the food is great, love coming here

King prawn chow ming probably worst one I had. Way too spicy, prawns mashed up and soggy, noodles overcooked.

Very disappointed, as someone who's been ordering from here regularly; my most recent order was awful. The food arrived cold, there was bout 5 pieces of chicken in the box stuffed with noodles; where's the rest of the pieces gone? One of the boxes with caramel chicken and Manchurian chicken had this horrible coconut taste to it. The food was inedible, my money has gone to waste. There should be description of the topping clearly stating coconut flavour/taste becuase I would not haven chosen it then! I tried calling the store as soon as I received the food to complain but no one was answering, even after I tried a few times. I am not happy not at all and could not eat this food I paid for

I called them about my missing order and they never answered the phone. They said I was first in line. I waited 10 minutes it cut me off I called again after 10 minutes they cut me off again. I am never ordering from them again. It was 6 pm they close at 11 pm

Lovely oodles store in Coventry. Glad to see these guys expanding. Ordered the large box which consisted of spicy chips, veg noodles, prawns, Manchurian chicken and chilli chicken. Lovely combination all put together. Food was lovely and had the right amount of spices. Store itself is small in size and height is very restricted so, do be very careful. Best part is the prices are all the same at every store which is amazing. There is free parking after 6pm otherwise you can pay and park nearby.

Overall the food is good however I felt the amount of chicken was less in quantity. And, it would be really great if the box had different sections.

Great restaurant, Tasty food that’s always hot and yummy. My go to for a fast filling meal every time.

Delicious Halal food 😋and a wide variety of vegetarian meals. We got a Meal Deal 4 Two which was amazing. Also a regular box is enough for 2 people. Sas (one of the members of staff) was extremely kind, friendly and helpful. Overall this is one of the best food places in this area.

I ordered the caramel chicken and kung pou combo. It was extremely dry and 6 pcs of chicken in total, it was shocking. My favorite food place in town, but this time it let me down. Having said this , I will still come back again as I love their food usually and I am hoping it was just a 1 off.

unprofessional and Rude staff. Kitchen staff were seen taking food back out of food boxes and putting it into the serving dish’s. My order was in A queue and I waited over 20 minutes, after watching the kitchen staff not being hygienic I decided to ask for refund this was declined.

I just want to say a heartfelt thank you to the staff at this location, I had an issue with the delivery which ended up making the food cold. After speaking to the wonderful staff they were soo kind and helpful and happily replaced the food. By far great customer service ! A big thankyou to the sweet lady who answered my call and the extremely kind manager Akbar who went out of his way to prepare the food and deliver it. Definitely recommend this place, hats off to the lovely staff!! Will be back sooon x Thank you once again!

The food is bland for an Indo-Chiinese fusion bar. The staff treat you like a cabie with no acknowledgement of your visit and patron. The one star is only so I could post a review

The vegetable noodles are a must try! Their noodles are the best.

The packaging was leaking, and the food was too sweet (despite picking all the spicy options). For base, I chose chips and noodles but there was next to no noodles. Last time, the same order tasted really good. So it was a disappointment and their standards seem to have declined.

It's a little cosy place . The food was lovely but portions are very small for the price . Overall, it was a good experience for a quick bite.

Visited Ooodles for a takeaway. First impressions were very favourable because of how clean and tidy it was. I was served by a very pleasant helpful young lady named Shazia. She was very professional and helpful and made my choices very easy. The food and service were first class. Will be returning.
