We have been going here for years, great food, massive portions, great value for money. Good service and lots of vegetarian options that are also vegan.

When they screw up and admit to it they then bare you from ordering m it was their error. I am vegetarian yet the vegetarian hot and sour soup turned up with meat in it. They told me to ask for a refund and then barred me from ordering from there. That's ridiculous.

Tried this place based on reviews. Food arrived hot and smelled great. Found the food "okay" but unusually plates weren't cleared. Halfway through the dinner, my tummy bloated.. I spent the rest of the night on the loo. That was Thursday. Today is Saturday and I'm still suffering. I do not recommend this place!

Great vegan food, but they're often not open during their business hours (e.g. Saturday evenings), and they don't explain when they're expecting to be closed or why, so it's impossible to rely on. Have been left feeling gutted on at least 3 occasions recently where we've been looking forward to their food, only to find out that they're not open.

We always come here and enjoy the food but the last two times it’s like there’s a new chef ?!… IT IS EVEN BETTER than before. Definitely recommend this place. Food always on time and always tasty.

If I would be able to give minus starts I would. Ordered yeaterday they were late over 40 minutes with delivery when I called them they said havent even started yet so I said thats not okay. They asked if I want to cancel so I said yes. Today they charged the full amount as tgey say it was already started when I cancelled. This is a liar thief group. They wasnt even kind on the phone. Keep the money but just to let you know you lost now quiet a big number of customers with me as we would be regular. Disgusting 🤮

I usually order here and love this Chinese but tonight I Ordered my food at 5 past 6 and food arrived at 7:40. When I rang to find out where my food was I was told it’s on its way with no apology for the food taking that long to be delivered. When food arrived it was lukewarm and flavourless. I am really not happy. Had to throw the food out as it was dry, flavourless and not up to the usual standard.

First time ordering. Thoroughly enjoyed it just needs to be a little hotter on the temperature side. Will order again. Hot and sour soup is excellent also

Worst Chinese i ever had . No taste and the quality wasn’t good at all. So disappointed

Instant regret to changing from my regular chinese. Spent £25 and the only thing they got right was the crackers. The rice was part cold, can't of been fresh. The salt and pepper chicken, there's no spicy favour in fact there wasn't even chicken favor it was mainly the grease and batter. The satay chicken was over cooked n just chewy. And the chow mein was just had no favor. Very disappointed after the hype and happiness everyone has while waiting on their take away order! This being my first Google review its a shame its a negative one!

We have ordered our Chinese from here around 10 times now & it's been brilliant every single time. When we moved to the area we tried another and it was honestly awful but we order a variety of things from here it's always earlier than expected, tasty and hot. Thanks again

Ordered on two separate occasions about a month apart. Both times they cancelled my order after I waited for about 20 minutes. Never ordering again - don’t waste your time.

Has this Chinese many times, usually on a Friday or Saturday and it’s been lovely, but decided to order on a Tuesday and won’t be doing it again, definitely old meat been used, absolutely awful

We have ordered from this take away many times, they are our go to for Chinese food particularly as we have two vegans in the house and their range if vegan options is very good. We use Justeat to place our orders and our food has always been delivered within the specified time, been hit and to our liking.

Delivery man was so concerned that our delivery was a little longer due to traffic on firework night but our meal was still hot and yummy.

Enjoyed this delivery a lot! Very hot. Time as stated. Recommend ribs in plum sauce! Followed my wishes to omit certain ingredients. Friendly delivery service. Thank you ☺️

This used to be the only Chinese I would buy from until they started shutting so early I could never get a order from there well last night I managed to and its nothing like it was before they changed there closing times the rice was hard the noodles undercooked duck was dry and hard and it all just didn't have any flavour at all was so so bland and it seems they forgot to add any other veg except onion to almost everything I had alor of onion and 1 ,2 peices of spring onion In the whole thing they used to come with peppers onions shredded carrots mushrooms now just onion

Friendly staff, free delivery and great deals on their website. Delicious tender beef and duck in their chow mein, great flavours and their steamed pork buns are unreal. Only wish they did sweet and sour pork balls aswell as chicken

Excellent Vegan Options. Friendly staff happy steer you in the right direction, as most of the food is stated as vegetarian but is in fact vegan. Really lovely and fresh. Absolutely worth a visit if you're looking for lovely vegan takeway Chinese Food. Was even given extra spring rolls free of charge & a 10% discount for picking up food.

We have just polished off a stunning family meal from this place. They have a huge range of food suitable for vegans. Food arrived exactly when they said, nice and hot. The best Chinese takeaway I've had in medway.

Order never arrived despite them taking my money, rung 7 times over a 2 hour period and nobody answered the phone. This was on Saturday just rung them today which is Sunday and asked about it and was told they had rung me and I'd canceled the order which was false and seemed content to argue with me about it and wouldn't take the order number given. Disappointed with a restaurant that has been very good with enjoyable food.

Ribs were overcooked other than that really good prawn balls were excellent not too much batter and light to eat curry was satisfactory rice good not too greasy thanks for the free prawn crackers

First time ordering tonight. Great selection of vegetarian& vegan options, I had sweet & sour mock chicken & veg fried rice, food was delicious. Arrived promptly & was hot. Well worth every penny.

Our local Chinese that we use quite regularly and once again it was an excellent meal last night exactly what we ordered hot and tasty. Will certainly use again.

1st time ordering from here, can honestly say not disappointed, good portions, hot on delivery, tasty, will definitely order again, the only reason they didn't get 5 star was no time given for delivery, but delivered within roughly 50 mins.... definitely worth a try

Had take away from here yesterday 9/6/20 Everything tasted great with big flavours, lovely and hot with nice sized portions too. Here within 30/40 mins of booking! Also nice 10% off when booking on line. Will be ordering again definitely. Thank you

Definitely one of my favourite Chinese places. They have a nice selection of vegan food. A little tip though, if you're ordering over phone, to get vegan food, choose the vegetarian option(s) but mention that you don't want fish or egg ingredients. If ordering online, do the same - select the vegetarian options but just before you order, there is a comment box at the bottom where you can type in to not add fish or egg ingredients and they'll leave them out. All food is automatically meat or vegetarian unless asked otherwise. It doesn't state this on the website (which they might want to add because it's not clear), but their vegan food is delicious!

Food is hot when delivered and very tasty

Quite possibly the worst house special curry I've ever had , 2 mouthfuls and in the bin it went . Since when is Chinese curry sauce an orange colour ?! Too much salt and too little curry flavour . Under new management for 2 years already and the first time I've been back since and the last . Sorry folks I'm wholely disappointed.

I ordered From here today and it was not good at all we ordered a beef chow mein and a ho fun the beef was really chewy the noodles had a funny taste and the ho fun was really bland and the only taste it had was the same as beef chow mein also it was all cold the one thing that was ok was the chicken balls and I was given a full refund off just eat tye resturant tried to argue the fact it was cold and said it was impossible.

Amazing quality for money and super quick delivery service. I was content waiting an hour for food (like from other places) but this place took 15 minuet's to deliver my food and it was lovely and hot, no issues what so ever and the delivery man was so polite and friendly. 5/5 will buy again. 👍

This is a great Chinese takeaway because they do many vegetarian alternatives in almost all dishes. I had vegetarian Hong Kong style "chicken" and vegetarian "chicken fried rice". It was all super tasty and good service! 😋

Wouldn't recommend! The chicken curry was dry and beef chewy. The delivery was on time and the guy was friendly tho.

The food here is good, less greasy than other Chinese takeouts. However, this is the second time I ordered the Pak Choi in oyster sauce and received it in garlic sauce, what is up with that?!

Order from here regularly. Wonderful food and amazing vegetarian options. They always swap the prawn crackers for us too, because they are not vegetarian. Staff are lovely and polite. Food is always delivered very quickly. My favourite place to order from! I look forward to visiting Medway at the weekends and new happy palace are one of the reasons why. If you are vegetarian, I highly recommend trying out this takeaway! So happy I found it.

Was recommended this place by a colleague and wasn't disappointed. Have had a couple of times now and has been rapidly delivered, piping hot, tasty and with generous portions. Will definitely be using regularly.

Just ordered from here for the first time. It came quicker than advised and was all present and correct. Food was great, we had the large special chow mein which arrived in a large round container which was packed with giant prawns, and big pieces of pork, chicken and beef with vegetables on a bed of noodles. Ideal meal for one and only about £6. We also had duck and vegetables and lemon chicken. Both served in the traditional way not lemon sauce seoerate and a bag of chicken balls like we we once had elsewhere I also ordered Hoi Sin sauce to dip my free prawn crackers in and unlike some restaurants this was a generous size portion not a half filled pot and not watered down. Will defiantly use again.

Ordered vegetarian chicken with mushrooms, which I think is seitan but it was so delicious. I had with boiled rice and chips. I would definitely come back again.

Hi the food which was just delivered, is absolutely appalling!! The food has no flavor at all! the chicken satay is just dishwater with oil in it (which i have taken pictures) and it is all disgusting! I am furious as i have tried to phone back straight away and no answer! And i have paid £35 for 5 items which looks like someones else leftovers. I have already called just eat to complain! I will never order here again and will be phoning tomorrow to complain as well!

This is my new favourite place. Amazing options... I'm a vegan and had so much to choose from and it was just lovely 😊
