I visited this cafe with a friend. We both wanted toast and coffee, but mid morning, they hadn’t had a bread delivery so we were out of luck. We asked if maybe they could walk about 2 minutes to the local shop to buy a loaf, but apparently that needed permission from the absent owner. We won’t bother to go there again, especially when there are other decent cafes in the Old High Street.

Always wanted to drop in on this place, a walk in the park and a coffee. Looks OK from outside but inside was a bit grubby, it needed a update. Coffee was very nice, but served with much of it in the saucer. Though they said sorry about that I thought another saucer would have been good but I got a serviette. What is lacking in many cafes, restaurants etc. is a good manager completely on top of what’s going on. Too many places lack this key item which would improve the place and service given considerably.

Bulbourne, Tring HP23 5QE EnglandWe enjoyed a leisurely dinner with family and friends in an oak outdoor pod. Lovely to have space to relax and enjoy the food alongside conversation. Our waiter was upbeat, helpful and friendly even bringing our food with a smile in the rain! Great flavours and good choice to suit all tastes. We will be back!

Leverstock Green RoadBooked table for 4 for birthday dinner, after a recomendatio. no greeter to show us where our table was, tried to asked a waitress who was too busy to stop, bingo going on as well as loud music, not a great start, barman showed us table in the end, who was helpful throughout re allegies etc. I had the steak and venison pie which was good, the same couldn't be said of the veg, which appeared to have been left under a heat lamp too long and was rubbery, you could pick the mash up in one lump but what was really disappointing was dogs yapping and barking throughout. why are dogs allowed in restaurant. First visit, won't be returning.
