Amazing food and service, cocktails were wonderful too.. reasonable pricing, very happy!

Great menu and the service is speedy and attentive. The food comes quickly and is both delicious and imaginative. When we visited, we had booked in advance, which was just as well judging by how busy and buzzing this place is.

Still very much food was excellent as was the service!!

My wife and I nipped in for a unplanned Friday night dinner out. My wife had the chicken and mushroom risotto and I had the seafood pasta special. Both meals were delicious, service good and was reasonably priced.

Great place lovely food! The staff were really friendly and helpful. We loved the starters great selection! The mains were very nice a very generous portion too!

Nice location overlooking the marina. Food was very good, staff friendly and efficient. Only downside was that when it's busy the restaurant acoustics are very noisy.

We’ve been returning customers at Pablo’s for a reason - it never disappoints! The food is consistently delicious, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. While the service can be a bit slow after you’ve finished eating, the overall experience is still very enjoyable. We always look forward to our next visit.

A party of 12 for lunch 28/9/24 … Food was wonderful but sadly where we were sat was in a draft, we asked for the door to be closed but was told they (the staff) had to use it to serve people who were brave enough to sit outside .. so we ate our mains and left , we would have liked a starter and pudding but it was just to cold to sit in there for that long .

Four of us turned up Monday evening without a booking & the staff found us a table quickly. The waitress took our drinks order & the cocktails were hand made & all authentic 2 for £14. We ordered chicken pesto & cod main dishes. Both came with lots of sautéed potatoes & roasted vegetables. The portion size was generous & food all fresh. The other two people ordered smaller plate salmon & another salad which were still ample. Food was delicious, service friendly & well timed. Too full for a desert. Thanks, we’ll be back

A fantastic place to dine, highly recommend!

Very slow service, use this place all the time, had customers who came in after us have their food served before we had our order taken.

Ate here yesterday and can't wait to return next time we are staying in the area. Made very welcome by staff and food and service was excellent. My husband and I shared 3 starters which were very big portions and our son had pasta all very good value.

The food was very poor.. we ordered two pizzas and pasta.. the pasta was half cold and half hot.. pizza was from I guess frozen batter? Rock hard couldn’t even cut it.. my partner is not picky and he didn’t want to eat it.. definitely won’t be coming back..

I was so disappointed with our food. I really begrudged paying. I had mussels they tasted awful as if they had been frozen. No plans to return

Lovely overlooking the water and boats ,food was amazing ,staff excellent lovely cocktails ,not to expensive thoughaly recommend chicken breast with mushrooms.

Generally nice, seated quickly but took a while for even drinks order to be taken. Then we ordered a few starters from one of the waiting staff (garlic pizza bread and tomato salad) at the same time as we said kids were hungry. Then drinks arrived and main orders taken by another member of staff. Then mains arrived before the starters? Staff said sorry asked what we wanted and we tried to be accommodating and said to just bring all food anyway (rather than send back mains) . Food was good (pizza, steak, prawn pasta), starters generous portions actually so much so that we took some pizza home instead. We decided not to stay for desserts though. Atmosphere a little lacking but we chose to sit inside as too hot outside, it was early dinner time so quiet. We weren't offered anything with regards the food mix up so opted not to leave a tip. Would still recommend as food was good.

Excellent food and lovely atmosphere.Brilliant service from Farrah, she was so helpful guiding me through the menu and had a wonderful attitude. Would 100% recommend👍

Great food nice staff great view of harbour

Good location overlooking the harbor. Unfortunately the tables and chairs were very sticky. The service was quick and moderately friendly. The cheeseburger, however, is a disgrace. A dry bun with a piece of extremely dry (beef?) meat. You had to look for the cheese. All in all a very dry affair. After paying, we picked up a pizza to go next door. Unfortunately the portions were far too small. The prices are too high for this quality. Too bad.

Delicious food, generous portions , friendly service and a great location right on the marina would be my simple summary. £80 for three for lunch with starters and main courses with drinks represented decent value for money. Menu caters for all tastes with some nice daily specials as well. Dropped a star because the toilets need maintenance , broken lock on the gents toilet cubicle door, and the tuna steak was more well done than medium ( but was still delicious). Could also do with a better zero alcohol lager than Heineken.

Outstanding flavours, excellent service and a real wonderful buzz. But disappointed that the special which highlighted clams had inedible clams and the kitchen/staff were unable to offer anything in return. It wasn’t a complaint but if paying for a special, you expect a special or recognition that the kitchen dropped the ball in letting this out. Would return but will avoid the clams as food is clearly not quality checked. If we had no understanding of shellfish we may have picked this apart and become seriously ill. Interesting menu but didn’t go the extra mile. Especially when we brought this to their attention.

Enjoyed an evening meal in the sunshine on the terrace at Pablos. Food was great. Great selection of dishes. Will be returning.

4* as the food wasn't the best I've had. I prefer zizis calzone in size and quality for example But the area, atmosphere, selection and service was top of quality. A very nice birthday meal for a friend looking out over the marina.

Coffee very bland...could hardly taste it. Coffee to milk ratio inadequate and milk not frothed in cupuccino, instead just hot milk. Disappointing considering it's what I think an Italian authentic restaurant. Back to round the corner - Four Seasons Previous review was during covid take away coffee only time. Recent visit May 2024: coffee was exceptionally good hence I've changed review from one to two stars, however, was very busy and service was mixed of staff friendly and welcoming to stern in manner to lethargic.

A well run, welcoming restaurant, excellent food, the menu is well designed, so it looks lots but with sauces and bases that are similar and tweeked for each dish. This means they have the sauces worked to perfection. I visit here often with family as my family members live close. It's an excellent meal every time. My family and I have had lots of different things off of the menu, and every time we come away, belly's full and taste buds forfilled. The staff in Pablos are very welcoming and always greet my family and I with a smile. It's truly a treasure in the harbour. Additionally, as a bonus, there outdoor seating over looks the harbour!

Great coffee and menu's with good customer service..

We went to the seaside couple weeks ago and only this restaurant was open on Monday afternoon. I would say this was the best seafood I've ever tried with the great harbour view as a bonus. Tuna steak in mushroom sauce, prepared perfectly medium rare with roasted potatoes and veggies on the side, colorful and really tasty. Bruschetta - starter, full of garlic and cheese - delicious. Seabass the same. Portions big and prices reasonable. I'm impressed and if we ever go nearby, will be there again. Love it 💓

I have eaten here many times over the years. Always leave there feeling like we have had a good experience . So I feel I should leave a review. On our visit on Sunday the staff made us more than welcome on arrival. Did not pressure us into deciding our order. Yet again the food came out quick and perfectly presented and cooked ! Feel very lucky to have this amazing restaurant on our doorstep.

I recently dined at Pablos Restaurant in Eastbourne, and I must say that my experience was extremely disappointing. The service provided by the staff was subpar, to say the least. It was evident that the staff were inexperienced and poorly trained, as they seemed oblivious to the needs of the customers. Upon being seated, it took an unreasonable amount of time for a server to even acknowledge our presence. When our food finally arrived, it was sloppily presented, and to make matters worse, one of the servers managed to drop a plate of food directly onto my lap. Not only was this embarrassing, but it also showed a lack of professionalism on the part of the staff. Throughout the meal, it became apparent that the staff were not attentive to the customers’ needs. Requests for drink refills went ignored, and when we tried to get their attention, they seemed disinterested and unbothered. It felt like we were more of an inconvenience to them rather than valued patrons. Overall, my experience at Pablos Restaurant in Eastbourne was marred by poor service and unprofessionalism. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.

Really great food - we came on Tuesday for the steak night promotion and the food was great. We were a big party of 16 and 7 were children. My son is very fussy and only wanted a big portion of chips, the server said this wasn't a problem - but they only do 1 size portion, but if it wasn't enough, please tell her and she will take over some more. How great is that? Servers couldn't do enough for us all and the atmosphere was really friendly and positive. Amazing views of the harbour. Parking really easy in the harbour car park.

I loved this restaurant on the harbour. Beautiful setting. Friendly staff & lovely fresh hot food. Would love to go back on a bright, warm day to experience eating alfresco.

Went for coffee mid afternoon 3ish, was told could not sit by window even though tables were empty. Staff were not attentive, ie we had to catch their attention and even then we were ignored until we collared a waitress who came near to us. Also music was too loud. I do not recommend them for afternoon coffee.

I went to Pablo's on Thursday for lunch with my group. Really good food, and the restaurant is in a lovely location with beautiful views.

Fantastic restaurant with a variety of delicious dishes, good quality wine, excellent service and beautiful location. Perfect choice for a sunny summer lunch but equally good for relaxing in the evenings. Fair prices for the great quality of food. As locals we often visit and look forward to our next!

Lovely food with excellent service.

The starter was lovely, and a good size. The main Lasagne was very small for the price of £14.95, very oily / watery and lacked flavour.

As always an amazing meal the prawn starter as a main in absolutely delish. We drive about 30 miles to eat here and it’s worth it!

One of the best seafood restaurants in the UK with great harbour view . Eastbourne is quite far from us but if I have ever the chance to go anywhere close to them , I would visit them 100% .Totally recommend that restaurant if you are seafood 🐙🦑🦐🦞 lovers.The seafood is delicious and people there are friendly.

A regular spot to grab a nice meal, service is always swift and friendly, general value for money is pretty good. Location is amazing on a nice summer's day.

We visited the restaurant on the 27th of January, the food was delicious. Wish we had something similar in London.

Booked for a special occasion online 5 days ago, only to get a call today saying they are shut on that evening for their Xmas do , on the 4th of February!!!!!!!!couldn't of told us sooner plans have been made for this occasion what's the point of online booking if it's not up to date

Visited here on a Saturday night glad we booked as was very busy.Really enjoyed our evening with Fab food and friendly staff would recommend and will re visit.

Kids loves the pizza and I like the atmosphere.

The service was overall good to very good. The food was like home cooking in our experience, so nothing special. The cooked vegetable were good enough though again nothing inspiring for the price. I think a restaurant should give that bit more out of the ordinary.

Horrible place I went one afternoon when the place was half empty A waitress just shoved me onto a table in the middle S Harbour may have some money with its holiday homes but it lacks basic manners The worst thing was the reaction of the other guests in the place Money but no class What rubbish

You can always get good quality and fair priced food and options, and all dishes can be ordered in child or starter sized portions so can fit everyone.

Absolutely delicious food, it was all really tasty and well presented. Great, friendly service, what's not to like? Perfect place for a family meal. Highly recommend a visit.

Excellent Italian restaurant. Tasty food, great location overlooking the marina, friendly helpful staff. Great 'proper' food for kids too!

Five of us walked in with kids and ordered 3 hot chocolate with soya milk and a flat white with soya milk. We have asked the waitress if we could have our drinks in a takeaway cups , we would still pay the drink in price, she said they dont have takeaway cups which is fair enough but then said we could go to the caffe opposite if we wanted takeway . When our drinks arrived I had a sip of the flat white but couldn't even swallow as it was sour off taste, clearly the milk was off. There was no tissue, the waitress just stared at me when i was struggling to keep the drink in my mouth as ididnt want to swallow the drink , my friend had to ask her to bring some tissue, drink was spilled on my cream jumper. We had to ask the waitresses to take them back. On the way out I said I was disappointed that they would serve off milk, the waitress brought back the milk carton and showed me that the date was not out of date, I then said sometimes if milk was opened long before the milk could go off, the bar staff became defensive instead of apologising they were agitated and said how are they suppose to know. I just asked to pay for the latte which was OK as it was made with ordinary milk. Our hope for a nice hot drink was ruined by unfriendly Service and bad quality product. I can't say anything about the food as we haven't ordered any therefore my rating is just about the service and hot drink.

Had a tabled book to celebrate my birthday with the family. Was 6.5 of us. Lovely venue with a nice space around it. Great atmosphere in the place, was packed which is always a good sign. Food came out nice and quick and was all fresh and enjoyable. Music selection was decent too, nice to have something different to listen to. All the waitresses were solid 10’s also. Highly recommend

We popped in here last year and the staff were brilliant. You can’t normally just drop by as a group of 10 and get seated but the staff managed to put a few tables together for us outside. Back down for another holiday this time with more family, this time we booked only 1 day in advance and they were able to cater for a group of 15 Service was fab, food amazing. Will definitely be back if we’re in the area again next year

Visited here with my parents as our intended restaurant was closed, and I couldn't have been happier. There were plenty of food choices, including for my mother who is vegetarian. My father and I had chicken dishes which were delicious and generous portions. Particular praise for the staff who were attentive and helpful with the requests I made, nothing was too much trouble - unfortunately, I can't remember the name of our waitress. Will be returning the next time I am in the area.
