Is this takeaway still open or has it closed down, phone but never any answer. Have tried many times

Llevar comida para llevar de forma regular desde aquí y generalmente buena, sin embargo, anoche fue una decepción. Me equivoqué con el entrante y el plato de hongos se había derramado sobre el resto de los platos con todo el jugo en el fondo de la bolsa

Pedimos 5 comidas diferentes anoche. Todos eran realmente encantadores, calientes, sabrosos y recién cocinados, nada grasientos. Puedes ver dónde se cocina la comida cuando la cocina está abierta, todo está muy limpio. El personal fue servicial y amable. No pudimos encontrar ningún fallo, definitivamente volveremos.

I've been a regular customer here for years now - my favourite takeaway in the Smethwick area. Service has always been great, maybe once or twice a hiccup during busy times - but the food more often than not makes up for it. Friendly staff and easy to contact if there is a delay.

We have a lot of choice in the local area and if we are getting Chinese takeaway we always come here.

firstly to clarify, the 1 star is simply because a star is required for a review. In all my experience of ordering food, I have NEVER! Received such disgusting service! This has been the first and most definitely the last time I will ever order from this place! I ordered my food at 18:48, with delivery estimated to be 17.25, which I believed to be fair and reasonable as I only live a 5 minute walk away! However, the delivery driver, who may I add has no manners or respect about him whatsoever was knocking on my door at 18:55, much to my surprise! I told him I did not want neither last nights leftovers or microwave food, to which he became disgustingly hostile, especially as my 3 year old was present! Started to aggressively rip open the bag the food was in shouting just look at it, it’s fine! When I tried to explain my concern regarding the food quality, he then said look do you want this docking food or what! During the full conversation with the driver he kept walking away, telling me he didn’t have time for this crap! I rang the shop to ask for an explanation as to how they cooked, packaged and delivered my food within 6/7 minutes if it was fresh! The guy on the phone who claimed his name was Eric, however I’m hesitant to believe this as he was laughing, whilst also talking to other members of staff (I’m assuming) in another language! Several sarcastic and patronising & contradicting comments later, which included ‘nah I dunno how to cook’ when asked can you explain how any of the food at all was cooked fresh and delivered within such a short duration of time! ‘Eric’ also managed to contradict himself many times during our conversation. I asked for a fresh meal to be delivered to which he replied ‘we’ll see’ before putting the phone down! 45 minutes later and my phone calls are being ignored and as of yet, I’ve had no delivery! Absolutely disgusting!!!

Food was reasonably priced and came relatively fast for a Friday night. Had the salt and pepper ribs- mostly gristle and very chewy and Peking crispy chicken and kung pao chicken- both sickly sweet. Left with a greasy coating on our tongues and thirsty from the salt and msg. Not keen to try again

Have had food from here a few times....80% of the time it's fab but sometimes it can seem like they've rushed it.

I'm not by nature a takeaway lover but this is different. Very clean. Good quality food. Good sized portions. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Worthy of a visit.

Food really nice. The only down fall is that they did not deliver 2 my door as I live in a massionette. I had 2 send someone downstairs 2 get my order.

The rice was ok but the chicken in cashew nuts was not (there was maybe 4 nuts in the ehole container). Also my prawn crackers came as a mush all broken into dust, dissatisfied.

Fantastic meal! Second time we've ordered from them now and has lived up to the very high bar they set last time! Everything tastes unique and the King Prawn in Sezchuan sauce is particularly fabulous. It arrived hot, if a little late but we'll forgive that as it is New Years Eve and the food is great. Also the sweet chilli sauce is top notch.

The Singapore noodles were the best I've had in a long time. Food seems to be back up to standard.

When you order on line you don't get your free stuff example crackers or chicken wings I ordered over £25 on food and never got anything

Food was delivered 35 minutes late with no apology. I telephoned after it was 20 minutes late and was told it was on its way but it took another 15 minutes so unlikely. Starters were over-cooked and dry. This was my favourite take-away but I feel very disappointed about what was supposed to be a treat this evening.

Brilliant! Amazing service! I forgot to order one lot of rice, our food came and I realised. I phoned them straight up to explain and they delivered the rice on its own, no problem! Thankyou!

Es un precioso plato fresco, crujiente, que podría haber de gambas, cerdo, ternera o verduras (de su elección), que salteado en hojas de lechuga fresca cuchara, envoltura y comer.Estoy luchando para describir el color marrón que estaba en el mushing para llevar bandeja. Olía, aspecto y sabor de salsa de soja, EL GMS (glutamato de sodio mono). Los langostinos (libras extra) eran sin duda no hay. . Gracias a Dios, como. el Dios de gambas rey habría enviado los chefs de delicias orientales directo al infierno. ¡PUAJ! Incomible!El barrio igualmente pato crujiente con un cuento incomible que contar. Estaba seco. No grasa de pato crujiente o asados jugosos de carne de pato. La multa en rodajas de pepino y cebolla eran para adelgazar. . No es fresca y cieno en ensalada es un riesgo de intoxicación alimentaria.2 platos caros binned! ! ! ! !Así que el primer plato compartido por 2. Pedimos 2 de estos para nuestros clientes. La única cosa que todos nosotros estaba bien era el acordado de algas. Aunque todos habíamos pedido nuestra favoritas, como es habitual, normalmente pedimos más. Pollo con nueces de anacardo y verduras fideos tailandeses. Pero de nuevo, una carga de carne descripción no en salsa de soja marrón sludged que no sabor agradable. . . En realidad, otra vez, seguido por incomibles tallarines que no sabían si Tailandés o chino.Los crackers de gambas cortesía eran la única cosa buena de esta vergüenza, de cantar! Y el cajú estaban bien.Y a las malas críticas sobre seguir, puedo estar de acuerdo que teníamos el mismo problema. Pedí por teléfono y me dijeron 2 horas de espera. Luego me pidió en línea. y reconsiderarse . . La recogida fue de 20 minutos. Yo vivo a menos de 3 minutos a pie de la vergüenza. Very good food was excellent and so was the service. The thing that really impressed me is when they forgot my coca cola the sent the driver back with a bottle of coca cola for me.

Three problems.One item totally missing, rang to be told to busy to send out would take price of further order, took my name & address, told to ring direct & remind them, one daughter without food Two a prawn dish had 2 pieces of pork in it, my second daughter is pescitarian, lucky she spotted so didn't eat it. Three a vegetarian dish had king prawn in it It wasn't a complicated or large order, 3 mains, 4 sides. Not at all happy & two hungry daughters

Worst spring roll I've ever had. I'd have done better filling a brown paper bag with sadness luke warm sunflower oil. Crushing disappointment doesn't get close.

We ordered on a Saturday night and despite the initial horror at the 2 hour delivery time, we were pleasantly surprised that it arrived after just 1.5 hours...a welcome surprise when every other takeaway we've ordered from in this area is always late! However, the food was cold on its delivery and needed warming up before we could eat it. We ordered chicken in sweet and sour sauce, but it was seriously lacking in sauce. Would probably order from here again, but would choose something else from the menu instead!

Ordered at 6.10 for 7.15 delivery. Arrivedbat 6.30! Garlic chilli sauce - NOT! Its sweet and sour sauce. And since when has curry sauce been red?? Took 20 minutes to deliver and the takeaway is a 20 minute drive away so obviously not cooked fresh Unimpressed and won't order again

shame they sent the egg fried rice 20 mins later when everyone else had eaten look at the order when it comes to you people like to get the meal they order.

Food took long to come. Chow mein was acceptable but the rest (sprig roll, Cantonese fried rice wasn't ) not happy.

I ordered from this place few times now. this is the last time. Ordered it 5pm arrived nearly 2hours later. The woman n guy on phone kept rushing me of the phone. Delivery guy a Asian big guy was rude as hell!!!!! Didn't even say hi just gave me food and went. They need to speed up delivery better the food, hire better delivery men not rude moody men like always. Not spending my money here ever again

Outstanding fast service. Order to door was about 15-20 mins with piping hot food. I never use any other Chinese takeaway than Oriental Delights. Fab every time!

Delivery was an hour and a half late, we rang the restaurant to see what was taking so long, it was due to there only being 2 drivers...on a friday night at half 7. The food was palatable, just about. Maybe we were just hungry because we'd been waiting almost two hours. Yuk Sung looked like something that came out the back end of a dog and tasted about the same. My boyfriend ordered a spring roll and in it's place came a greasy roll of what I can only describe as premium chum, he couldn't stomach it, which is odd for a hungry, sporting 20 year old male. Chow mien was okay though.

Food delicious and arrived very quickly and hot. Delivery driver kindly rang on arrival as we'd asked him not to use the door knocker to keep our child asleep.

Food was excellent but the service was awful. Took 1 hour and 40 minutes to deliver, which was 40 minutes later than quoted. Food apparently left the shop 10 minutes after the quoted delivery time and then took 30 minutes to cover 2 miles. Manager just kept fobbing me off and wasn't very apologetic.

Tasty, faster than pledged depivery time. Cashew nuts served with seaweed starter really added to flavour profile. Will be ordering again

We visit here regularly. Food is always excellent, the staff are friendly, and we never wait long to collect, even at peak times. Definitely lucky to have these guys on the doorstep!

The food is great but they are always over an hour every time I have ordered from them and their delivery driver is one of the rudest I gave met. They never apologise for being late and when you ring the store to check on your order they blatantly lie and tell you it is on its way when it's not. I cannot order from here again as although the food is good, they never arrive when they say they will.
