Bueno, todo lo que puedo decir es que conocí al personal amable y servicial que era maravilloso, me reí con uno de ellos, así como disfrutar de un delicioso pastel y chocolate caliente, buen lugar.

Un poco ocupado y el servicio se desmorona. El peor blanco plano que he tenido, T £ 3. 75 a la par con un Nero plano blanco £ 3. 90 que me sirvieron y una larga espera. Mucho mejor cafés por aquí vale la pena visitar. Avoid.

Me encanta la canela social de esta marca de panadería. Su textura es agradable y suave y el sabor es delicioso. El olor es tan bueno. Va muy bien con taza de café o té.

Terrible service! The girl working there was very rude and rolled her eyes when asked for chocolate on the cappuccino. The cappuccino tasted like a late. You need to teach your staff how to make good coffee. The croissants were stale, salty and honestly not nice. Won’t be spending my money there again.

Here for lunch time snacks after coach up to London. Pleasant service and a clean eating environment.

Great pastries but staff is not always nice and they dont care much about service level. Pointed this out to their customer service team several time but no actions taken. It is a pity for such a great product. Train your staff and teach them how to be kind with customers

Very good coffee and amazing pastries. Look Minimal and nice atmosphere. I really love it. Friendly staff and good location near Victoria bus station.

Pro: - Delicious cakes - probably the best cinnamon swirl I've ever had! - Great atmosphere - Very modern interior - Spacious (ideal for pushchairs and wheelchairs etc) Con: - Quite expensive. The cinnamon swil was OK but all cakes were just under £5 for a small slice. - Drinks took a long time (we didn't have anything fancy, just coffees) and when they arrived my Cortado was lukewarm.

most of the stuff they sell here is amazing but very pricy, still worth it tho, I need to teat myself to something nice, keep up the good work.

How long should you have to wait for a £3.20 cup of coffee? I waited 14 minutes and it seemed excessive especially when there were plenty of staff, two coffee machines and only one person working incredibly slowly on the coffee machine. the person could not have shown greater indifference to the customers - not very pleasant The food is generally delicious but service is rarely better than acceptable. Next time, I'll visit one of the competitors!

Met up for a light lunch and coffee. All the sandwiches were heavy on bread. Nd lack of salads. Coffee took for ever Prices aren’t great. Style over substance. Can do better

Wonderful buns and sandwiches. Great eggs(poached only) and open danish rolls. Wish we had found this place sooner.

Great little place with fresh food and nice staff. The desserts are worth the calories. The drink case selection is odd for those of us from USA, but the food is not.

Fabulous cakes and pastries, great decor and design, loads of space and really nice atmosphere. Thoroughly worth a visit and a really welcome new place in the area - already attracting people from the offices close by, tourists and users of the Victoria’s rail and coach stations and millennials etc doing their work. Recommended.....
