Olympus Greek Restaurant in East Riding of Yorkshire

Si te gusta la comida griega puedo recomendar Olympus Greek Restaurany 61 Boothferry Road Hull este nuevo restaurante anteriormente Pepis y Ciao. Tuve una comida increíble esta noche. Elegimos el Meze que era increíble relación calidad-precio un montón de comida y excelente relación calidad-precio por £ 29. Toda la comida que salió de la cocina se veía increíble y bien presentado. Me encanta la comida griega y el Olimpo ciertamente no decepciona. Todo el personal era amable y atento. Mesas bien presentadas y ambiente romántico calmante. Sin duda una adición necesaria a la ciudad.

El servicio fue lento desde el principio, tomando pedidos de bebidas y que llegaran, pidiendo comida y que llegara y las segundas bebidas. La señora se disculpó al final por los retrasos. No hay mención a un menú infantil y aunque teníamos un niño de 9 años con nosotros no se ofreció, pero como vimos nuggets de pollo salir para otra mesa lo pedimos. Los entrantes y la red estaban todos sabrosos cuando finalmente llegaron, creo que a los precios que cobran debería haber una mejor opción que las patatas fritas congeladas cortadas arrugas pero también estaban bien cocinadas.

The restaurant is nicely decorated and set out. Is discreetly tucked into the corner of the market square. Staff were nice and efficient, place was quite busy with plenty of diners. Drinks order taken quickly which is good. The food was good however I feel other greek restaurants in Hull itself are better. My food was nice I had the pastitsio . However my wife and other couple went for the lamb chops and the greek sausage which they all said were rather salty. One little thing which I think could be improved is the background music. Authentic greek music, but rather loud. Could be a little quieter please. I am a little hard of hearing and found it hard to hear the conversation, not a moan just a suggestion. All in all not a bad place but I think there are better in Hull.

First visit to this excellent establishment and certainly not the last. From the moment of arrival, we were to experience outstanding service and what can only be described as a fabulous culinary experience with authentic Greek food. Can't wait to return.

Service was superb. As soon as you walked in you were made to feel welcome. Food was excellent and the portions were big,tasty and well presented. Lovely ambience and a good atmosphere. For a Wednesday evening it was really busy.

Fast becoming our favourite place to eat. Food is tasty and so plentiful. Large potions though. Service fantastic and owners so very welcoming. Love the sea bass and best backlava outside of Crete!

Absolutely amazing, I love geek food. Very authentic and fantastic service. Highly recommended, get booked in and go. I had the fried feta starter with special for the night and my husband had the Greek sausage starter with a Greek take on lasagne. We where so full we couldn't manage pudding. Will definitely be going back, especially as they have a loyalty card.

The restaurant is very nice. The service was excellent, warm & friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Our food was delicious. Hugh starters which were very nice followed by our mains which were perfect. Massive portions beautifully cooked. First class all round. Definitely recommend.

We have been several times to this restaurant and can highly recommend it. We have been visiting different areas of Greece for the last twenty years and have got to say this is the just like homemade Greek food you will get in any of the best Tavernas we have visited.The Seabass is exceptional and cooked to perfection.The Moussaka is delicious and served just like it is in Greece.Very generous portions and excellent value for money.If you are choosing a bottle of wine ask for the Greek ones, they are lovley.Service is excellent.All the dishes are freshly prepared in house and I can't recommend it enough.Thank you.

Went to this restaurant after some fantastic reviews locally. Wow wow wow, food was absolutely delicious, the Styfado was beautiful but BEWARE.........the food is freshly cooked, homemade, there is loads of meat, loads of flavour and just too nice. The staff member Nico who served us was brilliant and fantastic to talk to. He was always at hand when my Mythos beer levels were running low. Went for our 10year anniversary and was the perfect place. Highly recommended a visit if you haven't been and is a nice change from Indian or Italian food.
