Napoli in East Riding of Yorkshire

A real fall from grace unfortunately. Once a regular customer and openly spread the word of this once wonderful take away. What has happened?? After 3 price rises in a year, the food quality taking a distinct drive. Pizzas coming cold and not cooked through, sadly will not use anymore as there is a much better Italian 200 yards down the road.

Have used Napoli for many years but tonight was the last time. Just short of £30 inc delivery for a wrap, a 7" pizza, 2 small chips and a garlic cheese bread plus a small garlic sauce. No free garlic bread because now it has to be requested! Also in the space of a couple of months it has gone from 'orders over £17' to 'orders over £25'! That's almost a 50% increase on order value. Also this was a telephone order with COD and not an app or Just Eat order so there was no admin charge or inflated prices 🤦 Huge shame but such is life.....

Chips missing. Not the first time this has happened. It's not the cheapest either so I would expect everything to be spot on.

absolutely awful, £28 order NO free garlic bread smallest portion of chips i’ve ever had, chicken was pink!! pizza i ordered stuffed crust and came normal

Prices are scandalous. 30% more expensive than a takeaway just as good down the street.

The food was spot on, really enjoyed the chicken wrap and milkshake. The staff was kind and helpful, definitely will order again

Waited an hour and 20 minutes for a pizza and a burger meal. Nothing offered for the inconvenience, no apology. Won’t use again. Unorganised and rude.

rang up to ask about delivery 10 mind after it was due which was over an hour after ordering just a pizza & chips.. was asked to gold b ogibe was put kn counter & I was left there for iver 15 mins.. food then finally arrived 20 mins ate deliv & was only just warm enough to eat when it got here... have used many times before but not again.. POOR SERVICE

Food was delivered to wrong address by the driver - had to ring up to ask on it’s where abouts . Food then come over an hour late when re ordered

Have been a regular customer over the last few years ordered a takeaway for home delivery was absolutely freezing on arrival (literally around the corner)and had to be warmed up in the oven at home which is pointless as I may as well have just cooked myself. Peppers were raw on my Kiev pizza which also had no garlic, around about 2 mushroom spread across the top and about 1 chunk of chicken, was told if we spent over a set amount that free garlic bread was included this didn't arrive. When I called to query the young girl told me that because I'd ordered a cheesy garlic bread she presumed I wouldn't want the free one. The food from Napoli is usually great but on this occasion was appalling and the poor customer service topped it for me.

Delicious stroganoff sauce was delish. It was beef when we expected chicken but still lovely and a massive portion.

Excellent menu, blue cheese sauce is amazing, my colleague can get gluten free pizza 🍕 which not many places offer, great drinks choice to suit everyone’s taste. If you haven’t ordered from here 100% do….

Don't bother with this dreadful place.. Delivered 30 minutes late, I rang to check when it was going to be delivered ,only to be told, " Well, we are busy & it's the weekend " Then the person on the phone told me to wait so she could 'find' my order, but they just went off to serve someone who came into the takeaway.. I could hear every word said..!! Then came back & was told your order should be with you soon. When the order arrived, it was cold, chewy, over salted, bland, and honestly, a COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY..!! Saturday pay day treat ruined. 1st time customer & DEFINITELY the last.

Horrible customer service without fail, constantly bad , ask for chips with no chip spice get chips with as much chip spice humanly possible would not recommend this place.
