Slow service to start..had a papa John's before and was happy but!!!@....paid 40 pounds plus for 2xl pizza buy one get one free...pizza was a RIP off...the x2 sides extra for a 10er was for children. ..disappointed. ..

Great customer service and delicious pizza!

Ordered 2 pizzas on the app, one half and half bbq chicken and Hawaiian, one pepperoni stuffed crust. There was a problem with the app (or an issue on our end :/) and the pepperoni was ordered with no cheese. We phoned up immediately and spoke to a really helpful guy who sent us a new pizza with cheese for free. Really fast delivery time and gave us a call to say when they arrived. The service was amazing. Will definitely be ordering again. Thanks guys!

From the number of times I order from here, I should be a familiar voice. Sad to say last time, it took ages for the pizza to arrive. Even when it said it had come via email when going outside it hadn't. Perhaps they should consider rebranding to Pinnochio Johns or the like Regardless, bbq chicken pizza was vastly superior to the veggie one!

After one year and a half I ordered again from this branch I thought it might be bette, but shockly, it is much worse than before me and my guests were shocked and we all removed THE PAPA JOHNS PIZZA FROM OUR FOOD LIST Like Domino's, we removed it three years ago.

I have been eating from papa johns for ages, they never fail to impress me with high quality pizza. The new bullseye range is new and very nice. Staff have always been friendly and always offering the best prices. Do try if your in the area.

I really recommend this Papa John's. I have to state I am a newbie at ordering takeaway pizzas! I had a volunteer event and wanted to provide some pizzas for 20 people. I had no idea where to start. The staff were so helpful from the minute I entered the shop and explained my situation they worked out everything I needed. They enquired about dietary requirements, averaged the amounts of slices/pizzas I would need and then identified the best deals available. Delivery was brilliant, the pizzas arrived just as the volunteers had finished landscaping our gardens (retirement village). As expert pizza eaters they tell me the pizzas were very good, toppings were plentiful and most importantly they were hot on arrival. The shop itself was exceptionally clean and the food hygiene score on the door is a 5. I can see why. The manager and his team were so helpful. So much so, I am back again this week ordering more pizzas for our residents!
