The fish menu is excellent, fresh and all food tasted superb. We had 6 different choices over the 2 visits. A big plus was also the food arrives nice and hot. There aren’t many restaurants that manage that. We will be back!

Dropped in for a light lunch after a walk around Lechlade and the river. We have lunched at cafes & pubs all over the Cotswolds and as New Wave had been recommended to me I persuaded my friends & dog to try it. Thank goodness we did! Sat in a fab courtyard with the dog & opted for the 2 course menu. Squid followed by Cornish Fish soup. Both to die for….my friends loved it too & as we’re fairly local, will be back. The waiting staff were lovely so we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch experience.

Went for lunch having a not visited since it opened last year. It was excellent then and still is today. We had squid and scallop starters. Memorably, good. The lemon sole main was perfect. I shall certainly be going back :-)
