Had a pool match, not many locals in with it being a Wednesday, bar service was excellent.

Lovely pub, great staff! My son loves coming in too and it’s always a nice atmosphere

Good chippy, home made pies & specials ,friendly service and staff

Called in on the off chance of getting a meal. 4 adults starters and mains, food was delicious, portions were something else. Only disappointment non of us had room for a dessert.😋 Staff were the most efficient any of us have had lately and certainly knew the menu.

*Previous visits to The Roebuck have been outstanding, with excellent food and service.This was when the older couple had it. However, last night's experience was quite disappointing. While the food was ok the service was extremely lacking, to the point where it felt as if our presence was unwelcome. It made us question why our booking was even accepted. Additionally, there was a discrepancy between the menu prices and the amount we were charged, which left a negative impression. As a family who strongly values tipping, and would have absolutely left a minimum of £5 per person last night and there were several of us there as a family for a birthday we found the service so poor it wasn't justifiable. Such a shame. I won't return again for more of the same.
