AWFUL they don't care at all they put the a ww2 ration packs worth of cheese and sauce on our pizza and the same with the garlic bread and cheese. Toppings were a joke as well the amount of pieces of beef we had looked as though the country was at war and we had a shortage of beef! SORT IT OUT PIZZA BASE SAUCE CHEESE TOPPINGS ITS NOT HARD!

Poor Hygiene - witnessed 2 staff use the phone and till then proceed to prepare pizzas with hands. Won't be going again.

Food came in estimated time frame however it was missing the Pepsi and Ben&Jerryz we ordered. The driver brought a Pepsi but still no Ben&Jerryz… The pizza was nice but wouldn’t exactly say it was hit when it arrived more like Luke warm

Order took 80 minutes to arrive (shown as delivered on the tracker at 50 minutes after ordering) food was Luke warm at the most! Won’t be ordering again (have been loyal customer for years!)

As it says, better pizza better ingredients. The pizzas are always perfect, you never get a bad pizza from this place. You have to have the special garlic sauce it will blow your mind. Staff are brilliant and friendly.

We ordered large amount of pizzas last night for a family event. Everyone loved them were all very pleased with the quality and the service we received. The delivery guy was very friendly too.

Got an American hot at weekend hardly any topping like as in 1 piece of pepperoni and 1 jalapeño on each slice and the base was just peppery cheese Couldn’t even eat it

I had to ring to chase it. The order hadn't transfered from Just Eat system to Papa John's system. Shop were very polite and resolved it. Gave a free bottle of pop which was much for a £67 order that was 45mins - 1hr late.

Truly dreadful. I go to the US a fair amount and order Papa John’s there. The difference between the US and Sale pizzas is disgraceful. Will never order from Sale again, it’s an insult to the Papa John brands. I tried to complain and take my pizza back but they told me “there is nothing we can do”. Absolutely disgusting.

Ordered pizza. Tasted disgusting. Looked like it had been thrown together. Wasn’t really hot like it had been sat for a bit in the box or whatever.

Pizza we ordered essentially had no toppings except in the very middle. Not sure if they ran out or it's some kind of money saving exercise but meant a lot of the pizza was just bread essentially.

First time ordered from papa John's, hardly any ingredients, most of it was just bread. Had to swallow with a soft drink. Would not recommend.

I don’t order from anyone else ...I get the vegan works and my husband gets the cheese & tomato pizza with anchovies as an extra topping . Even the vegan works is preferred by my vegetarian friend because it’s so good ! Great pizzas , great service , great take away ! Thank you Pappa Johns your pizzas are truly delicious especially the vegan ones !

Placed an order worth quite a decent amount of money and it was 20 mins late so I rang up the store to be greeted with a extremely rude guy who wouldn’t give me his name and when I asked for either my food or a refund he said I have to wait till tomorrow and then he began to speak over me and and wouldn’t listen to what I had to do

Ordered a pizza along with a side on Monday. I have since not been able to leave the toilet. Thanks Papa Johns for poisoning me.

The giant biscuit was overcooked, and to tough to eat, the notes in the driver manifest requested them not to ring the door bell, which they didn’t read. This resulted in walking up both my boys and delaying me eating the food.

Staff at Papa John pizza are always lovely over the phone, food is always great and the delivery is always prompt with nice friendly drivers!

Just order a piza from this store. Very poor. It was dry and the topping and sauce didnt come anywhere near the edge of the crust.

Been going here since it opened over 5yrs ago, never had a bad pizza here, staff pleasant and helpful.

I am typically very harsh with reviews in terms of service and food quality but I must admit, if you want quality fast food take out pizza, this one takes the win over Dominos and Pizza Hut in my opinion. I order online but I came in to get my pizza this time and I can also verify the staff at this shop are very polite and friendly, which is typically the downfall with these pizza places.

Placed an order online a week ago. The website said they were unablie to take payment from my card, so my partner paid on her Paypal. However, the next day the payment HAD been taken from both my bank account AND the paypal. I rang the store to tell them what happened and the manager asked for screenshots of the payments via email... I sent the pictures as requested and nobody has gotten back to me. No email, no phone call, nothing. Avoid the store.

Order from here regularly, always have half and half 🤤😍 always piping hot when arrives never had a bad experience from here. Best pizza place, takes way over domino’s Pizza Hut etc
