Palace Tandoori in Doncaster

Korma was very white in colour and tasted of just cream. Keema rice tasted like perfume. Couldn’t eat much of it due to the over powering cream and perfume taste and how heavy the amount of cream felt. Chicken was dry also.

Palace is one of our go-to places, because we can always count on them to get our order spot on, food is always hot, and delivered quickly. Another A+ order tonight. Thanks!

Worst curry I have ever had, it is beyond how you call this India cuisine, pelaw rice are you having a bubble, tasted like cardboard no flavour, chicken masala, watery and bland. Save your money. A child in year 9 cookery class would whip up something more tasty. I’ve had better microwave meals

Probably the worst Indian I've ever had. - both flavourless and salty. That's £20 that's been put straight in the bin.

Not as nice as it used to be khorma had no nutty taste all a bit bland.

Ordered for time slot 18:30 18:50 then they changed delivery time to 19:10 but came 19:15 ish food was cold had to reheat it 😞not something you should do when spending just under £40 🤔

The curry’s were bland. All the chicken was in really small pieces and there was no spice or real punchy flavour to it. Mushroom rice was disappointing, just pilau with some mushrooms chucked in. The main positive was the naan bread which were huge, fresh and tasty.

One of the worst things I’ve ever tasted. Seemed like the veg korma was supermarket mixed veg mixed with congealed cream and the Bhuna was watery like a can of soup. Very low quality meat. God knows where it came from. Possibly canned meat. Poppadoms were overcooked - as if they were cooked twice and stank of old oil. Honestly, terrible. Don’t do it.

Llévatelo. Recibimos comida de aquí regularmente, hace muchos años. Escuché que se había "caído" y nunca se molestó con ella durante mucho tiempo. Decidió intentarlo esta noche. El Rogan Josh solía ser muy bueno. Ahora, una basura acuosa a base de salsa de tomate al 99% con unas gambas reales. Pedí román de langostino rey, pero esperaba algo más que salsa de tomate con unos pocos langostinos muy pequeños en ella y CERO otros ingredientes. Cebolla bhajis terrible, insípido, del tamaño de brotes, decepciones secas. Solo salvando la gracia, todavía hacen un EXCELENTE, muy grande ajo nan. Mi consejo... comprar un par de sus muy buenas nanas de ajo y pedir algo de buena comida de otro lugar, para acompañar a las nanas de ajo. Suficiente comida barata aquí, pero supongo que "recibes lo que pagas".

I know kormas aren’t the best but this 1 tasted like it was made from milk, Pathia was nice but nothing special, rice was tasty but cold, naan was soggy….all in all not a great experience sadly.

Didn't taste like any curry we have ever ordered before, flavour was awful and the nann bread was very under cooked.

The person answering the telephone is rude and needs training on allergies. When asked about gluten free her knowledge was shocking and had to be asked numerous times to check with someone with more knowledge. There needs to be more awareness

So far I've never had a bad meal from here, touch wood. It's always been enjoyable and plentiful for the money. Delivery driver was pleasant and friendly, couldn't ask for more really.

First time and last time I order it was tasteless

I normally order local however THIS PLACE will give you great food, great price, and deliver within a certain doncaster radius. I really enjoyed my food shame a few negative reviews maybe a one off. If i have an issue contact restaurant sure they help resolve before writing here. I will definitely give 9/10

Ordered shami kabab for a starter they were very salty and no sauce or salad ordered a mince madras not much mince but loads of onions and tomatoes in general not a very nice meal very disappointing first time I had used it sorry no again

food was delicious as always but I was missing naan bread which I had to phone and get them to deliver .by that time I had practically eaten my food so was dissapointed for the 1st time

First time at this takeaway, ordered Lamb pasanda and keema naan bread, bread was a soggy peice of dough was pleasant, the pasanda was ok but not worth going back for. Won't be returning.

Good food but got meat samosas when ordered veg and missing poppadoms

Thanks for extra poppadoms. Didn't receive mango chutney as ordered but two mixed pickle. Vegetable madras was much hotter than expected. The vegetables seemed to be from a mixed diced frozen bag. Not good.

I never leave reviews but I feel like I have to! That food was amazing! we've just moved into the area and this is by far the best Indian I've had! That dopiaza was 10/10 and the kids loved their korma....one happy customer!

Moved to Doncaster 4 years ago, tried this place for the first time tonight and it's now our new favourite! My Mrs is very fussy so for her to say this is her favourite Indian takeaway is a plus. Good quantity, taste is spot on and price is very reasonable.

Delivery was good and that was the only part. The korma was basically chicken chunks in water, no flavour or anything. Only decent part of the overall order was the naan breads

Tikka tandoori was nice but salad was forgotten. Raita wasn't brilliant but we rescued it with a dollop of mint sauce. Naans nice, and one would probably have fed 2 people. Korma was awful. Pretty much just chicken in lumpy cream, no flavour at all, couldn't finish. First time ordering from here, won't be back.

Absolutely love this place, been using it for 15 years. I have had curries from lots of different Indians over the years when eating out etc but when it comes to a takeaway, this is my go to.

Food delivery was fast but the curry was one of the worst I’ve had. No other flavours apart from salt. Chicken Bhuna and Saag Gosht were poor.

Absolutely dreadful. We came up from Wales to see family and called in for a takeaway. Huge Keema nan without a filling, a chicken dopiaza and a chicken balti that were watery and tasteless. It was very poor and we left it. Nice chips though

Food is incredible. Tastes like what my grandma in Sri Lanka used to make. The service was incredible and portions sizes are amazing for the price. Spent £40 for my family and got this big box. My hand for comparison.

Almost cold had to warm up in oven I know it’s new years but you paid for a service should be 5 star like it usually is almost two hours waiting for food.

One of the best Indian meals I've had in a long time. The keema nan was perfect, far far better than some of the others I've had from other local takeaways. I'll certainly be ordering one again.

Oh dear. What a disappointing meal. Almost warm after the late delivery, which the driver blamed on traffic on a road which isn't near to the route on the way to my house. The chicken Korma was very salty and spicy with red chilies. My wife has always had korma for 20 years and never had chilies in them. The cartoon size was small for mains. The standard was a different take on Indian food

The Nan bread was massive and the chicken tikka and rice and chicken tikka sauce was amazing got 1 portion of all of them and went round me and my partner was worth the money my go to takeaway amazing and quick delivery

Food was OK, wasn't awful but not the best either. Naans were soggy but that's expected in the packaging there delivered in. Onion Bhajis were a dispointment, very small and tasted like shop bought ones. Delivery was brilliant and on time.

I’m totally happy with my order. Delivered on time. Food quality I have removed one star as the omelette says with salad and sadly I did not receive salad although there was a large amount of chips and they were delicious 👍👍

This is my all time favourite Indian! I don’t even live in the area and am more than happy to travel because it’s soooo good. Me and the children have samples a fair few Indians in our time and can honestly say this is the one we always go back to ✌️👌
