Said I have to pay for the extra, and said this quite rudely. I explained it is what I ordered and he may have misheard, and I would have happily paid it, if he explained without an attitude towards myself and the group that it just wasn’t put through. I said I wasn’t going to pay again because he didn’t hear the order - only because of the way he spoke and the disgusting attitude. Again, we do go to Nando’s far too often, we clearly have a problem😂 But if that manager is there again we will happily just leave. Never had customer service so poor and with an attitude of he clearly doesn’t want to be there.

Great service, always friendly and welcoming

One of the better Nando’s I’ve been in. When busy the wait time can be quite long, but this has only happened twice

Being carnival night, Nando's were full, but we only wated 10 mins for a table. The staff were very efficient and fiendly, The food arrived promptly and was prepared to a good standard.

Nice place to have lunch and the 1st place we visited where you could buy unlimited soda. Americans are used to free refills on soda. 😁

Really tender chicken, huge portion (took leftovers), overall fulfilling lunch with friends who enjoyed it.

The best Nandos experience I’ve ever had and I’ve visited few Nandos in uk, amazing staff, got all the options even for the sauces and the food is always well cooked and a big wow. Only one thing is that I haven’t been able to get the normal Nandos mayo from their recently but still the best Nandos experiences I’ve had and will visit again soon

Been here a few times with residents but can assure it will be the last. Not only staff were very unhelpfull with a wheelchair user! Staff stood around doing nothing , fanta was flat and to top it off I've been ill with food poisoning Very disapointed

A fairly standard Nandos experience. Good, but nothing goes particularly above and beyond what you'd expect, aside maybe from the decor fitted above the tables, which I thought was quite eyecatching.

It's a Nandos so the foods good. It's way more expensive than the other local pubs so it's not that busy.

W-S-M Nando's boasts a prime central location with its signature traditional decor. The ambiance feels a bit too open, and it could benefit from some floral arrangements to add a cozy touch. The staff are both professional and friendly, serving up the classic Nando's chicken we all know and love—no complaints there. It's an excellent spot for hanging out or bringing a friend along. The WiFi is now functioning well. The only downside was the wait to be attended to and assigned a table, but the staff explained this was due to being short-staffed because of illness. Overall, it was a good experience.

Food came out not even hot. Highchair was filthy had to clean it myself. The floors was also dirty too! Nobody bothered to table check and ask if the food was okay. Bread was dry and so was the chicken. Definitely not worth the price you pay! Could be better if they had an electric door for people to enter with push chairs and wheelchairs.

Had the most driest butterfly chicken I’ve ever had in my life. Then when we got home noticed that there was a tax payment added on to the bill, so basically the price you see on the menu isn’t the price you pay….disgusting

Delicious food, and staff are friendly

I had lunch there with my family. Besides all the crying babies and the fact that they got my brothers order wrong, I actually had quite a nice experience! The staff were friendly, the food came pretty quick, and the portions were big. The price was reasonable. The drink and water fountain was also very nice and their sauces are very flavourful. Good work, Nandos :)

Why isn't there anything to protect the hair of those working in the kitchen? please check this. The long hair and beards of the employees will almost get into the food. disgusting

Went solo for a meal. It took about 45 minutes for food to arrive. But it was tasty and delicious.

Arrived at the establishment and was greeted by friendly staff and taken to a table very quickly. I used the online mobile phone app to order the food. Which was very to use. Ordered bottomless soft drinks and a variety of food from the menu. Great value for money and good quality service and food. Highly recommended place to dine for a night out.

Ordered food from our table using the QR code at 18:04pm our food turned up at 19:15pm. There was only the two of us and I wouldn't have called it busy. Food was decent and wait staff were pleasant, but over an hour wait was poor. Order number #0f8172

Got to the restaurant at 6:30, and was told there would be a 40 minute wait for a table for 4, which we thought was odd as there were at least 3 empty tables in the restaurant. When me and the husband sat down on the sofa in the waiting area, we were told we weren’t allowed to wait for our table inside and was sent out into the blistering cold for 40 minutes. When leaving, we noticed at least 2 other tables leaving, so in total noticed at least 5 tables free… found this side of the experience incredibly odd and made us hesitant to return. When we came back at 7:00, the restaurant was even emptier than when we left it just 30 minutes earlier. Although the food was good and service was quick, I don’t think we’ll be returning again.

Grilled chicken burger??? there wernt no grill marks at all it was plain and cold ,was disgusting the cook needs a slap

We visited on a quiet weekday evening and were pleasantly surprised. Great service from attentive staff and the food was great, my partner said it was one of the best Nandos he'd ever had. Will return next time we are back in the area.

Underwhelmed. Food was worse than a fast food outlet but a lot more expensive. Chicken in a bun, chicken was cold, small portion of chips. Impersonal atmosphere, order via app or get up and stand in line at till. No salt, no mayo available from the self service accompaniment bar, which if course you have to get it and do it yourself, along with pour your own drinks. Not exactly a restaurant, it's a wonder they don't ask you to grill your own chicken.

The lady that dealt with us this afternoon 8/11/23 was helpful from start to finish.

We haven’t been to Nandos in ages but this one is definitely one of the best we’ve visited. The staff were really friendly & helpful when seating us as we had someone in a wheelchair & a pushchair with us. The food came really quickly & was nicely cooked, the beanie wraps we had were really good & none of the chips were soggy. The sauces were abundant & none of the bottles were down to the last dregs in the bottom. The ambiance of the restaurant is light & open plan due to all the windows, which made for an enjoyable dining experience. We’d definitely return if we were back in Weston.

We decided to visit here on a Saturday evening. It wasn't too busy and our party of 8 were seated immediately. Ordering is done via QR codes on the tables, and it's simple. Our food was with us in no time at all and we all enjoyed our choices. A nice restaurant with a warm comfortable feeling to it.

Brilliant food brilliant company

I have been to the best part of a hundred Nandos up and down the country and the Weston one has been my best experience so far! After our Deliveroo driver decided to keep my delivery for himself, the manager and staff on shift fired the ovens back up at 9:55pm (5 mins before close) to re-make my whole £80 order so that way our kids got their Nandos! Thank you so much to everyone on shift last Friday night, it was much appreciated!

Reliable food quality, well sorted for allergy matter as we needed gluten free food for one member of our party. Would recommend the place to eat in before or after a cinema show or outing.

Nice food and hot too... burger had to be eaten with a knife and fork though as it fell apart 🤣

The service provided by the waiting staff was great, they even made sure to have separate servers for the "allergy" plates of food (the allergy server washed his hands before serving) to make sure there's no cross contamination. The food was great, they even adapted my rainbow bowl to my needs. My mark down was less for the service and more for the lack of napkins and salt. Even though it was quiet it seemed there wasn't alot of anything, even cutlery. I wouldn't want to visit when it's busy.

Went in about 8pm, quite busy but had a seat within 5 minutes. Food ordering via an app so easy, food was standard. Kids were happy so winner in my eyes.

Have visited a few Nandos. The one in Weston Super Mare is very good probably the best. Food served fast, Chicken moist, and crispy skin. The serving guys were very polite.

I loved the food. It was awesome 👌 but the menu is very confusing it's not clear, they need to upgrade their menu and some of the seats were dirty. They had ketchup on them. Besides that l loved their food and the service. I would recommend it.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious, if a little spicier than other nandos I have visited.

One of the staff there seemed very miserable, bad day perhaps? The food wasn't bad, but the garlic bread could have been used in a Romans Ballista.

Being from South Africa and having had Nandos where it originated, I must say that the food is good. Mindful, it is not as good as the original but good. Service is a bit slow, but staff are friendly and helpful. Could do with a bigger variety for kids.

We were quite late arriving after a swim gala but were welcomed straight away. No chicken thighs available but all 8 of us ate well - I loved the minty peas and butternut squash side dishes.

The food was OK but there were no salads available just chips. The restaurant was very draughty so I was cold the whole time. Thr toilets were not good, the seat was broken and the paper empty.

Visited today for the first and probably last time. Shown to a table next to a party table when others were available. We moved table. Given menu's and after nothing for 20 minutes we decided to leave. I talked to the on duty manager on the way out and was told you have to go to the counter to order. Not being Nando's regulars we had no idea and were not told anything when escorted to our table. We eat out a lot and this was poor. We have only recently moved nearby and ended up at the Thai restaurant in town. A totally different experience.

Went for food here! I go to Nando’s on a regular basis usually the Bristol branch park street which is very good and staff are very good at the park street restaurant! But today encountered a very rude manager at the Weston branch! Food was nice however!

As an African Nando's always holds a somewhat disappointing hit of nostalgia with the true fire of Africa distilled to a more middle ground world, but it's consistent and whilst a touch pricey still good value.

We dined here as a family for the first time ever, we were really excited to see what the "cheeky nandos" thing was all about, what a let down, just completely average at best and very overpriced for what you get. Food aside, the staff were brilliant 👏 just a bit let down by the food.

I’m a veggie and was assured the veggie food at Nando’s is really good. To be honest, there was a fair choice but I was completely unimpressed by my food and everyone else’s for that matter. Why on earth do people rave about it, it’s naff

We were served by this waitress called Lola, she rolled her eyes on numerous occasions at us and several other customers. We had an issue with the app and one of my friends ordered their food twice which is an honest mistake, Lola was very rude and not understanding about this and she said "realistically you're not going to eat it" in a disgusting manner. However the very lovely manager issued a refund and that problem was solved. Lola gossiped about us to other members of staff whilst glaring at us (this was all in plain sight and we could hear every word). Whilst leaving the restaurant, she also stared me down, making this dining experience one to remember not all for the right reasons, which is a shame as the food was lovely as always.

Monday evening 3/10/22 at 20:45 We were disappointed that we showed our Blue Light Cards but were refused discount because we dont work for the NHS. You don't have to work for the NHS to be a front line worker!

This was the 2nd time we have ordered nandos delivery & both times it has not arrived! App message said it arrived but nothing! Called customer services & was told could get a refund but couldn’t do anything about missing food & by then was too late to re order. To happen once is annoying, twice is a disgrace.

We popped in for a takeaway after the lights display, such friendly staff couldn’t do more than enough, especially the host Brett. He was really happy and chatty even after such a long and busy night which made the time pass waiting for our food. Food was amazing and only took 10 minutes waiting time!

Food was good and didn't wait long for it

No customer service, no explanation that there is no table service. Tried to order using the QR code, 3 of us with mobiles on different networks couldn't get any Wi-Fi in the building. If this is how you're expected to order and pay, then Wi-Fi needs to be available. Soft drinks were flat.
