OZMI Indian cuisine in Warrington

Not been here for a while but decided to try it again. Curries were fantastic very tasty and plenty of sauce. Staff were brilliant nice and friendly and we even got complimentry inion bhajis We will be returning the chicken pathia was spot on Keep up the good work

Superb staff, food and location. A really pleasant surprise to find this restaurant. Great and polite service from the waiters. Really delicious food and everything came very quickly and warm. Extremely reasonable prices.

Ordered an Indian take away ahead of Christmas Day for 4 people, although arrived on time there were 2 starters missing and a portion of rice. Contacted the restaurant who advised they would send them out, still waiting… we paid cash on delivery so No refund offered either. We have used Ozmi many times before but it for a while and won’t be using them again for sit in or takeaway it’s a real shame. My garlic chicken from the tandoori menu was dry and some of it had a strange texture and my saag sauce had no taste. The other member of the family stated their meals were just okay. Amanda

Ordered a takeaway last night and the Nepalese chicken, rated as spicy, was bland and tasteless. My friend had the jalfrezi which at least had taste but, sadly, not very spicy :-(

Food was very bland not a hint of garlic despite ordering a garlic naan. Shame, because the food was piping hot and delivered quickly but at £30 for a meal for one person including £4 delivery fee to travel less than half a mile… won’t be back

We love Ozmi! The food is always piping hot, delicious and great quality. We always get our order earlier than stated too. Cannot recommend this place enough. The chicken tikka madras is *chefs kiss* ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not worth the money spent on the food, the taste wasn’t as expected, mix of everything! Garlic rice and seekh kebabs had hair strands..chicken karahi tasted like chinese dish, garlic naan was doughy!! Felt like foolish spending any money on the food!

Food was awful how is there ever gristle on a king prawn! It was rank and the order was wrong since when did a biryani ever come in a rice with no sauce it was terrible avoid at all costs.. and it's expensive.. I phoned them back to complain about wrong order and they put the phone down! Never ever again

Ordered £90 worth of food, which before it could be delivered was crushed as the driver had tripped on top of the food. We called this restaurant to be told no other replacement was coming even though the driver had said there will be another will be sent, they said no refund can be given. All they said was next time we order something it can be sorted. We contacted Uber eats for a refund. Won’t be ordering or dining here again as we were just brushed off.

Absolutely shocking driver fell over onto our order upon delivery. Was told we would get a fresh order, nothing came so we called the restaurant who told us they were not sending a fresh order and could not issue a refund. Absolutely ridiculous.

Food was late and was only just barely warm enough! Had Madras curry that was a bit on the mild side but reasonably tasty! Overall it was good but not fantastic!

Love this Indian restaurant. Delicious food, nice variety and reasonably priced. Very clean. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Always our first and last evening to dine in the Ozmi when visiting from Ireland. Well worth a visit.

Lovely Indian food 🫡😋 the Garlic Pilau rice is probably the best rice I've ever eaten. They lose a star as the service is a bit chaotic when they are faced with a large group. Rather than asking everyone, one at a time what we wanted the waiter got increasingly confused as he let everyone try to speak at the same time.

Delivery guy was rude. Wouldn’t deliver to address. Wouldn’t recommend.

Very friendly staff; helpful with the menu. I had king prawn puri and a lamb dish to follow. I enjoyed both but the latter needed heating up. (temperature not spice) . This was done quickly without fuss and ice cream to follow. My wife and friends (who recommend the restaurant) were also happy with their meals. I shall return soon.

Food was fine but the waiter was appallingly rude. Rushing us to make menu decisions. We wanted to order a starter first and asked him to give us 5 minutes to decide on the main course. Waiter told us we couldn't do that and must order everything right away. Waiter had terrible English and lost his temper when I couldn't understand him. He actually said "Oh My God" to us. Won't be going back.

Restaurant told us food was out for delivery and driver got stuck in traffic hence the delay. Driver told us there was no traffic and they only picked it up 15min before.

Working in warrington popped out for a cheeky curry, wasn’t expecting much - but wow, beautiful food and great service. Went quite early so not very many in but fully recommend Ozmi. Had the sizzling king prawns, mushroom rice and a peshari nan with a pint of cobra - beautiful!

Food was almist an hour late and cold, very dissapointed with both.

Very disappointed that the Biryani that we ordered didn’t have the omelette with it, even though when we ate at the restaurant a few weeks ago the Omelette was part of the dish.

Food didn’t arrive! Restaurant called and told me that the driver had delivered the food! Put the phone down on me. AVOID.

Takeaway was hot and tasty. Staff are always friendly the food is delicious. I've also eaten there twice before last year.

Food ok but poor packaging Curries leaking in trays and salads in plastic bags. Naan bread nice but rolled up in kitchen foil. Starters nice but not a lot to go round.

We went to this restaurant to eat.. after waiting for someone to seat us.. my husband politely asked the waiter his name.. so that we knew who was serving us.. to be asked why? Great customer service! Then the waiter rushed off to accept a just eat order online.. so we just walked out. The restaurant was virtually empty which says it all . Would not recommend.

Absolutely awful atmosphere staff have no customer service skills .My husband politely asked the name of the waiter just being friendly for the waiter to say "WHY" ?? The waiter brought us the menu was asked what drink we wanted , before we could answer him he rushed off to accept a just eat order which he could have accepted after he had served us .We got up and left .

Highlight areas like service, food quality, or cleanliness to provide feedback that could potentially lead to improvements. as me and my friend visiting this place she could taste bleach in her food which made her very ill and could of done serious damage as she could taste bleach in her meal so i would not recommed anyone to visit this place as this resturant has lost its standards and as the owner of this place looks like he very clueless and has no idea

Has a delivery radius of 3 mile but complained and phoned me twice telling me to cancel order because it was too far when food came it was 45 mins late cold and the bag was open as if it has been messed with by the delivery driver en route, would not recommend anyone order from here

Tepid food, tandoori shashlick should’ve had a curry sauce with it but it didn’t arrive! Taste bland and the temperature was slightly warm at best! It only travelled 1 mile too so it should’ve been hot! Awful

Booked for after the Stadium fireworks tonight. Never been before and the meals were lovely (very good chef), would recommend the Daniya and the Balti Exotica (spicier than I’ve had before, but really nice) and the Tikka Massalla - good portions, had to bring some home. Poppadums were soft, but they quickly apologised and replaced for hot, fresh ones. Staff were nice and polite, chatty & friendly, prices are a bit cheaper than other places too! Would definitely come back. Managed to park outside the place - bonus.

Go to Ozmi quite often but must say tonight was exceptional. Birthday tea for sister and she can be fussy. Food absolutely delicious, piping hot and very tasty Four of us ate 4 courses and drank for less than £86. You will not be disappointed. The staff are fabulous and very helpful.

Order from here a few times before and food was always alright and delivered in a reasonable time. Unfortunately this time food took 1 hour 20 mins to get her. Advised at time of order 30-50 mins. Food wasn't stone cold, but was only just hot enough to eat. Quality was worse than I remembered it from previous orders. Won't be ordering from here again.

This has now become my regular Indian for delivery - excellent quality every time done a few huge orders recently as had family over and everyone has been happy with their choices

Ordered a Nepalese lamb, not spicy whatsoever! Just tasted like tomatoes. And the lamb was in tiny cubes rather than big chunks.

Never again. 1. Takra daal did not have tarka at all. It was just boiled lentils. 2. Keema naan was almost burnt. 3. Salad was non-existent with an order of 4 dishes. 4. Chic peas were hard. 5. 1 x puri for £2.50? Extremely disappointed overall.

The restaurant forgot my mango chutney and the rice didn’t taste the same as usual. Apart from that it was lovely as always.

Terrible won't order from there again , chips were cold onion barg were rock hard and chicken massala tested weird.

1st time ordering ..realised missing item when plating up...price varied considerably ordering online compared to their menu .never had this anywhere else ..didn't get 15% of collecting order although menu and fb page says .. called to complain and they didn't seem to care and even argued with me...Will not be using again

When I arrived in Warrington for a family gathering, I noticed this Indian restaurant. I was eager to open this and eat some Indian food. The food was good, but ALEN, one of the staff, acted in a very unhelpful and nasty manner. Even the meal I was eating isn't something I can enjoy. He said "Okay you can go now" after I gently corrected him, not even willing to acknowledge his error. I felt let down.

Not only qas the food delicious but they where early. Anyone looking at this restaurant I'd say try it, obviously everyone's pallet is different but I've ordered for here twice now and the food is just beautiful. X

The chefs special fish curry was the best curry I have had in years … the perfect heat and spice .. well done!!!
