Used this Grill for the first time today excellent service delivered on time food was great very enjoyable totally recommend

Food turn up freezing cold man on the phone was rude and arrogant. Ask for replacement or refund and just denied All in all very disappointed Won't be having my customer again

If I want to get a takeaway and I'm after a kebab I choose here every time fair price good quality food it gets delivered promptly I simply can't complain.

Ordered a delivery, got our kebabs, asked for the lamb shish to be well cooked but it wasn’t but my pita bread was over cooked, and they forgot to deliver our lamb donner meat waited 30 mins more for that to be delivered by which time we finished eating our lamb shish

Ordered a kebab on just eat u paid extra cheese and got none in there Aswell as a pot of garlic sauce I paid for which didn’t receive, on the order instructions I asked for the garlic sauce on the kebab and didn’t and I selected what part of the salad I wanted and just got everything in a box instead, not happy with this place

Pizza is usually good here but 9 times out of 10 there's usually either something missing from a pizza whether its a missing topping or incorrect sauce, rather annoying when they charge £28 for 2 pizzas, you'd like to think you'd get everything you order!

Staying at a touring site near by. Ordered over the phone. Was sent link to make payment and was called by driver on arrival. 5 star service and excellent very very good food. Defo be ordering again as regulars at touring site

I ordered pizza twice from here. Both times I had a hair in it. Since then I won't use again

Had a massive food poisoning and stomach cramps after eating chicken doner there last Monday. It was my only meal that day, so 100 sure it was the kebab. Meat was burned to a crisp, probably old one after the weekend. Couldn't sleep the whole night and had to call sick next morning. Never again!

Been having takeaway fron here for over 15 years and the past few times theyve got the orders wrong its not been cooked properly

Ordered on just eat, paid £18.50 each for two pepperoni pizzas, it does say on menu that’s it’s buy one get one free. Did not see the option to get free pizza so thought perhaps it automatically came with it. It did not. Pizzas were very poor quality and over cooked. At best they looked like a cheap supermarket pizzas. Must say £37.00 for two pizzas is extraordinary. You would at least expect them to be of high quality. Such a shame! Also ordered 2 burger meals that were satisfactory. Will definitely not be using again.

Just got a mixed kabab and normally the food is good from hear but the past few times ive ordered from here the meal as been barely even warm, swimming in sauce instead of in a pot and pitta bread swimming in grease! Both the sauce and pitta was asked to separate, but once again it wasn't. It's meant to ve a mixed kabab it was more like 80% lamb donner, 20% chicken. There is so much grease ots leaked out the bag and on the kitchen side. I never complain but this is honestly rank.

Stopped here to get a family meal on the way to Dungeness for a day out. I clearly asked for salad on everything - tomato, cucumber, onion, etc. This was acknowledged on the order screen and receipt. When we got to Dungeness and unpacked the food, there was no salad on anything, it was just meat and bread. The guy who made the food obviously didn't bother to read the order properly. Extremely disappointing as we were all looking forward to the salad and the meal wasn't cheap. We would never have paid that kind of money just for some meat and bread.

Visited Romney for the week from London, we went to a good few takeaways but have to say this food was THE BEST food we had from Romney by a mile hands down! The chicken kebab was the best kebab I have had in my entire life, my eyes were rolling back in my head and everything lol! And I have had a LOT of kebabs over the years! The pizza was very yummy, perfect chips, perfect everything actually. The guys that work there were very friendly too. My only complaint is I'm now back in London and cannot stop thinking about that excellent kebab, no kebab shop round here even comes close. Delicious, thank you guys.

This is some of the tastiest meats and freashish salad that I have had from a take away of late. I had a good mix of Kebab, Chicken and a couple of pizzas and everything was good. Thank you New Romney Grill. I wish I had taken some photos of it.

Delivered on time but one piza was still dough in the middle and the colslaw was aweful!

Terrible experience this time 2 hours for delivery , food not very good , gourmet burger was missing bacon plus cheese and chips were rubbery . Greasy . I’ve ordered many times from here recently and been good but sadly now lost faith due to this meal.

Very lovely and delicious chicken shish and kebab. Also the burgers are really nice honestly I can't say anymore until you try it for yourself. So go on everyone to this amazing restaurant. The gourmet burgers are banging, a bit pricey but nice food that's never made me ill.

I ordered two large meat feast pizzas, chicken & shish kebab, double deluxe gourmets burger and a lamb doner wrap plus the drinks and desserts. Honestly everything I ordered was spot on and food was amazing. I highly recommend. Definitely ordering again.

Staying at the Romney sands holiday park stopped here for some food and the food was hot and fresh staff were dead friendly was a lovely meal thank you.

I was visiting Romney sands, decided to go to the new Romney grill, drove there and ordered, 1 large shish, 1 chicken shish and lamb shish mixed. And a portion of chips. Well what can i say? Excellent, big pieces of meat, absolutely delicious, shame I don't live near by as I'd return there definitely.

I use this place very often and normally receive ok average meals tonight however o picked up my order when I got home my garlic bread was my asking and my kebab.was stone cold when ringing them they said they forgot to put the garlic bread on the order and then called my husband a liar regarding the stone cold kebab I will not be recommending this place to anyone in future customer service is awful

I ordered £38 of food from this take away via Just Eat on Wed 4th Nov. The staff lied and then admitted they lost my order. I was promised a refund by a member of staff and told the manager would bring it to my house, but like the food It never arrived.

Food delivered two hours too early so I called to rearrange delivery and was assured it would be delivered at the correct time. This did not happen so I rang the restaurant again and was told to give the old food back. We then found our new chips seemed to be reheated and worry that this is what will happen to the food the driver took back. Given the covid restrictions I do not think the food should have been taken back in the first place and certainly should not be reheated and given to someone else.

Been ordering from here for 13years foods always been nice if theres been a problem theyve always sorted it but the last month the food seems to have gone down hill ive orderd the same thing time and time again but for some reason there now getting it wrong personaly i think its got new owners anyway hope you have better luck me im gonna try sumwere else

This is the best kebab in the whole area for takeaway and they have 2 tables of 4 seat for eat in. Genuine nice staff,cant fault them . Love the chicken Donner from here and the chicken burgers.

Ordered a meat feast and a pizza plus special and got delivered two meat feasts ( one had two slices squashed . Said on the phone about the incorrect meat feast and they asked if we could just eat the meat feast that my friend didn't order !!!!! They delivered the correct pizza about half an hour later but took the old meat feast away probably to heat up again for a second sale!!!!. There was no apology or inconvenience of having to wait longer thats the main thing ! Pizza was ok eventually .

Although only our 2nd visit to new romney grill, we thoughly enjoyed our takeaway consisting of a kebab combination and a chicken sandwich. Generous portions and the chicken coating was out of this world. Pleasant , friendly and polite staff. We will certainly return to eat here.

Ordered 2 donor kebabs, a chicken kebab and chips. Didn't get the chips as they forgot but they told the rest of the staff that my address has a £3 discount on the next order which will last as long as they can remember it, joy. 1 donor kebab with no salad and ketchup was fine. The other donor kebab with Garlic sauce came with Garlic butter sauce which was far less than nice. The chicken kebab was alright apart from the literal puddle of oil the pitta was sitting in. So after waiting for 45/60 minutes for the food, I wish we'd ordered somewhere else.

Be careful of these guys over charging you and then trying to scan your contactless card while your not looking.

Ordered food as we are on holiday over hour later still waiting so rang to see where food was and got swore at by staff and told I was a liar! Safe to say we didn't get our food and now have 3 hungry children!!!

Our order took over an hour, was told it would be another 20 minutes... When we said that this was the second time our order was late we were told they'd make a fresh order. Within five minutes our pizza arrived - cold. Never ordering from them again.

I Had a chicken shish with chips my mate had a lamb donor and chips, we sat in and ate. lovely the only complaint we could make is that we had to much and couldn't finish it, and trust me we can eat.

not very happy as had order messed up 2 times then on 2nd time i was not happy so gave food back and did not reserver money or food bk so left out pocket, not happy will be getting me money back

never using this place again had a kebab from here worst ive ever had and didnt feel well the next day AVOID this place
