Absolute worst Chinese takeaway ever. Used them a few times but never again. Waste of money. Total disappointment. Food inedible and tasteless.

Popped in late one night and fancied some sundries, was really impressed with their starters of chicken satay with a flavourful rich peanut sauce, nice pancake rolls, and sesame prawn toast and a potion of chips, great portion sizes too. I’ve had many in Lowestoft but not this one Will definitely order from them again, it’s cash only but they do bank transfers too👍🏻

We have been ordering every 2-3 weeks for many months. Quality of food has never deviated. Can well recommend.

What’s happened? We used to really enjoy our takeaway from here but today it was just a bit bland. The queues have gone too. Has it changed chef or owner?

Always great quality and brilliant service. Never been let down by their food or customer service. Rarely had a problem, but when I do, they always rectify it satisfactorily.

The food here is amazing, too amazing in fact as it's becoming a very regular treat! Best Chinese in lowestoft easy!

This is an English owned Chinese take away (with Chinese chef). The food is of a good standard and flavoursome. I would recommend the chicken and black bean sauce and green peppers. It is a little spicy but the way it should be and the sauce is not runny and tasteless like so many other Chinese take aways/restaurants. The price is on the higher side of average. Food are served in 2 sizes, regular or large. You do need the large. I suppose it gives you the option. Service is fast and friendly and we did not have to wait too long for our food. They seem fairly busy too so that is always a good sign. It is a nice take away and I would definitely go back.

Well I'm gobsmacked how anyone can hike their prices so much. I understand that prices have gone up but crafty as they are they try and bulk out what you order with veg or more sauce and to crown it all the actual containers it is served in are smaller. Seems we are living in rip off Briton

I really love superfry and drive 30mins there to get my food but recently it’s gotten so salty which is such a shame as like I say the food is normally great!

Tired after a long day at work. Ordered a takeaway, it was delivered quickly and the food was very hot. Very delicious. The best Chinese food I've ever had. The chicken was fresh and not like other places.

I am writing this review having visited the restaurant on a Saturday night when you would expect it to be very busy. There was an initial wait to be seated of around about 45 minutes, this was more due to lack of staff rather than tables not being available. Once seated the two staff in the restaurant clearly couldn’t cope with the amount of table covers and again we waited a long time for the food order to be taken. Then there was a big wait between each course and for plates to be collected etc. it was clear to everyone that there needed to be more staff on shift (clearly we don’t know what had gone on here, maybe there was staff sickness or something unpredictable) but if this is normal, it simply means poor customer service. In my view the food was ok, the starters were a reasonable quality as was the duck course. The mains were small portions but you could order as much food as you wanted so this wasn’t really a problem. Only that it took a long time to make a reorder. What I would say is that the sweet and sour chicken dish could have had more sauce and the sauce was a little thin but this is me being picky really. Fairly good value. For me if they could just get the staffing right I would happily go back but I wouldn’t go again and put up with the wait and the lack of staff experienced on my first visit as it has put me off in truth.

Ordered a standard chicken balls, chow mein and chips, and have to say, it was all pretty tasty. My only complaint is, like virtually every Chinese takeaway, you're compelled to buy more than enough to eat, if you want a little variation. Would order from here again, but definitely go for less, unless ordering for two. In which case, the portion sizes were ideal.
