One Stop Caribbean Eat In And Take Away in City of London, Westminster

There were good portions of food. The food was very well packaged and well presented. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Everything was well seasoned. We have previously had food from One Stop and have always enjoyed our meals. I would happily order food again and fully recommend One Stop.

Tasty as always. Saltfish and callaloo dumplings. Oxtail with rice and peas. Brown stew fish. 😋😋😋😋😋

Still not received hour after waiting time

2hr 30min wait for food arrival, met One Stop's delivery man outside, before heading out, myself.. food arrived too cold to eat anyway (not drivers fault). I managed to order an Indian takeaway, and eat it, in that same time! Same old, same old. I can no longer count on One Stop. Just pay for more delivery/Just Eat drivers, it's obvious your drivers may be making more than "one stop". You have Local Legend status.. come on, now.

Spoilt Daughter's birthday as was then too late for birthday cake and kids had to eat before food arrived.

Once again, everyone in my family was very pleased with the food and drinks and this version of Soursop was better than the last. Many thanks.

My food was cold and i was missing items

3 hours for delivery and the ladies customer service was terrible

The taste of food amazing like always, however was waiting for the delivery 2 and half hours since the order was placed and it came cold

The wait WAS worth it. Everyone in my household liked the food. It was tasty and delicious. My mum fell asleep with delight after eating and drinking, many thanks.

Ordered Bone less brown stew fish home delivery. I was extremely disappointed to see that the fish used was Tilapia. I called the restaurant immediately, who confirmed it was Tilapia, one of the unhealthiest fish to eat, very high in cholesterol it is also a farmed fish usually sourced in Asia and well known as a manufactured fish from Chinese fish farms, bred in horrific conditions. I suggest One Stop state which fish you are serving customers on the menu . My meal is now in the bin.

Always late I called customer service all I hear is nothing apart from just wait it should arrive soon half hour later noting has arrived poor service for a company who's raining for so long please upgrade everything especially the rice

The food from one stop Caribbean is always FANTASTIC! I would order from them all the time, but unfortunately they are just too expensive. I can only order on special occasion. Still yummy though!!

the mutton soup was smaller than usual. one piece of mutton, one dumpling. very disappointed 😞

The Vanilla Cheesecake with Lotus Biscoff, which should of been included with this order, didn't arrive but I'm glad to say everything else did. The food tasted nice but the drinks, with exception to the Tropics, were bland.

the food I ordered a chicken roti I thought the chicken was not fresh there was a strange smell which made the food edible...I have ordered from this company many times and enjoyed the food but not this time. I'm not sure if I would order again

The food was so bad curry wasn't curry chicken mac&cheese was hard as rock. It taste like hospital food and it was all in one container for £10 plus they forgot to send some of the order. NEVER AGAIN

Food came late but that wasn’t too much of a problem, but the food was so good everything from the mac and cheese to the carrot was so good and great portions really feels like you getting your moneys worth worth ordering again and again

By the time the food had arrived I had already prepared my own dinner. After the first hour of waiting I tried to cancel my order but the call restaurant button wasn’t working. I tried to contact just eat customer services but as you all know it’s like reading a dungeons and dragons book. I had given up after the second hour but then I received a call from the delivery driver to say he couldnt find my property. Overall I’m extremely disappointed and have all this unwanted food.

The chicken had too much pepper. The ackee and saltfish was too salty. I got these for my parents as they were hungry. C0onsdering the cost for this food, I know they deserved better.

Delicious hot food that was delivered promptly

Over 2 hours still waiting for the food ordered at 5.30pm, it’s now 7.30pm. This is so stressfull

The brown stew chicken I received was spoiled. I payed almost £15 for my meal and I am being refused a refund

food still hasn't arrived. apparently it was delivered at 10.45. spoke to restaurant and they keep saying on its way

The food was Luke warm . 1 piece of chicken leg. Not sure what the other piece was, but it was mainly bone which I was not impressed with. For what they are charging the food could of been better. Don't think I'll be ordering from here again.

This shops are just weirdos, I waited for long time and then they said delivered it which they didn’t.. if you ain’t going to do just cancel it and save people time now I have to wait for a refund

I loved it! The food arrived before the time I was given and the driver was very friendly so the delivery service was excellent and then to top that off the food was absolutely exquisite as it was full of the wonderful flavours of Jamaica.

Food was extremely late (around 1 hr 30 mins) and I used to love ordering from here but the quality has changed so much. The curry chicken had NO flavour, the chicken was dry and overcooked, there was no sauce in the curry at all so was even more dry, no potatoes or carrots like they used to put in

First time in 100's of deliveries + collections had an error with our order (got curry instead of BBQ chicken). Still good taste as usual, but we weren't planning on having rice/roti.

Placed an order on just eat which was an hour and half late. When I called to find out where my order was I was told they didn’t have a driver in the area and my order was cancelled. They marked my order as delivered even though it wasn’t!! I will avoid this restaurant in future, and I’ve contacted just eat for a full refund.

The delivery time kept getting later and the oxtail was absolutely awful. I’ve had it before but this was definitely cooked in isolation, wouldn’t order again. Had to throw it in the bin

Top quality food and would highly recommend these guys don’t disappoint. Good value for money. Delayed delivery but the guy was apologetic and explained the reason so l I was understanding, delays happen so it’s not normal. Excellent customer service non the less 👌

They are an amazing restaurant, the food is always great. And most importantly, the ingredients are always fresh, you can taste it in the food.

The taste to the mutton is not as tasty at all needs cooking more. I have ordered this a few times from here and this time around is not the best taste.

Food lacked flavour completely , just pack up with spice and that is NOT how Jamaican food should be.

We got pea soup and chicken soup both had amazing flavours however the amount of bones everytime you try to dip the spoon in was off putting! More bones than actually soup... for this price i would expect a bit better quality

I was at my mother's house and ordered food for the family at 7pm. 9pm passed and the order was still not received. family members left as there were small children by the time the order was reviewed at 9.35pm. I would appreciate if a refund is issued as this is not an acceptable delivery time.

My order was 1 hour and 45 minutes late totally unacceptable.

2nd Time In a Row Plantain wasn't freshly cooked, the pieces were stuck together and soggy.

Fantastic oxtail and mutton curry traditionally cooked. Rice and beans so good. Cabbage small but good. Will definitely order again.

The food was delicious and I had a variety of dishes. I was a little disappointed with the size of the patty but the saltfish fritters more than made up for it. The lateness was due to the distance away from the shop that I live nothing more. The delivery driver was polite and delivered with courtesy. There was enough food that I could break it down into two meals

It took more than 1 hour to deliver 2 dishes and a side. The curry goat portion is mostly bones so even if the portion is big, you are paying for bones essentially. The taste is good but it takes ages to deliver and overall its zero value for money!

the oxtail amazing as usual when I order but the boneless chicken stew was dry and I can see it was rushed when cooking but other than that it's sound and will always be a regular costumer with one stop. next time will just order the Normal brown stew chicken it's better than the boneless
