Nicola's in Salford

Nicola provided a buffet for my nephew's 18th on Saturday, I have issues with food, as in I am so so fussy, extremely fussy, I never eat food at a buffet, 1. bread is buttered 2. The cheese is usually grated 3. I don't eat meat, 4. I don't eat anything with pastry, i.e Pies etc cakes Nicola's food was amazing, most of it I could not eat ( that is my issue) the cheese board and crackers was lush, the salad was fresh as was the snacks, I will be using Nicola for any party's we have, hopefully she does Vegan, my granddaughter is only vegan due to medical issues, so the rest of the family did. sorry for the long post,

My sister had a buffet for a party, and everyone said how good it was, people were saying it's the best buffet they've seen/had. Loads of choice, all good food, and massive portions.

Nicola provided a cold buffet for my Mum's funeral. Good variety, lovely and tasty food. Would recommend and definitely would use again. 👌

Food and service is 5 star. In particular the chicken curry and the Cajun Chicken sandwich filler.

Been going to Nicolas Cafe now for about 6 months once a week on my work lunch, always great food, generous portions. had a home made curry today and was amazing, would reccoment to anyone.

the food was fresh and great choices it always is, we have used them a few times now and they have never failed us will be using them again.

Used Nicolas Buffet service for my grans wake her communication and service was excellent the food was lovely and everyone was commenting how good it was. We had family members with allergies so all the food was clearly labelled and the gluten free option we requested was also excellent and there was a good selection for those that were gluten free as well would definitely recommend and will be using Nicola again.

Absolutely beautiful buffet spread, can tell alot of thought and hard work went in to it. Definitely recommended, price was great too. Nicola seems such a lovely genuine lady, will be taking a visit to her cafe soon for a cooked breakfast.
