Best sundaes in Livingston by a mile and the guys running it are always really nice and welcoming!

It looked nice, I didn't get anything but 2 others I was with did. 1 of these days I will get a caramel milkshake. I have since got something but it's a good treat u definitely could not have it all the time.

Freezing cold! Which is a shame cause it looked amazing and the taste was definitely there!!! Was just freezing cold, felt like it had been sat ready for a long time. Called a few times always busy tone.

amazing hospitality and delicious food, oh sugar has been the first choice for a quick dessert after dinner for me and the whole family been consistently eating from here for like 2 years.

The Rocky Road banana and strawberry chocolate sauce thing was really nice but very sickening would have again tho haha

Got a delivery, partners and daughters cake ok but my snickers,tablet and caramel shortcake ice cream was rubbish , it had no bits in it , just plain ice cream , absolutely crap

Arrived cold and stale and was 30 minutes late

Waited nearly 2 hours for delivery. Crepe had obviously been laid out for ages before being delivered.

Unfortunately not the best tonight. Long delivery time but can deal with that if the food is good but it wasn't. Sundae badly melted by the time it arrived and bubble waffle was a soggy cold mess. £1 sweety tubs are full of awful soft jelly sweeties.

£1 sweet tub is awful. not sure the kind of sweets they were but no good old cola bottles etc vert soft jelly's sweets. Kinder Sundae was proper melted when arrived and waffle was freezing cold and very soggy. £20.00 order wasted. very disappointed

FINAL UPDATE: after responding to this review and not answering my messages despite saying on Tuesday I would get a refund, they blocked my number and messages so I could not contact them. I was only speaking to them on WhatsApp’s not the multiple platforms they are saying and they told me to place a refund request with deliveroo after I told them deliveroo won’t refund and I have to go through them. They do not handle criticism well and have been utterly horrific during this week. I spent £20 on food that had hair in it (now added the black hair - I’m blonde). All I was asking was for them to confirm how long the refund would take that they told me on Tuesday they would initiate, then responded to my review rather than simply answer my message and blocking me. Thankfully deliveroo, who all communication has been sent, refunded the money and have said they will look into this. I HAD HAIR IN MY FOOD!! Unfortunately I was not able to eat my food due to finding a hair in the food. I provided them with pictures and apologised and offered a replacement but the hair in the food put me off getting a replacement and eating the other food I ordered. It’s a shame as it looked good. REVISION: After having my messages ignored for 4 days, they answered my phone call and advised me I would get a refund however have not answered messages confirming when the refund will happen and are ignoring my messages (reading them but not answering). I originally put that the service was really good when I first reported the hair in my food, however after that they have been cold and hard to get hold with not telling me an outcome to the food in my hair. I was not happy when I did manage to get in touch but whoever answered the phone had an attitude right from answering the phone and had to put me onto someone else. I was going to give it another try as it was likely a huge fluke looking at reviews however after this experience I will not be back.

Could be happier with this place got the fondue box to share with my kids was perfect size and we all loved it delivery was so quick. Will definitely be ordering again

So placed and order this evening received a phone call to say the didn’t have the sweets that I ordered so they changed them which was fine no issue to receive my order and I also ordered a fondue platter on the description states brownies marshmallow strawberries bananas doughnut bites and sauces only to get strawberries and bananas now I would not have had an issue had this been stated on call as I would have changed it but no £6 odd for that is a joke !

Order didn’t arrive after being told by restaurant that it was on its way at 22:48 ordered it just after 9,sat till after 12 o’clock to receive no order. Order was clearly sent out in the car.

Gourmet shakes are 10/10, will definitely be back

Easily my favourite dessert place around. The staff are always amazing and friendly. I’ve worked my way through quite a few of the things they offer and I’ve never been disappointed with anything. They’re always happy to accommodate small changes to an order for me. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for a dessert now

the bueno kinder sundaes have now been unavailable for nearly 2 weeks now. im sorry but I cant understand why this is the case! 2 days I could understand but 2 weeks is ridiculous! I hope these are back on the meny soon, or I wont be ordering anymore

The Oreo subdues where nice but my caramel one wasn't, it wasn't like it used to be with caramel piece's in it and it didn't taste nice so I didn't eat it.. sad.. waaah..they must of changed it..

I have to apologize for my previous review. I was disappointed because of the 2 hr wait etc however as soon as I complained 'oh Sugar' couldn't have been more accommodating. I didn't expect the professional treatment I have received. Not only did they take full responsibility and gave explanation for my previous experience. They went over and above to mend the issues I had. I will definitely be ordering from here again. Not many companies take the time to listen to customers and do something about it. I am very happy with the service. Our complimentary caramel sundae was delicious. Thank you

Deliver was 30 minutes early. Big bonus! The ice cream was great quality and the Sunday was mage perfectly. Very good! So definitely 5⭐️

Excellent concept of desserts. I was blownaway with their quick preparations skills. It's hard to maintain the quality but hats off to them they kept the standard.

my honeycomb ice cream had no crunchy honeycomb at al was just ice cream & like a toffee sauce 801 mint was the usual quality trid phoning oh sugar 62 calls but always busy disappointed

being late wasn't the issue. it cost £4.30 for my brothers ice cream but for mine same 3 scoops of ice cream cost £8.60? charged double on just eat. Didn't check until after I paid.

Delivery took 2.5 hours to arrive. Phoned the restaurant after waiting 1.5 hours to which they stated that the order was ready however they were waiting on the driver. The order then took another hour to be delivered. Once the order was here, the bites and the crepe were freezing cold. We also did not receive the ‘make your own’ crepe that we paid for. Would not recommend Oh Sugar and will definitely not be ordering again.

Cool stuff but delivery time is a joke? My sister ordered desserts 1 hour ago all it was was ice cream and a tango iceblast I’m currently typing this at 10:38 they closed 38 minutes ago and still not received our order.

I heard about this place, so I thought I would try it out. I drove through from Edinburgh. The cookie dough and ice cream that I had were delicious. Isla and Sophie at the counter were both very friendly, helpful, and courteous. My overall experience here has been 11 out of 10.

Ordered ice cream and a waffle at 8:45. Get a confirmed time of 9:15. Then changed to 9:45 then 22:05. Then at 22:20 to realise they close at 10. Still happy enough to take the payment though. Bit of a joke.

Order from here all the time and usually get great service. Ordered a cake tonight, delivery was quick but when it got here cake was dry and hard. Had very clearly been left out all day.

Great service, deserts are fantastic. Proper cookie dough not the tiny lil things places do. My son loves it and we get it regularly from here. Customer service is fab too

Fantastic place. The sundaes are to die for, packed to the brim. As is the cookie dough. Not shy with toppings like a lot of places. Delivery on just eat said it would take an hour but it came well before that! Would highly recommend!

I ordered chocolate fudge cake x2 and an Oreo milkshake and it did not disappoint. I’ve been craving a milkshake since I’ve been stuck in isolation with Covid. I was so surprised when it arrived and we had 2 slices of cake with ice cream AND a chocolate sauce EACH; Great value for money, fresh and quick delivery service (it said the delivery could be up to an hour and it came within 20 minutes) I Wouldn’t go anywhere else, great customer service.

Ordered a delivery from oh sugars website. Delivery time said 20 minutes. Waited iver 45 minutes but still no food arrived. Called the restaurant a man answered and gave very poor customer service and said the delivery tine was 45 minutes not 20. Sent him a screenshit but received no response. Carried on waited finally received the order after over an hour. And it was cold and soggy. Not worth it at all!

Amazing place, waffle was outstanding and the milkshakes I couldn’t speak more highly of definitely one of the best I’ve had. Really is better than kaspas in Edinburgh and better than any other sweet shop in West Lothian.

Every thing there is amazing. The only thing is that everything is about 5 pounds and most costumers are children who don’t have that money, but overall it’s great and I’ll definitely go back 😊
