I ordered filled mini donuts from deliveroo it was amazing. “The caramel cream-filled donut holes from Papa John’s are an absolute treat! I have tried pizza from this store many a times and always it has served really delicious pizza. The Indian staff working there are also very helpful and treats really well. I am vegetarian and have always tried veg options only. All the veg options are really good. Papa johns has turned out as my favourite go to place now.

Ordered yesterday from Papa John's website and this is how we received our food?? Tried calling the store but the line was not working at all. Doesn't look like a full pizza, looks like some slices were taken out. Definitely won't be ordering from here again. How unappetising, sort it out. Whether it being the driver or employees, the pizza is horribly cut too. Food arrived cold and not very enjoyable. Can't post this review without giving a star, it doesn't deserve any stars at all!! Save your money.

Found a hair baked into the dough and when informing them of this, instead of caring about their hygiene, they were more concerned with why we didn’t complain sooner because apparently “usually when customers complain, they call straight away”… so it seems complains are a regular occurrence for them. No compensation or apologies were offered other than a free pizza next time which is unlikely as they didn’t offer a voucher or take our name etc. Just terrible.

Food didn’t even arrive. When I called for a refund they were less than helpful. Never again!

Not fresh food in morden branch

How is this place still going ??? Have the head office not seen these reviews ??? Such a shame as in other branches the pizzas are good. But last time I ordered from here the pizza arrived 2 hours later, cold. No offer of a refund, the guy on the phone was proper shifty about it all, think they are doing some cash swindling here. And to top it all off I got food poisoning from it. Thats about as bad as it can get . That was about 6 months ago. Clear to see that nothing has improved. Off we go to dominoes! This place needs to be closed ASAP.

I placed an order last night through deliveroo. Papa Johns themselves were supposed to deliver it personally. It said the driver is on their way for two and a half before setting on complete without delivering my order! I called today for a refund and a really rude man picked up who was extremely unhelpful and fobbed me off by saying you have to call back tomorrow and then just said you have to get the refund from deliveroo. When deliveroo said I have to get it from papa johns as they do their own delivery. Extremely disappointed. Never go to papa johns in my life ever again !!!!

What a horrible delivery driver, a nasty man - arguing with me over the phone for ten mins when he couldn’t find my address and when he got to the door he proceeded to argue with me - horrible man! I will never order from here again it’s despicable

This doesn't usually happen, but today it was difficult to eat the "BBQ Chicken Classic" because the sauce seemed to be all over it, and the 'Jalapeño and Cheese Papa Bites' were half the size of the usual size. And the only way to complain is to call the store I ordered from and explain. The head office is not taking responsibility. So I leave a review here.

Order 2 pizza took 1 hour they have delivered half order 30 mins after driver came with a compliment 1 free side . That made me to change my review. I understand the guys are busy it may happen to make a mistake. The fact they understand and apologised made me give them a better review. Just an apology was gonna do the same for me. Hope you guys can improve service the pizzas are delicious no doubts about it.

Order a delivery on the app and the delivery time was 30 minutes. Delivery came after 1 hour and a few minutes , cold and the delivery guy was really rude. Called the shop about the issue , and heard nothing back. Now me and my partner we have to wait another 30-40 minutes for a new delivery from a different place. I will not order from them again , that’s for sure.

Was calling to rectify an error that their site had made and no one would answer the phone, went into store to sort it out and there was only one guy answering phones/making pizzas... management think they are clever making one man run the place but they have just lost a customer

I did have order a pizza and ask remove a spicy beef and a pork sausage I received the pizza with no changes and then I have contacted many times for refund they didn’t bother to answer my phone anymore, from Sunday till Tuesday I have made almost 15 calls and each time they are making excuses. Very pathetic customer service poor communication skill. They don’t even deserve a single star

I’ve been using papa johns for years, the last few times I’ve tried to order they have acted as if ordering is an inconvenience, I have to repeat myself constantly for them to understand or they put the phone down. Never again order from this company . Receive messy pizzas in boxing day . After 2days of calling the shop iv been told the refund been done and meant to receive money in next 7 days (its been to weeks now and there is no money on my account)(Staff just lied to mee) chceck the photos . Restaurant just told me it was on the way when I rang to enquire about lateness and they then just hung up. No apology or delivery time estimate. Food was cold and the box it was in was cold. Garlic sticks not very tasty and pizza was fine after I had warmed it up. Not a great experience overall, won't be ordering again.

The pizza arrived 1hr and 45 mins after it was ordered, it was some cold with the crust hard as nails. I immediately called the restaurant back to say this was inedible and they first offered a discount voucher for the next order, which I refused and then said they’ll send the driver back to collect it back and replace it with another pizza. As it has already already been almost 2 hrs since the order, I didn’t want to wait for a replacement and asked for a full refund. They said it has been processed but refused to send me a confirmation of the refund. It has now been seven days since the order and I still haven’t seen the refund come back to my account. Please help get my money refunded.

Terrible customer understanding. They had the audacity to say they made my ALL THE MEATS (removed bacon and sausage, added pineapple, chicken and Italian sausage) pizza correctly. Order 63736983 But you can clearly see that there is no pepperoni under the cheese.They put different meats by mistake. I called up to ask for a replacement but they refused to have photos and suggested we return the pizza in order to prove it because the employee said it was made properly. Clearly not. You could even hear the employee stating that it was a lie and that it wasn't wrong over the phone. Outrageous. If they had more understanding, they would have cooked a new one and replaced the incorrect for it to be returned to the store.

How can a Papa Johns be managed so poorly? Worst pizza experience we have had. We ordered to deliver. The driver showed up after 1h. We ordered an "all the meats" arrived cold and missing meats. We rang the store to let them know, and only after a long time of discussion we got recommended to send the pizza back with a driver for them to review, so that they could then send another (correct) one. We ended up eating the original one because we didnt want to wait 1h more to have some dinner. We would have been better off getting a pizza from the supermarket.

Vegans, stay away! Order from here often, and normally there's a few discrepancies like missing dips or wrong base sauce. As a vegan I really liked their menu. Ordered the usual, and received dairy cheese on the pizza? My partner and I are both badly lactose intolerant and it's quite easy after 5+ years being vegan to taste dairy cheese. I called the store, explained the problem and the "store manager" proceeded to just outright deny it? She said instead "we have a new recipe as of last week"...but there's been no marketing for this, no mention on their nutrition information? So... No apology, no compensation or offer of a replacement? As a chef, and member of the hospitality sector, this is unacceptable and simply the incorrect method of customer service. Reporting them to the food standards agency. Compare the pic posted to the site if you want, it's obviously not vegan.

If I could rate 0 I would, £23 for a pizza that is raw dough and when I called and told the manager she said, well it is cooked cos the kitchen told me, I said we'll this kitchen that paid for it is telling you it isn't, I didn't want freebies I just wanted a cooked pizza, this place is disgusting and ripping people right off, AVOID!!!!

I ordered a few pizzas online which didn't arrive after 2 hours. I called up and was told by the manager to wait a little longer in which I asked for a refund she said she has issued it and that it would take a week, but after 2 weeks I'm still waiting for this refund to come through. I want my money back. I will never order from papa john again, and you need to close down if you don't have drivers to deliver. Can't trust this branch and wimbledon is getting just as bad. Steer clear guys, don't order from them. Bad business. Whatever happened to you, years ago was amazing, now it's a complete shambles. Zero star.

My ruder was over an hour late, by which time it has disappeared from the JE screen. I rang the restaurant after 20 mins over due and they assured me it would be with me in 20 mins., 40 mins later they weren't answering the phone so I ordered from Pizza Hur instead., it then arrived. The food I kept to have the next day but I would like some compensation.for this debacle please !

The girl who works there needs to be sacked immediately. She doesn’t take phone orders apparently, always has an attitude. Why work in customer service if you can’t serve customers????!!!!! It’s all a scam because the collection deals are not available to order online for collection.

Ordered pizza the wrong one came. Manager offered to compensate, when we call in she was avoiding us and didn’t let the staff know. Even though she promised and said it is all sorted. We just need to call in to order and come to collect. Ridiculous. Why even offer? And then take it back?

Funny guys: they say they close at 11 pm but they stop selling pizzas at 10.30 for cleaning (and they say this as it’s obvious). Poor service (even rude sometimes). Pizzas are tasty.

Ordered my meal for delivery and the order arrived 2 hours late despite the tracker states my food has been delivered 1 hour before it arrived. The food arrived cold, dry and inedible. I asked for a refund which they said they will do, 9 working days later and still no money. Their customer service is appalling. I normally order from them and the delivery is normally ok except for one other occasion. Don't think I will order here again after this experience, this has been the worst experience from this store.

Waited over an hour from when our tracker had updated to say food had been delivered. Food that arrived wasn't even our order. Having to battle to get a refund which is utterly ridiculous.

Took more than 2 hours to arrive. The attendant was too rude on phone asking me address every time instead of my order number. And on my 3rd call they blocked my phone on the system and they answered my partner’s phone less then a second.

Order took almost 2 hours to arrive, this would have been fine if it wasn't for the fact that it spent half an hour in the "Out For Delivery" stage (I'm an 8 minute drive away) so the pizza arrived cold, also one of the sauces was missing and so was the drink. This isn't the first time I've experienced bad service with them either, thought I'd give them another shot to see if they'd improved but clearly they haven't.

No large Pizza should cost £20, especially not bulk bought from large companies like this. The price was fairer with the 50% off over £20, which has slyly gone up to £25... The pizzas are decent and delivery is usually fast as we live close, but for the prices and quality of food this is way over priced. They have a good vegan range now which I appreciate, but still £21.99 for a large pizza is extortionate and I wish people would start calling places like this/dominoes/Pizza Hut etc out on their excessive prices. Jackfruit is by far the cheapest of meat replacements and although it tastes nice, it is once again over priced. I have tried to take their internal survey, but their site is down... Yesterday’s order was left too long from cooking to our door so we have the hard cooked cheese that had now cooled and solidified, which really shows the level of basic ingredients that are being used. Calling a tub of butter with a hint of garlic “special garlic sauce” and not offering a proper garlic dip or anything unless you pay a ridiculous price for more separate tiny plastic to throw away is beyond basic these days. It’s garlic butter, and it’s very sickly. I also don’t agree with companies promoting violent games such as CoD when I’ve never seen them promote healthy, ethical or ecological eating. Finally they promise contact-free delivery, but our driver had no PPE on and I had to step back inside my doorway to even ensure 1m distance, let alone 2m!

Had a bit of a scare a year back when I noticed the place had a hygiene rating of 2, they're back up to 5 now and they've always been a family favourite.

I ordered the XL garden pizza and it had about the same amount of topping you expect on a small pizza. TBH, it's most probably the last time I'll ever order from Papa John's, the food has really gone downhill.

Worse Service Ever!! Ordered on Uber Eats and it has been a hour from the eta of delivery which was 20 min. Called the restaurant three times and no ones was able to help me.

We spent an hour ordering over the phone as we wanted a collection deal and couldn’t get through the order with the guy on the other end of the phone as he couldn’t comprehend the order. In the end we decided to give up, cancel the partial and order at Pizza Hut. So stressful, sounded disorganised and ridiculously unhelpful. Don’t bother with this branch.

If you’re planning on working at a Papa John’s store, go for it! But not in Morden . The management is not up to scratch and I still haven’t received my money even though it’s been 2 weeks now! - this is all my opinion and the experience that I had gone through. Paid £19.99 for a medium pizza while it was clearly £10.99 on the leaflet on mon-thu. When asked the following day, they said if you order through just eat it's different, just eat can change the price to anything they like. This is the biggest nonsense of the decade, it's your business not anyone else has control over it. Enjoy the £9 you stole from me it will be the last pizza from you. Disgraceful people you are.

I ordered a medium pizza for £16.99 through justeat, but on the leaflet it clearly stated £10.99. Following day i went to the shop and asked the price difference and answer was shocking and didn't make sense. The person told me that because I ordered from just eat, they could increase the price to anything they want and told me to call them directly. This is a complete nonsense and I didn't believe it. He was very insist on that matter and I walked out. Goodbye papajones, never see you again.

I really appreciate Papa John pizza (and I have to say I am italian) because for being a non italian pizza is one of the tasties (and generous with the ingredients) that you can find around. And today I have to thank Aslam for his great kindness as he let me in the shop just about when they were closing for the last order. I really want to thank the hardworking staff of Morden Papa John because they are always welcoming and kind. All the best!!!

Excellent quality and taste awesome. ordered over the phone for collection. Ask the store staff make it ready in 15 minutes. When i arrived the store my whole order was ready, and it is hot. Special thanks to Mr. John Store manager. Very helpful and suggest the appropriate deals each and every time. ordered 2 pizzas, Garden party and Hot pepper passion, got buy one get one free. Both pizzas are very tasty, and veges are very fresh.

this is the first time I’ve ordered from this Papa Johns. the order was 30 mins late. the shop was not answering their phone so I did not know where the order was. when the order did arrive it was wrong, ie the main pizza was wrong order and cold. the sides were cold and one side of chicken poppers were burnt. I contacted just eat and they could not even get through to the shop either. poor service, will not order again. the only positive was the delivery driver who apologised.
