Amazing food and the staff are very professional and friendly

First time here since the change and we were very impressed. Food of great quality. The staff were very professional, but friendly and welcoming. Great coffee too and the food came in good time, although while the interior is bright and spacious rather than cosy, the relaxed atmosphere makes you feel you could hang out with friends. Music was also good too and the toilets very clean. This cafe better than Benedict’s up the road in my opinion. Some small suggestions. Salt and pepper on the table. Larger cappuccino cups for a creamier coffee. Remember that good customers want to tip well, but resent cafes adding 12.5% in a demanding way. Please scrap that.

It's great to have this local restaurant, though it's a bit pricey for my budget. Very friendly staff.

We were regulars at Cento Uno's predecessor, 114 - but the new version is arguably even better. Delicious, wholesome food (try the arancini), lovely staff, great atmosphere and the best cocktails in SW London. Plus they now allow dogs in too!

Myself and my partner went here last month and very much enjoyed it, the manager on the floor was great accompanied with great food at very reasonable prices we had a fantastic night.

Three tables occupied at lunchtime, including ours, which says it all. Food average, service slow, prices high. Caution: Many reviews here relate to the previous restaurant on the same site, which was good.

We went here after saying yes to the dress in Teddington it was the best meal, Emmett our waiter was so friendly and big shout out to Momma in the kitchen the food was Devine! Will be back asap! Her daughter was so lovely too x

We came on Saturday for dinner and omg the food was amazing the prawn pasta which i was told by the super friendly supervisor eddy was cooked by mumma chef was one of the best dishes i have had will definitely be back and recommend to friends.

If you are looking for authentic Italian food cooked with love and care then Cento Uno is the place for you. The food was delicious and the pasta was perfectly al dente. The staff were friendly and helpful, reccomending dishes. The restaurant itself is charmingly decorated and the food is excellent value for money. I will definitely be coming back!

Had the eggs royale, it was delicious. Eggs were perfectly poached and the salmon was cured beautifully. The coffee was fantastic too, would definitely recommend!

Arguably the best pizza in the whole of London - The pepperoni pizza and chilli honey pair is to die for.

On the face of it a little expensive but the quality of EVERYTHING we had was superb and the staff were attentive and friendly Will be going back again and again!

This place is just 10/10, this is the first time visiting this restaurant and the experience I had was just perfect, my waiter was a young man called eddy who is just a people’s people, he covered all my needs and recommended cocktails and food to us, I had the sea bream and my wife had the pizza with a recommended dip of honey chilli, and to finish the night off we had a tiramisu which was the best I have ever had at any top restaurants, thankyou for making the experience so pleasant and I hope you elevate within the industry. 💪🏽

Wonderful meal for my 13 year olds birthday! Beautiful fresh pasta, gorgeous pizzas. Lovely atmosphere. We miss 114 but this is a great use of the space and still beautiful food. Best Italian in Teddington!

Food was so bad. Had arancini, truffle fries, sausage + burrata pasta, crab linguine. But service/vibes/atmosphere was nice, would recommend only go for drinks.

Lovely spot on Teddington high street. We were very pleased to see that there were both brunch and lunch options on the menu. We went for the purgatory eggs which were my personal favourite! It was very busy and the manager seemed quite stretched but despite this she made us feel more than looked after and the service in general was outstanding. Highly recommend!

Recently re-opened as Cento Uno. Delicious food, varied menu, with something for everyone

Me and my friend had a very good experience in the restaurant. We felt very looked after, the cocktails were coming fast and they were great. The food recommendations by the staff were excellent and we ate more than we should have. We stayed longer than our table reservation and we were offered to hang around the bar area after. The place was busy and had a good atmosphere.

Better than a doughnut!!! The bergamot Margarita is now my favourite drink!!!! It is like heaven in a glass. The pasta was divine and steak a perfect medium rare. My new favourite local. Go, you will not be disappointed.

Decided to try as a treat - so disappointed. Staff pleasant but forgetful - long waits for everything, forgot one meal, Overpriced all the way Al dente pasta which was inedible. Dry Pasta with very little sauce/topping Sides not value for money. Wine expensive Didn’t bother with dessert. Positive- Very accommodating on dietary options

Went to the newly opened Teddington branch with 6 friends on Wednesday evening. The food was really excellent, the waiter was attentive and amusing. Wish I’d got his name for a shout out. My eccentric food requests (I have an annoying diet) were catered to without fuss. We split the bill equally. I had a starter and main and carbonated water, others had desert and it was £40 with tip each. Very reasonable considering the standard of the food. Will definitely be back.

Had a fabulous meal with 5 friends and absolutely loved everything about Cento Uno. From the tasteful decor, attentive staff and delicious food. There’s literally something for everyone on the menu and I thought it was very reasonably priced considering the quality of ingredients despite other people’s comments on here

Visited Cento Uno this week and had an amazing dinner with friends. Staff were very very good and really could not fault our waiter who was a delight. I chose Sea Bream and can highly recommend. We will definitely book again .. well done Cento Uno

I was just about to write review but I feel I should put as much effort into this as you guys put into our service. Meals served a different times so my daughter had finished hers before I even received mine. Two people eating 1 course and a kids menu. £30, but that was with 50% wow, and all with no service. didn't even offer a desert to me but did to my child. The offer was for feed back but we weren't even asked for it. Not surprised considering the service level. I think its outrageous how you have hijacked the reviews from the previous business none of which relate to your business. What a shame,If I'm honest The food was good but the inability to actually prepare a meal was amateur, it wasn't even busy yet. I have obviously already put far more effort into this review, perhaps I have a sense of standards.

Worst pizza in Teddington, massively overpriced, don’t waste your time or money!

Top class! Opened this weekend and the place is looking great. All elements are just perfect, the menu is great and the food I had was absolutely delicious. Really authentic, I could have been in a south Italian trattoria. The service was outstanding, all staff attentive, and perfect to create the vibe the place needs. The same company ran the restaurant that was there before, it’s great to see that within the change they haven’t lost the attention to detail, vibrant decor or investment in great staff. Bravissimo!

Attended the soft opening with food 50% off, was really nice with decent portions, nice attentive genuine staff and good quality food. Carbonara pasta, garlic bread and steak were standouts but generally was happy with all the food we ordered. The icecream price by the scoop was a nice touch as were the complimentary still and sparkling waters. Will be back as the full price items were decent priced good quality and as we tried a lot of items will just order less next time. Nice buzzy atmosphere also.

With the rebrand to Cento Uno, we thought we had to check the place out. If they are going for a more traditional Italian they may have missed the mark. The food is good but drastically overpriced, the restaurant itself is incredibly dark and loud which doesn't seem like it fits the direction of the rebranding. The staff however were great, very helpful and friendly.

We had an amazing experience at One One Four. The signature dishes were outstanding, and we received delightful compliments between courses. The complimentary dessert was especially memorable – the chocolate was so delicate it melted in the mouth. And the duck steak? Absolutely incredible! Highly recommended!

Went for date night cocktails and was wowed. The atmosphere is calm warm and inviting. The staff were really lovely and the decor is brill. We were looking for cocktail bars in that area and this one stuck out. The cocktails are a must. Really delicious and very refreshing. Didn’t eat, however, the menu looks great, apparently they try to source locally and their veg is seasonal. Planning to go back and eat as well.

It’s hard to not giving 5 stars to One One Four. Must-try is the Galician grilled octopus. Never ever had grilled but soft octopus before.

It is very rare I write a TripAdvisor review, but on this occasion, I simply had to make an exception. I am a creature of comfort, often choosing to go with my usual spots rather than venture out for something new, well this time I braved it and I have to say I couldn't have been more pleased It was a Saturday evening with my friend and we decided to try this restaurant after hearing good things from my neighbours. On receiving the menu I knew it had been the right choice, immediately choosing the pollock and it was one of the best I have ever had. After we fancied having an alcoholic dessert, we asked our friendly waitress what to choose and she recommended a strawberry cocktail, and it was so delicious we had a second after that. The waitress was named Tilda and she made us feel so special throughout the night, thank you Tilda! All in all a delightful night, compliments to the chefs, and whilst I plan on venturing to new places again, I feel I'll probably end up back here a few times before the end of the year!!!

All I can say is wow! I am so happy that I have discovered this restaurant as it provides the perfect ambiance with chic decor and delicious food. The quality and presentation of the food is unreal and the chefs are clearly highly talented. I am also extremely impressed by the level of service provided by the waiters and the bubbly young manager working there. She is not only highly knowledgeable, but she goes above and beyond to please customers and ensure your experience is completely worthwhile. I am so impressed and the quality of service has definitely not gone unnoticed and requires real recognition. I will be back soon!

Delicious Sunday lunch, highly recommend

I booked One One Four for a birthday lunch with the girls. Our waitress, Zoje, could not have been more accommodating. She was friendly, personable, and knowledgable about the menu. Our food was delicious, hot, and served promptly. My friend is celiac, so she received a special menu and comforting assurances about her food being gluten free. Our table chose the 3 course option which was great value for money. The decor was boujee and the toilets were clean. I couldn’t recommend One One Four enough and I can’t wait to come back.

The service was very warm and friendly and all the little add- ons were excellent. My terrine starter was average, the main course a vegetarian course was very poor. The vegetables were so tough I couldn't get a knife in. the pudding was average. Would I return. Probably not.

We went for a meal based on the reviews staff were very welcoming the drinks are very expensive,the amouse bouch and starter’s were great the meal meal average with carrots there went beyond al dente and were raw the desserts promised more than the delivered it looked very pretty but lacked flavour the petit fours were great ,as was the pre dessert very refreshing. We wouldn’t hurry back

The best service I have had in a UK Restaurant for thirty years. Lively atmosphere but not raucous, first class suburban fine dining and outstanding value particularly with all the complimentary amuse bouches and welcome cocktail. Just perfect.

We had the set menu, oysters and wine and it was amazing quality overall. The service was also great and very attentive, I’d also highlight the various little mini courses which are complimentary such as a little drink, bread, dessert etc in between your orders. Definitely would recommend, just sad the restaurant in surbiton closed!

A very stylish and modern European restaurant, the service and food was excellent, we couldn’t fault a single thing, the menu was a bit limited but what we had was excellent. We’re fairly local so will definitely return. Thanks to the staff and chef who made our lunch memorable.

Not impressed with the food. Some of us had lamb roast. The potatoes tasted old and were not particularly roasted, the lamb was virtually raw (we weren't asked how we wanted it cooked) and was 50% fat, hard to cut - we'd have fared better with steak knives. The broccoli was raw. Small portions. I can honestly say it was one of the worst roast dinners I've had and would have been happier with the roast my local cafe does at a fraction of the price. My brother ordered a black coffee and pronounced it to be awful. However the staff could not be faulted, they were exemplary and the decor and ambiance is lovely.

Even better than No 97 was. The food was exquisite, the service was first class and the atmosphere was excellent. Absolutely no negative feedback. I would strongly recommend a visit, book to avoid disappointment.

What a wonderful night out! Took my family for dinner as we’d previously been fans of no97 (Surbiton) and 114 delivered on all counts. Lovely food, amazing attention to detail on all courses. Great communication with the owners who replied to my queries within the hour and made sure that our requests were taken care of. A great example of a local run restaurant who serve up delicious food in a lovely warm atmosphere with staff who are always on the right side of being attentive without overbearing. We are very lucky to have such an establishment so close to us so a big thank you to everyone we interacted with us both before and during our special night out - a night out to remember- thank you all very much - Paul

It was a family celebration dinner, beginning at the bar with cocktails. All were delicious and it was great fun watching the bar staff shaking their stuff. Having been seated at a window table for six, we shared a dozen very fresh and sea soaked oysters. Thence began the meal, with all the little extras that make 114 so special. Skill and care went into those canapés and pre deserts, the welcome cocktail before and the petit fours after. And they were all delicious. The meal itself was fresh, expertly cooked, inventive and beautifully presented. The service was friendly, welcoming and efficient, even when one of us hated beetroot, one wanted more bread and butter and, one demanded to know how the duck was cooked. (The answer to that was 52 degrees - very impressive.) The atmosphere was lively and ambient, everyone having fun, as did we. And we’re all still talking about it - the fun - and the food. I’m just trying to think of another excuse to go again soon!

Everything about this experience was top tier. I have never been to Teddington but I will absolutely be back to visit One One Four. Each course was nothing like I’ve ever had before and I loved every minute of it. The staff was incredibly accommodating to dietary restrictions with their rotating menu of farm to table masterpieces. Cannot recommend this place enough. The trip from London is worth every second.

Terrible experience from start to finish. We sat down at the table and waited 30 for the food to come, then we are told they forgot to register our food order.... So only after 40-50 minutes we got the first dish from the Valentine's day set menu. Apart from 2 dishes all of them were pre made, hence we didn't understand why it took them 20 minutes to serve the next dish between each course. Out of the two "freshly" cooked dishes, the lobster was massively overcooked, rock solid. The steak was better. The bar staff is also questionable... They regularly just ignore people, start chatting between each of thembfor like 15 minutes, so it's impossible to order drinks, and we even sat at the bar!!! Not coming back... Stay away from this place

i sent my daughter here for a birthday lunch this place was good the service she received was very nice, it was the female server. on the other hand the food was very nicely cooked and was nice however some of the combinations were a bit unique and were fit to a certain type of taste, not for everyone. the portions were very small she had a three course but still left hungry. the atmosphere was very nice when she was sat it was not around any other people which she appreciated however another party came in and was sat right next to her, this would normally not be an issue but the place was empty, there were around two parties on the side that we were on including hers. so she was a bit confused on why they were sat right next to her less than two feet apart. this party was also very loud and ruined her experience and they were very talkative and were a group of over 3. not sure why they were placed next to her but it was not a very nice experience. towards the end of the meal she had sat there for over 25 minutes waiting, as it was a birthday they were waiting for something related to that. they had not updated her as she were waiting to leave as her uber has arrived. we had to wait for the manager to approve something.

Very nice meal with excellent service but one wrinkle. Why should I pay extra for a cheeseboard when I didn't have a dessert? Surely the restaurant saves money by me not having a dessert? This is heightened by the bill which shows a "Dinner Dessert" at £7.00 (which I didn't have) and Cheese Board at £8.00. I know that this isn't the only restaurant that charges extra for the benefit of a cheeseboard but when you see the items laid out on the bill like that it left me feeling cheated.

Beautiful restaurant , great music .Staff very friendly and professional looking after customers however food was terrible. Worst food ever . Pastry made of goat cheese with tasteless beetroot was disgusting. Main was chewy duck with Mashrooms . Would not recommend definitely. Restaurant is lacking of water filter as tea tasted like paddle . I must mention again staff was very professional. I was very well looked after by them probably the best customer service in London I ever experienced.Food big let let down .Will not be visiting this place again .Definitely overpriced.

114 is the best neighbourhood restaurant Richmond borough. the food is carefully thought through with a seasonal rotating approach, keeping 114 exciting each time. They quite easily catered for my VG/GF partner, ensuring that she could still have the amuse bouche & desert, this was without prior warning and really impressive. Service & ambience is great.

Some very imaginitive dishes, well prepapred with agood wine list. What is not to like? The service wa svery good and all the food was fresh.
