On The Munchies in Redditch

As a family, we have been ordering from Munchies for a very long time now, On the very odd occasion, we may come across the odd food, not 100% and nobody in reality can guarantee this ever.. But overall, we continue to use them as we find their food, especially the pizza's on point and very tasty . Never has it arrived cold, and delivery has always been swift. Thankyou Munchies your customer service over the phone is on point, too. Will continue to use.

I was sitting in the dark eating my takeaway while watching videos on my phone. Soo wasent paying mega attention to what I was eating. I taken all the chicken off the bone, and then ate it. And also gave some tomy dog. I dident relise untill takeing the leftovers into the kitchen, that the chicken was totally raw and had bleeding residue on the box. As in thes photos. I just felt soo sick and don't recommend anyone goes here. Unless you want salmonella!!! 🤮 Am just hopeing me and my dog don't get ill. I did phone them about this, they were apologetic on the phone, and offered me free food in the week. But that was a bribe aslong as I dident report them to Uber eats! Soo I assume the raw food is a common occurrence. 😭

A firm favourite.. they are reliable.. they seem to always be there when you need that something.. exactly in the name.. when you have the munchies..

Ordered the mix grill which is the latest addition on their menu, it was perfectly cooked and tasted delicious!

Food took slightly longer than they said but they did take my order and deliver after they were closed. Food was nice

I had double cheese burger and chips last night with my mates they had kebab! My chips was soggy and undercooked didn’t eat them. Ate the burger was nice till I woke up in the morning being sick and everything else! I didn’t eat anything all day and night just this burger and now I’m ill! Definitely avoiding this place now! As not first time!

I only ordered two pizzas and a dip and they forgot the dip. Food was very salty with not many toppings on.

not worth it, overpriced, small portions

Chips could have been a bit fresher but that’s my preference. While consuming some of the meat I had the pleasure of eating a small pointy bone. I wasn’t impressed

We were a little disappointed in the amount of different meats for the mixed naan kebab, we counted - aside from the donner meat and chicken donner there was only 2 pieces of chicken tikka and three very small pieces of lamb tikka. Whilst we understand that these are more expensive meats, it didn’t match the same quality and standard that we’ve received when we’ve ordered this item in the past.

It needs to be smartened up on the inside and outside to make it more appealing for passers-by. Food could improve, and staff are polite.

Almost an hour of waiting for driver that didn't read delivery instructions and didn't hold a pizza correctly, and the pizza is almost tasteless... Never again

ring the door bell as we live in a maisonette (2 floor apartment) and nocking the door downstairs nobody upstairs can here u.

I ordered 2 large muncheis special pizza's than in notes i said on 1 pizza : half pizza with just chicken tikka topping but other half leave as it is (muncheis special topping) add pineapple but i got 1 pizza half chicken & other half just pineapple topping when i wanted mucheis special topping +pineapple

Food was incredible and very tasty. We ordered 3 kebabs with all salad and chips but when we collected and came home only 1 kebab had salad and sauce! We had to come back and collect our salad and sauce. They handled it perfectly and we will definitely be coming back!

The go-to place in Redditch for pizza. The Donner box is a treat and always fresh.

Been here twice won't go again disgusting food chips taste like cardboard dry and horrible chicken was horrible I felt sick ! The man stares at you like he's never seenna human before horrible place drunks walking through the door begging for a peice of kebab and the employees omg no comment !!! Stay awayb

So impressed tonight. Rang 'On the Munchies' directly originally and was sent a link which didn't work. Ended up ordering via just eat. Shortly after order delivered, got knock on door with second delivery, explained i'd already received order! Within 5 mins had another knock on door, lovely gentlemen told me to keep second delivery free. Thank you so much 'On the Munchies', fantastic customer services. 5 stars from me x

Food was good, but there was some kind of an issue with Just eat. i've put 2 different pizzas in the order but the order changed to 1 pizza and i received 2 of the same pizzas.

Ordered on the 3rd of jan 2 mix meat kebabs £17.80 left message on notes to ring when they was hear…..as I struggle to hear I don’t hear knocking if anyone comes they know to ring..after an hour of waiting I rang back to ask where my order the man spoke to me told me if was delivered!I stated would not be calling if it had come he rang driver got a called to be told

Made on order on of 3rd of January to special kebabs after an hour rang to see how much longer to be told food come stated I would not be calling if I had it was told driver would be called had a call back saying driver knocked AND LEFT IT OUTSIDE MY DOOR AND STONE COLD !!!!!……told them I struggle to hear properly cannot hear door et I LEFT DELIVERY NOTE TO SAY RING WHEN HEAR lad I spoke to did not give a monkies shade a complaint to just eat take away called made out they had just missed a call did I want to order (funny that as I was walking home and phone was in my pocket!)said I thought you was ringing about my complaint asked what happened explained everything only to be offered discount then half price after saying I will be leaving a review and contacting just eat again to get money back suddenly told could have a replacement order THAT CAME STILL NOT 2 SPECIAL KEBABS SENT 2 CHICKEN MEAT ON CHIPS SENT INSTEAD THEREFORE STILL DID NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR ….. FIRST TIME I ORDRED WILL NEVER MAKE THAT MISTAKE AGAIN WHAT IS HARD TO FOLLOW AN ORDER I WOULD RATHER I ORDER FROM RELIABLE TAKE OUTS WHERE YOU WILL RECEIVE WHAT YOU PAY FOR

Food delivered ridiculously earlier than the delivery time told. Driver was on phone just pure rude at the door. Food where to begin, large kebabs if they are large then something is seriously wrong. Portion size is abysmally small and large chips? Was the same size as the chips in a meal deal!

A victim of thier own success it seems, think twice before ordering on a weekend as they are very busy. It took 2 hours from placing my order to delivery and the food was warm rather than hot. Also, for the 3rd or 4th time now they forgot to include the drink, once or twice I can understand, but it's become a pattern now.

The kebabs were lukewarm. It was a cold night but everything else was hot, just not the kebabs. The fried chicken was lovely as usual.

There was a mistake on the order and they wouldn't change it. No bottle of Pepsi with the deal either.

The worst possible kebab on a Saturday known to man. It has such great ratings but the naan, undercooked and soggy. The meat - pale and not tasty in the slightest

I was really pleased with the service I received today , despite missing a couple of my items from my order, this was rectified promptly, and self - suffientcy. Thank you so much. Will definitely order from them again. The prices were very reasonable as well as the portion sizes.

pizzas was a joke all 5 toppings combined was not worth more than 1 quid, taste like margaritta with some flavor dont recommend it

I’m not happy with my order it came but I order the same thing every 2weeks and some times more but with this order there there was hardly any meat it was like I got a small not a medium mix kebab box and as for the chicken where was it it was like u gave me scraps never one to complain but when you have the same item every week I’m not happy with what I received at all any other time it’s been 10/10 This order was not even a 4/10 not worth £15.99

i have already submitted a complaint, which i am hoping to hear back from you. The food had obviously been placed on its side and/or smashed around on route to us. All the food was broken and squashed and in terrible condition.

Had a medium kebab box between 2ad, 2ch it was delicious!! Lots of salad and fresh crispy chips. Best we’ve had from here so far!!

Order accepted, but ten minutes later I was called to say items unavailable. Chose an alternative that I wasn't happy with, and called back to change again. Fries were all cold and rock hard, most of the food was Luke warm to cold. Not a great experience after so many repeat orders. Won't be using again.
