Don’t GO!! Reviews good but had beyond horrible experience! Server was sweet, beyond that was down hill! Extremely overpriced wine & a disgusting, cold & undercooked pizza followed! Horrible food, go elsewhere!

Lovely family chic pizza restaurante. Really friendly stuff and buzzing atmosphere. Max was really chatty and made a great experience. Pizza did take a little while to come out but was worth it.

Our family came in early for dinner on a slow rainy day and has just the heat time thanks to the chef, the food and overall ambiance of this distinctive place. Great craftsmanship, delicious food, friendly atmosphere!

We ended up eating here three days cause it was so good. The menue had something for everybody! My kids loved it!

It speaks volumes when your Italian restaurant is full of paying Italian customers. Food and service both exquisite, proper authentic, no fuss experience - loved it!

In the past (when we were Brightonians), we avoided Preston Street but that seems to have been an error. This little pizzeria served one of the best pizzas I've had in years (second only behind a place in Melbourne). We arrived quite late on a Sunday but the place was busy ... which was a good sign. They managed to find a table for two. Staff excellent, really friendly and, as mentioned, the pizzas were great. Wonderful base. We had the Truffle/Fungi (can't remember its name) and Alicella. Both superb. Wish we'd know about this place when we lived here.

Had a delightful meal at this lovely authentic Italian. The food was delicious, you have to try the truffle aranchi (so good) our mains, pizza and calzone were gorgeous. The pizza base was light, fresh, just how i like it. Lovely atmosphere and great wine! Would highly recommend.

Excellent everything! You should order the arancini (both types) to start your meal, the pizza never disappoints, and I strongly recommend you complete your meal with the tiramisu, it's Devine! The service is excellent as always.

"Waiting for the fantastic Champions League match between Milan and Inter, the best option was to try the pizza at Nanninella on Preston Street. Upstairs, there were no seats available, and we were sent downstairs to a table that was located in front of a table of Asians who didn't understand the appropriate way to start eating pizza. But the highlight was the waiter: during the order, he pronounced the word 'bruschetta' correctly. We praised him, shaking his hand, because it was difficult to find a British guy who could correctly pronounce Italian foods. The pizzas were very good, with soft dough and high-quality ingredients. We decided to try nanninellas after a recommendation from a friend. We was so pleasantly surprised. It was easily the busiest restaurant down the road and there was a reason for it! We shared arancini balls and bruschetta starter which were both amazing! We both had a capricossa pizzas which were soo close to being the same as when we went to Italy it was unreal. My only slight little gripe is there are allot of white base pizzas, which for me I’m all about tomato base. But I would still recommend this to anyone! Ps . Service was also great!

As a group of friends from Surrey we have our annual summer day out in Brighton. The pubs and places of interest that we visit always change, but we always go back to Nanninella. The food is very good, and the staff are always great fun. We had another excellent meal last night. Somehow the pizza always tastes that bit better than anywhere else. Only slight gripe is that there is no coffee! (...not that that was a problem for me, with the wine, beer and grappa flowing!...)

I was in Brighton with a group of students and went there alone, during the lunch break.. great experience! Genuine Italian (Neapolitan) pizza and kind and friendly staff: quick service, reasonable price! Strongly recommended !!! ...besides, the right solution when you as Italian miss your comfort food:)

We paced ourselves and had olives arincini and then shared a pizza. It was just perfect! Their own chilli oil aaa amazing. We were downstairs which was a little warm but the chatter of other guests was lovely. The staff were really friendly.

If I was offered a final meal before I die, this would be it. Easily the best pizza I’ve ever had. The Vivace has so much flavor and is totally worth its price. The service was also great and is authentically Italian.
