Honestly the best burger I’ve ever had, and the signature rosemary chips are amazing. Loved it!!!

It's a great location. It's nice to sit outside and enjoy the view. The service was good. The burger was OK, but I can't say it was the most delicious burger I've ever tasted. In general, it's a good place to eat. I'm just not sure I will come back, that's why 4 stars, not 5.

Honest burger, honest prices, honest service :) view, interior design, location are very good. Close to Tower Bridge. They also have vegan burgers. It is also a suitable place for families. You don't need to mention that the potatoes come with the burger. Chicken wings are not bad as a side dish.

During my stay in London, I had the opportunity to try the Honest Burger restaurant. I was greeted by Luigi, who was very helpful and helped me a lot through the menu and he also personalised me the special smash with some variances, instead of the American cheese we put the cheddar cheese. He advised me to add an extra smash patty so it was triple smash and it was massive. The taste of this burger was just incredible. As soon as I get back to London, I'll definitely be back.

My family and I went to Honest Burger for the halal option. We were able to get some recommendations from Luigi who was very attentive and helpful. The view from the restaurant is good and the food was super good.

Food was great! Service was okay, although the restaurant wasn't busy (only us and 2 other customers), we had to go to the bar to ask for the bill as the 2 workers were too busy talking. Lovely people just need to focus more on customer service.

We went there and had the coolest miniburger in my life .Should order 3 instead of one! Taste was good ,chips also and service the same . Grüß!

The burger was fine, prices are a bit high for the quality but below average for London. We sadly disliked the service. The waitresses seemed bored and uninterested. They did not noticed us until we asked to order after trying to get their attention for about 10 minutes.

Very good quality-price burgers with gluten-free options (only +70p although the bun is slightly smaller). The burgers were very good. The one we tried seemed to imitate the original recipe from which they made the Big Mac with very good quality ingredients. It came with fries. Very good and quiet location

Popped in for lunch and was not disappointed. Got so much food, I couldn't eat it all and it was so tasty, I wish I could have eaten it all.

Okay, the ambience is rather simple. But the very good food and the extremely friendly service make up for it. Prices are okay for the location!

Always a great experience at Honest Burger, and this one was no exception. The dock location is gorgeous and Christmas time decorations were lovely. Nothing beats the cold like a camembert burger and a lager!

Absolutely incredible food. Juicy burgers, great buns (including gluten free), super light and crispy chicken and a nice rosamary chips that are more traditional than what most restaurants serve now. Highly recommend for some amazing food.

We visited on 28th October. Friendly and attentive staff. Location of the restaurant is great, especially by the window seats when looking out toward the marina. The onion rings were nice but very greasy, the cheddar beef burger's sauce was tasty but the burger itself was lukewarm and not cooked enough for our liking. The rosemary chips were different and very good, perhaps a little too salty, though. We weren't given the option on whether we wanted a receipt and the service charge was borderline extortionate.

Worst Honest Burger experience to date. Staff disinterested and rude, and in my opinion less than honest when challenged about exceptionally poor service. We were ignored by staff from the start, and then watched them take orders and serve drinks and food to others who had arrived after us. To top all this off, the burgers were sub-standard for honest. Kids burger was not cooked to well done and was still slightly pink, smashed burger was burnt and tribute was cold and definitely less than medium. The excuse for slow service was the kids burger takes longer to cook than any other burger; absolutely laughable.

Very good restaurant, in an excellent location and they serve you great.

If you want a great burger and fries and are good with a pretty casual atmosphere, this is a good place for a meal.

Fantastic burgers and fries! We had the smashburger and the honest - i found the smashburger quite normal. The honest was more tasty and juicy. Adore the fries - there is this rustic taste to the potatoes that is delectable - and they are adequately salted, far from greasy!

Not only was the food amazing, the beef and bacon gravy is an absolute must, but the service was brill, really friendly and polite. Great value and nice to have a locally-brewed beer, too.

Honest was once my top choice for burgers in London, but my latest visit was disappointing. The fries resembled a clump of fried potato scraps, with very little actual potato and too much oil. Given the prices, I won’t be returning for a burger and chips dinner anytime soon.

Does what it's supposed to do, tasty burgers and fries. Not worth a detour, but perfectly OK if you are in the area.

While the food was good, we did not enjoy going there as the service was quite bad. When we arrived, the restaurant was half empty, but it took them a while to seat us, then even longer to take our order for food, then, also a long time for the food to arrived. The service was so slow that we went to pay at the counter as no one comes to ask us if we want bills for a while. We will not be back again.

We went there for burgers yesterday. The veggie burger and the honest burger were very tasty. The price of around £15 including fries was also good and the lemonade was great

A good burger with very tasty rosemary fries! It's a cozy restaurant with a nice view of the St. Katharine Docks. The service was very friendly and the food was delivered quickly.

I love honest burger but was they were not that honest and we came here and customer service was really bad in this branch m and they said right away they don’t have chips x y z and regardless we set and had burger without chips but paid for the same value and while we re eating we saw they are giving chips for deliveroo orders!!!! Not really like the honesty customer service and service

We spent our lunch break here with a beautiful view of the harbor. The service was top and the food was good. The rosemary fries were a new experience and tasted great.

Pretty outdoor seating area that’s right next to the harbor. Good halal and vegetarian options. They had the absolute best vegetarian burger I’ve ever had here. I would love to go back and get it. Fries that come with the burger are also super super good. The buffalo sauce on the buffalo burger was also super good.

Freddie/Fred was rushed off her feet but was doing an amazing job. A credit to your business.

The restaurant has a beautiful location overlooking the port and has indoor and outdoor seating. The service was good and they were helpful. We ordered a beef burger 8/10, chicken pesto 9/10, and a green salad.

Honest burger was tasty and our fresh onion rings were outstanding! Lemonade is very nice and the point of beer perfectly poured. Cannot fault the food for what it is. Honest.

3.5 Stars. It is probably indeed honest. The burgers seemed on the smaller side, well done meat and could use more cheese and sauce (look at my photo). Would not recommend even though some locals said this was a great joint.

Good quality of products. They can remove ingredients upon request. The water has an unlimited refill. Quiet environment and friendly staff. The place is near the marina behind the tower bridge. The menu always includes chips which are flavored with rosemary. A different place than normal and it's worth going there to eat.

I went to Honest Burger after it was recommended by a friend who said it was delicious. I was satisfied. The hamburger patty was juicy and the fries were all delicious!

Amazing, gigantic and delicious gluten-free Honest sandwich. With crispy french fries and coke. Very friendly staff and very quick service. Congratulations for the really excellent sandwiches.

Perfect place for lunch and dinner, all burgers have the option of gluten-free bread, there is no cross contamination and all starters are suitable for celiacs. Super nice and fast staff.

Nice location with a view of the marina. Polite and capable staff, as soon as they realized that we were Italian, they made themselves available, also speaking in Italian, to explain the menu to us. Presentation of the dishes beautiful to look at, and excellent products. Advised

Service was a bit slow and uninterested. However the honest beef and honest fried chicken burgers with chips were delicious and satiating in both size and taste. Music was too loud and despite the restaurant being less than half full we had a hard time getting the waiter’s attention.

I am traveling from the US. We have been on vacation for 5 days now and this is the best food we have eaten since we have been on vacation (we started in Paris) the location was wonderful, the restaurant itself was awesome and inviting , our server Fred was AMAZING and the food was damn close to a religious experience. I got the smashed burger with chips and BACON GRAVY!!! We were going to do all our meals at different places you know to try everything….nope going back tomorrow for dinner again! This is a must go!

The Honest Burger in St. Catherine's Dock is a very good choice for the area around the Tower of London. We have always received very friendly service and the citizens are very fresh and tasty. Went there several times in our few days in London.

I ordered delivery from this location. The burger wasn't cooked and I was given regular chips instead of the rosemary salted chips that I ordered.

I've eaten here 5x during my stay in London. The food is absolutely excellent and the prices are more than reasonable. The best hamburger I've had in a long time. The chips are perfectly seasoned. The truffle chicken sandwich was amazing.

Unfortunately - We weren't hungry when we stopped in here. We just needed water and a sit down. I ordered 2 cocktails - one was a G&T with grapefruit & cucumber (very good!) and other was gin based but with more ingredients. The waitress was super nice. Very modern but yet cozy. Modern, but with lots of wood. Warm atmosphere. (Usually modern decor is so cold!)

Beautiful, stylish burger restaurant located directly at the marina. The burgers are freshly prepared, very juicy and tasty. The fries are very crispy and refined with rosemary salt...highly recommended.

We were in London last Sunday, walking around the area we noticed a very busy place, as we know, if it's busy it means it's delicious, The staff was very helpful, the waiter Andrzej answered all our questions with a smile on his face and explained in detail what we could eat and drink, Unfortunately, there was not enough service for such a large restaurant, but they did the job, our burgers were tasty and well-presented, the rosemary chips were phenomenal, We will definitely come back.

Visited from out of the country. Excellent service from the wonderful staff and amazing food - the slaw is phenomenal and the rosemary chips are delicious and crispy. We have two picky eaters ages 5 and 2 and they loved their burgers and chips. We will eat here while visiting again.

It was my first time visiting this this restaurant and it was some of the best food I've ever had. Andrzej was very kind and friendly from the moment I walked in, and repeatedly ensured that I was satisfied with my experience. 5 star experience and I will be a regular customer!

The best Burger I ever had! They serve you only homemade tasty burgers both with chicken and beef but there was also a vegetarian selection. With burgers they also served rosemary chips which were included with the burger. Finally the servers were very kind.

My daughter and I had dinner at this London-style pub located right next to Tower Bridge. The venue offers a fantastic view of the marina from which you can glimpse the tip of Tower Bridge. The service is fast and of high quality, the staff friendly and helpful, especially the manager Luigi. The burgers are space-age, suitable for all palates, and are served with rosemary fries. The crispy tenders and onion rings are also exquisite. Excellent draft beer. Super recommended, I will return 100%.

I enjoyed the atmosphere a lot and the food was AMAZING really. The salad was very very good and the burger was juicy and full of flavour. I got the tribute and the chilli which were honestly really good. The service was lacking since we sat outside we pretty much served ourselves, if you sit out you have to go inside so a server can take your order which was kinda weird and everytime I wanted something I had to go get it myself but the seats inside got full service. The servers completely forget about the tables outside i don’t know if it’s because they’re busy inside but thats not a good reason. Otherwise the food is REALLY good and definitely will be coming back but next time I’ll be sitting inside so i don’t have to serve my self.

Absolutely fantastic honest burgers as usual. The only issue I had was that the restaurant was full of 60 schools children and the noise was too loud and unbearable. I believe that school visits should be allocated at appropriate times not on a busy evening dinner time. We traveled to St Katherine docks restaurant just to try the local honest burger which was delicious and we were happy with the service.

AVOID ON UBER EATS. SIGNIFICANT DELAYS AND WRONG ORDER DELIVERED. I have had disappointing experiences the past three times I’ve ordered from here on Uber eats. The first two times my order took over 1.5 hours to be prepared and be delivered. The third time I was delivered the wrong order, and no one took accountability - the Uber eats driver blamed the restaurant, and the restaurant blamed the driver. To make matters worse, I am coeliac and can’t eat gluten, and was delivered an order containing gluten. Absolutely pathetic showing all round and I do not recommend at all.

The food was very good. The burgers were delicious, the fries were great. Unfortunately, the lemonade and onion rings were not available on the menu (sold out). As a vegetarian, I was then served a salad at no extra charge. It was super tasty. Also really recommend the menu. Price-performance unbeatable. The only negative point for me: at the table next to us we could see a young waiter literally throwing the menu onto the guests' table, along with a disparaging look. I found it very unpleasant, also because the lady at the table seemed very irritated.

Honest Burgers offers a tasty burger with lots of flavor that hits the spot. The fries (chips) were nice and crispy, complementing the burger perfectly. However, the service was notably slow, even with only a few patrons in the restaurant. Additionally, the dining area was uncomfortably hot, making it hard to enjoy the meal. You can feel the heat from the kitchens and hear all the noise, which detracts from the overall experience. If you're looking for a good burger and don't mind the heat and slower service, it might still be worth a visit.

After spending hours exploring the tower of London, my group walked over to Honest Burgers. I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture of my food, but it was delicious! The lemonade was fresh. I got the tribute burger and substituted the fries for the salad. The vinnegrate that came on the salad was quite tasty. I did try the fries that my husband ordered and they were so fresh! The area outside this restaurant was adorable as well. It was fun to walk across the dock area to get there. I would highly recommend!

11 of us from Rome ate an exquisite burger... Excellent meat... accompanied by a beer with a fruity aroma... it's called Stonewall Inn IPA... Welcoming environment, very friendly staff... especially Luca di Chieti... Romina .

Fantastic staff, all kind and helpful, on the menu there are also options for those with various allergies or for those who are vegetarian or vegan. One of the best burgers I've ever eaten, excellent meat and generous portions. Highly recommended.

The food was amazing, the interior space is so lovely and the waiters were super gentle with us. Andrzej was super friendly as well. Really recommend the food and the atmosphere. And finally a place that closes late for dining in London.

It's spacious, has a nice atmosphere, and is friendly. However, the potato chips were so salty that I couldn't eat them all.

Had the vegan plant burger with vegan bacon, which was great. Its a little bit expensive for the size of the burger, but still lovely.

Good burgers. Reasonably priced

Food was good, and set meal was value for money. However, service was non genuine and impolite! When requested to pack the fries, staff was not helpful. Fries were already put aside on a seperate plate but the box had my left over burger and unwanted bits. Was dog food!

First time I've been to a restaurant solo and it was a lovely experience. It was a lovely view with a nice atmosphere, I sat and read my book whilst waiting for the food which was ready surprisingly quick. Not too expensive and really nice food, would recommend!
