No 38 Bistro & Bar in Carlisle

Been in this store a few times now and never actually left with anything, they never have any of the items on the menu they don’t take cash, they’re never open in the morning so a breakfast sub is off the cards, no drinks last time I was In only the one type of bread, the manager of this store is a terrible business owner and I guess subway doesn’t actually know how this store is ran, I’ve been to a lot of subways and this is definitely one I would never return to its pretty much put me off getting a subway from anywhere again

Might b ok during the day for food but at night it is most definitely just for the locals, all tables booked tho pub was empty, Sat in the corner on a tiny chair and table, barman hasn't smiled since he had hives as a baby, very unwelcoming, we left after 1 drink, didn't have food

Food was nice and served in a timely manner relaxing environment. Would recommend

It's a nice spot to hangout with a good selection of produce , gift shop and cafe. Amble car parking as well.

Nice vibe, popped in after work for a pint. The staff are good crack. Shout out to Josh for the Italian recommendation!
