Me pareció bastante caro

My wife and I were very pleased to stumble across this busy cafe on our visit to theatre land. It was very clean, both inside and out, the staff were friendly and efficient. There was an amazing array of sandwiches, rolls and patisseries to be had, we both had a baguette with a superb filling and they were exceptionally tasty! The coffee was very good too. We both used the facilities here, and it was very clean and tidy.

Orēe Covent Garden: After making my order I urgently needed to use the restroom due to a medical condition. However, I was dismayed to find that the ground floor toilet was out of service. Despite explaining my medical condition to your staff, I was not offered an alternative option (From memory I believe there were other WC facilities available but I suspect since these were just cleaned, I was denied use of them), I was forced to seek assistance from a neighbouring ice cream shop to use their facilities. I have written to their central offices several times and have received zero response or acknowledgment of the complaint, I am considering taking this matter further since this only shows how uninterested Orēe are on the welfare of their customers.

Needed a cuppa and snack before going into the theatre, but wanted to support local shops, not the chains and found this absolute gem! Fab coffee, amazing cookies and my husband had a baguette, which he loved. Will definitely return! Thank you! 😊

Starting my day at Oree is always a pleasure. Situated in the bustling London neighborhood of Covent Garden, this cafe is a chic and picturesque spot to grab some morning sustenance. Enter and immediately notice the display case of beautifully crafted croissants, sandwiches and muffins. It’s difficult to choose a favorite beverage here. I always enjoy the Earl Grey tea, of which this cafe serves an entire pot to anyone who orders it. The hot chocolate, meanwhile, is rich and creamy. Further, when in need of a caffeine boost, I find the flat white to be perfect—some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. The pastries here are fresh, creative and intriguing. The hazelnut croissant comes adorned with a spiraling stripe of chocolatey topping. It’s filled with Nutella, and is every bit as delicious as it sounds. I also recommend the croix monsieur. It is cheesy, buttery and surprisingly light. In all, it’s impossible to go wrong with this eclectic morning menu. I look forward to returning to Oree for more wonderful pastries and tea in the future.

The croque monsieur we had was adequate, no more than that, although some of the cakes did look delicious. Good service, together with a good attitude , is a concept clearly beyond the understanding of the staff. It’s a medium priced cafe, definitely not cheap, but my bottle of water was served in a plastic cup, rather than a glass. The staff were on their phones much of the time we were there. Nothing was brought to our table although they were just chatting idly with seemingly very little else to do. Honestly, I’ve never come across such bored looking staff anywhere. I can’t recommend it - there are plenty of good cafes/ brunch venues elsewhere, with good food and atmosphere and pleasant staff.

Visited on a Sunday. Not busy. Ordering process slick. 3 coffees 2 cakes. Regular coffees were v small. There was only 1 WC so had to queue. Could live with that but it was really unpleasant. Not sure it had ever been thoroughly cleaned. Nowhere to hang bag or coat and the floor was wet. Dining tables not cleaned, had to clean out before sorting. If I’d noticed these issues beforehand, I’d never had visited. What a shame.

We bought a fruit pie and although the fruit was nice, the pastry was like a rubber sole and nobody ventured to take another piece . Shocking for a bakery. For a fifth of the price , I would have gotten a lovely pie from marks and Spencer .

I am local to Parsons Green and work for a local business and visit the Parsons Green branch of Oree often - quite simply because it is convenient. Finally driven to review this branch as utterly fed up with the attitude of the staff. They are beyond rude, grumpy and could not be less interested in service with a smile. As a regular - they do not acknowledge me , they look utterly fed up and miserable all the time. Clearly the staff don’t really want to be there. Clearly they don’t see why they have to smile or say hello. Megan’s ended up closing in Parsons Green. At a time when local businesses are fighting to stay on the high street this branch is letting your brand down Oree! I don’t believe there is anyone at Oree that actually cares to read reviews or respond without defence. It’s a real shame as it’s a sweet place and your staff being dismissive, unfriendly and downright rude let you down. There are many other lovely competitors who provide a much happier and lovely experience. Hally’s is a gem and has a loyal following. Go there ! They deserve the business and it’s a gorgeous set up with lovely staff.

been to this place twice and i love it here! lots of food options, both savory and sweet. ive tried their latte and salmon cream cheese bun and both are delicious! the cafe is located inside a cute blue building on the corner and the atmosphere is very pleasant. there are both indoor and outdoor seating available. only downside are the pigeons that hang out around the exterior.

I 'treated' myself to a pricey chocolate éclair. Hardly any pastry, perhaps a blessing. The filling was stodgy. I never leave reviews but was so appalled at this excuse for French cuisine. Just don't go there. The photo shows what was left when I couldn't stomach anymore.

Popped in around 12:30 when it was really busy and the staff were rushed off their feet but were so lovely. I had a tomato and mozzarella baguette, a raspberry croissant and an oat flat white, soooo good!! The raspberry croissant tasted as good as it looked and even had a filling inside too, can’t stop thinking about it! The place was rammed and I could see why. Only thing is that two of the staff members were having an argument behind the pastries about a missing label, thought this was a bit unprofessional, but the other guys were lovely

I popped in here to get some lunch and opted for a sourdough baguette, filled with mozzarella, pesto and tomato. I chose not to toast it and while overall the baguette was better than one found in a supermarket, it still wasn’t up there with those I’ve had in Paris in the past. I found the baguette itself lacking flavour and it was a shame because at £5.70, it definitely wasn’t the cheapest item.

There is no doubt that the Oree pastries and tarts are lovely. Despite charging restaurant dessert prices for a little tart to take away, they are a real treat. I wish the same could be said of the service in the Parson's Green venue. The reason I take these little luxuries away is because the attitude of the people who serve at Parson's Green is pretty poor. The word recalcitrant comes to mind. Everything seems such an effort. Oh, and another reason I don't eat/drink-in is because when you do, half your coffee ends up in the saucer as it's plonked down for you at the pay counter - don't even dream of table service! This would all be very well in a Greggs or something, but for the prices this chain charge I expect a whole lot better.
