genuinely top tier cooking, I can't find a fault and these guys could definitely go toe-to-toe with the biggest names out there, I recommend! garlic bread is certified, wings are fire, chicken stripes are moist and burger is wham.

22:50. No food yet. No number to call to speak to someone. Just an order line. Obviously not important. Will now have to fight for a refund.

I'm not sure who was on fries duty tonight but they were dripping in grease so much we couldn't eat them. The burger was nice as usual however you guys need to rethink the prices at all cost £20 for burger and fries. the delivery driver was lovely and items were delivered at the latest time given on just eat

The pie I ordered for my wife the chicken was pink and undercooked. When the food got here it was cold. Refund me now please

45 mins late, greasy chips with no flavour at all and stone cold, pie was cooked about 2 days ago and was rock hard and chicken selects was dry and undercooked. Waste of money don’t order from here

I didn't get my food, no driver showed up and I have to wait until tomorrow to contact them for a refund. I was getting food delivered to my work so we have CCTV to prove they didn't show up.

hate the fact delivery time always gets adjusted to a longer wait. but it was always worth waiting for and we were so disappointed with our order last night. chips looked and tasted horrible, like they've been laying in oil for hours, patty inside the burger was falling apart. what happened to lovely juicy burgers you guys had! I understand cost of everything is going up, hence you've increased your prices but the quality has dropped and it's very disappointing

Took an hour to deliver but the food is worth it.

My order was 20 minutes late and arrived cold, I called to find out what was going on with my order and and the guy just kept saying it’s on the way in a fairly rude tone and then hung up on me, not happy at all and won’t bother wasting my money on this service again

Waited 47 minutes for the nicest fresh burger I’ve ever eaten 👏🏻👏🏻 Highly recommended

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience. The burger was pink in the middle and undercooked, the chips were soggy and the dip I ordered didn’t come. I’ve tried ordering from them before (a pizza) and didn’t enjoy that either. I’ve heard great things but both times I’ve tried from here it’s been terrible.

not as good as they used to be. The fries have again been cooked in old fat, all they tasted of was grease. The burgers didn't taste the same but we're still enjoyable. The chips ruined it.

best burgers in town! 💯 but the chips were so oily, they literally tasted as if they were laying in oil for good few hours before being reheated and sent to us. a massive let down :(

Don't waste your money I rather just starve no lies it's all warmed up left overs from when the resurant was open stale cheesy garlic bread over greasy soggy chips anemic onion rings and a burger that's not even fit for a dog they was late no updates and just a general waste of 40£

The southern fried chicken burger was nice. Unfortunately the kilo of fries was super disappointing :( they were all bits of chips and crunchy ends and Ridiculously greasy/oily. They also didn’t send either of the gelatos that were paid for when added onto the burger 😞 all in all quite disappointing really :/

Food was absolutely amazing . Chips were perfect and full of flavour. None of the chicken was dry . It was nice and juicy and very edible . Will definitely order again.

Everything is good, but chicken was hard like a rubber boot and I paid £1.20 for bacon in my burger . So was slightly disappointed when I saw no bacon

I ordered the food at 00:20 and had an expected delivery of 1:35 to 1:50 the food then came just after half past 2 and the chips where soggy but the burger was good other than the burger it was a poor.

I ordered food and was given a 45-1h delivery time and once i had waited the full hour, i called the restaurant and they said it would be another 30 minutes wait. It is now 1:12 in the morning and I am having to stay up even later just for my food! Not happy.

Ordered on just eat.. If I could leave 0 stars I would. DO NOT GET DELIVERY FROM THIS PLACE. Ordered food just after midnight; said it would arrive at 10 to 1 then it updated to say 1.30. So we waited up even though were shattered and starving. Then the cheeky buggers decided to say it was delivered when it NEVER ARRIVED. We even asked them to call us when they were outside and never got any sort of call. Robbing buggers. Even if they delivered it.. did they check who they delivered it to? Like why didn’t they call us if they supposedly were outside. Absolute joke of a place, and by the looks of the other reviews this happens a lot.

Burgers are always amazing!! Usually order with them cheesy chips and a curry sauce but tonight we thought we would try the gravy as it's cheaper and big mistake it's tasteless was hoping that there would be a nice thick gravy perhaps even a southern style but not got a thin watery pot like a dissolved stock cube or a bistro, the curry sauce is amazing! But didn't order it because they only do a large size nothing smaller and always end up chucking lots! Other than this food is tasty is always delivered although delivery can be a long wait x

delivery driver could not find my address . when I have ordered many times before from thus company . gace him clear instructions to my flat . but could not understand . had to go and retrieve my order on a broken toe . lucky I did as I saw him hand my delivery to someone just to take it back to give to me . usually never complain unless needed ,as I do use just eat alot .

Ordered the "some like it hot" burger, the only thing hot about it was the temperature. Although the food was hot, the burger and fries looked like they'd been dipped in a bath before being sent out and the patty was very pink.

That's a pretty special pizza to be fair. Great quality ingredients, Dough to die for ( which I nearly did because the delivery driver nearly ran me over! lol). Was late and needed a microwave heat up but beautiful food nonetheless. Rocket is everything! haha 🚀

It's a wierd one, I ordered a pizza and I'm grateful they deliver at 4 am, that's so nice!! And I examined the pizza and I can tell they put alot of car into the pizza, they seasoned the dough on top and bottom, had plenty of sauce and toppings and the pizza is a good size. They are charging domino's prices but if you're open till 4 am and are in torquay and willing do drive to paignton to deliver, good on ya that's a huge ask especially when you'll deliver that far for one pizza. My only qualm is the dough. It's so grainy, it's like eating sand, the flavour is there, but it does kind 9f feel like eating a pizza dropped on the beach lol. My constructive criticism is keep up what youre doing with your pizza but lay off on the sandy textures in the dough. It tastes good but doesn't feel good. Im even dipping it in my stash of papa johns sauces and the sandy grit feeling still makes it just passable. Either way tho you delivered at 4 am and it was OK, so I give it a 3.

Normally I used to order from here at night. Not ever again not even for free. After ordering at 1:30am , no news until 4am . I’ve ringed several times but no one ever awnser. I’ve asked for part of the refund and cancelled my order . Called one last time just to make sure and it was closed. So I went to bed . After 4:30 they knock my door with food. Mental , literally mental. The driver was half asleep wanted to give an excuse but couldn’t even speak coherent. Next day for my surprise they refused to refund part of the meal. At 4:30 I had eaten already. So I had to complaint properly to have the full money back. Worst of all is that after speaking with some just eat drivers they all had the same opinion about the restaurant they get disgusted about it and avoid working for them. What made my decision quite clear. I’m never ordering from this place again. By the way the burger was tasteless , missing ingredients and all wet from being inside the pack for so long. Never again
