Onyx Cocktail Bar & Lounge in Crawley

So so slow service & not very clean,cobwebs & very dirty windows as well,The staff just don’t seem to care

This used to be such a good store, but it is awful now. Some of the staff are extremely rude and treat customers with disdain, especially the thin lady and the bigger lady. Also, check the charging- 3 times I have had to correct the charge because I was overcharged every time. Can't be coincidental...

Very disappointing experience the americano I ordered was like dishwater, was served another drink without any apology. Left without drinking any coffee. Costa really need to train their staff properly.

I don’t know why there are so many negative comments on this bar? Although I never ate the 3 lads on the bar were very friendly, there is 3 largers on tap along with a cider. Very good prices for an airport hotel bar.

Spent a lovely, family New Year here. The staff really went out of their way to make sure everyone was served beautifully and the fireworks really were the icing on the cake - great night, great pub! Will be going again
