A little gem hidden away. Great food but some items are expensive.

Great place to eat, great atmosphere, great food

Absolutely banging pizza, Wakefield's version of Rudy's and if I'm honest it's better. The menu isn't overwhelming with loads of pizza's, there's just a good selection of pizza choices including veggie and vegan ones. The starters aren't too filling either and the sides aren't too big that it becomes too much food to eat. Certain dips you have to pay for with other dips like mayo and ketchup for free. The Italian draught beer they have next door is also great, on par with Madri and Cruzcampo, better than Poretti. They have a few tables inside and one outside so I would advise to book ahead. Parking is a bit sparse but there is places to park on streets around it so I wouldn't worry too much about finding a parking spot. Overall 10/10

We got two pizzas, one Nudja and pepperoni and one double pepperoni. The Nudja one was nice but the double pepperoni… toppings were hanging on by a thread and dough felt undercooked . I wouldn’t recommend. u couldn’t even put the pizza in ur my mouth before all toppings including cheese fell off.

The best place for pizza, wine and cocktails around Middlestown and in fact anywhere in Wakefield and surrounding areas. Gorgeous, friendly staff who know what they're doing, great selection of drinks and authentic Italian pizzas. 👌

Been to Nascosto (and the adjoining Hidden) numerous times now and have come to the conclusion that the pizza quality is hit or miss. It is mainly gorgeous, really nice dough and toppings (best I've had apart from Italy itself) but sometimes it's undercooked and the base sticks to the box which means it's all mushed together and falls apart/rips when you try and take it out. They have also been late on some occasions when collecting, even on quiet weekdays. Premium price for sometimes not premium pizza sadly. Wouldn't hesitate to come back though but aware it may not always be perfect.

Had the meat beast pizza and the fried chicken skin on fries everything was really tasty would highly recommend staff really friendly

Tried this place last night on recommendations and was not disappointed! My husband had a pepperoni pizza which was gorgeous and I had the ortolana (a chicken pizza) absolutely beautiful! We already can’t wait to try more of the menu. Thank you.

Got 2 pizzas as take-aways. One pizza was Calzone Kiev pizza - the top was terribly burnt that it was inedible. As it was a take away I didn't know until I got home - so too late to complain. Disappointed and disgusted that a chef would send this out. The other pizza was fine.

Super good pizza, just like in 🇮🇹 Italy. Well done to all the team, it's an amazing place, I'll definitely come back, and hopefully, next time, I won't have to drive so I can try the beers too.

A lovely local pizzeria.. Top tasty base and they’ve got a belting Italian wood fired oven that does pizzas a treat! Good selection of toppings that are made of quality ingredients and generally just a little bit more special than other more run of the mill offerings around!

We were told about the wonderful pizzas, so thought we would give it a go. Ordered two takeaway pizzas, the double pepperoni was very tasteful although needed baking a bit more. The other pizza Capriciosa was disappointing. There were a few sliced mushrooms, ham in one corner and a couple of artichokes. Its a shame as was hoping we had found a gem

Truly a hidden gem. Closet thing I've had to an authentic Italian pizza in these parts. Lovely quaint little restaurant.

Hands down the worst pizza we've ever had, don't usually leave reviews but jeez spent north of £60 and most of it went in the bin

I am sorry to say this but we have been twice the first time was excellent but we went last night for a birthday treat, it's not the cheapest and we only live a few hundred yards away but the food was BAD everything was flat cold and the pizzas were to salty to eat even warmed up the only thing that were hot were the chips, we ended up throwing nearly all of it away.

Great little spot for any Pizza or Food lover in general. Staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the food was great, as pictured below.

Just brilliant having top notch wood fired Neopolitan pizza local. The owner is really passionate about Italy and his knowledge translates directly into the food they produce. Best Pizza I've had in years. Bravo!

An amazing traditional Italian pizzeria in the heart of Middlestown. Pizzas are cooked in a proper wood burning pizza oven! Would highly recommend trying this place out!
