I was hungry for fish after visiting the fish market with my mate Rick. They didn't do fish. That speaks volumes.

Lovely fry up - perfect hangover cure and was quick and friendly service. The café was cold but other than that, it was all you could want from a greasy spoon.

After reading the reviews about this cafe we thought we would give it a go and i have to say every review is spot on....the food is excellent (steak pie was lovely) and great value for money, shame we don't live nearer as this cafe would be one we would use all the time

I have visited this cafe many times and the food has always been excellent. If the fishermen and other locals use it then if can't be bad. The breakfasts are great and a good price.

Visited this cafe whilst walking the South West Coast Path. The food was top notch and the locals were very welcoming. Real characters. If Carlsberg made cafés!

Simple, Tasty and delicious. This was a great breakfast well cooked and excellent value. If the fisherman rate it - that's high praise. Warm and friendly service. 5 stars from all of us...

We had lunch here on the first day of our hols. before going to nearby Sainsbury's for shopping. I had the Prawn mayo and Mum had the Crab, both delicious and full to bursting with filling. Nicely served up with salad and crisps, kept us going for ages. Thought prices quite high at first, but after experiencing crab sarnies in a couple of other establishments in St Ives & Sennen Cove, realised that we had a bargain in The Harbour Café. Sadly, we didn't get a chance to return here but really wish we had. The food was lovely as was the service.

Delicious, Full English/Cornish breakfast. Have enjoyed eating here and taking away, many-a-time. Always fresh and tasty. Clean happy and bright surroundings. What else could anyone want? I live in Newlyn but love coming here anyway!

At first glance, you might suppose that this is a typical pokey little working-men's greasy spoon cafe, but have a meal in there and you will know different! It may seem odd to give a simple fisherman's cafe 5 stars given that it is not producing exquisite gourmet food - but it does what it sets out to do very well. The food is straightforward, reasonably-priced, tasty cafe grub. The place is spotless and it has a really good feel to it. Highly recommended.

Whilst having a stroll around Mousehole we came upon the Orange Cafe Bar by chance with it being up a lane just away from the harbour. We did not immediately realise it was a vegan cafe but that was not an issue for us. The staff were warm and friendly, explaining the dishes so that we could make an informed choice. We went for the burger (patty) and cake, both of which were delicious. People often shy away from eating this type of food but on this showing they should give it a go, which saw two diners leave very happy.

Very good B&B in a very central location. But it is very expensive so 'value for money' comes into question. Very good cooked breakfast served in the mornings but for the money it should provide freshly squeezed orange juice.

We found our way to Freathy Farmhouse Cafe by following a sign from Whitsand Bay. What a lovely find! Very rustic and charming cafe. We sat outside in the sun and enjoyed very generous sandwiches served with delicious salad. Some of us even managed cake! We will definitely return although I understand it is best to check opening times. Ps Loved the decor in the loo!
